All of which doesn’t mean that our Abuse Memories (and our Outrage at Ongoing Personal and Global Abuse) won’t be Lit Up. Dwarf planets Gonggong (Intrusive Memories) and Eris (Revelation of What’s Been Denied), which abet Nessus in evoking our Abuse PTSD, haven’t been Lit Up brightly by our current Klotho/Eclipse/Nessus action, but Gonggong will be Lit Up by our 19-20 June Manifestation Adventures (simultaneous Stations of Makemake [Manifestation], Jupiter [Expansion], and Lachesis [Consciously Letting Go ofKarma]). Every evocation of our Abuse PTSD is an Opportunity to Change our Programming from Revulsion to Healing. I don’t Believe that knowledge about how to make that Change is available before-hand. We just have to PIAVA the Outcome we Want, and then let it Arrive on its own.

Of course one way to Choose to Feel Otherwise is to Own Up to whatever vile thing we did that we’re Feeling Guilty about, and Make Amends.
More likely though that we haven’t done anything vile, we’re just picking up on a random thread of our Karmic Guilt, or even Guilt on the airwaves from a neighbor. Karma is a Muscle – the more we Work it, the Stronger it gets, and the more we Revert it, the Weaker it gets. It’s just a Choice – following a Noticing. The more we Choose Otherwise, the sooner we Notice, and the sooner we Notice, the easier it is to Choose Otherwise. Reverting our Karma is a Virtuous Cycle.
So I’m guessing that for most of us, today was just about Practicing Responding to Guilt or Self-Doubt with Loving Kindness toward ourself.
The rest of the Challenge (the base of the T-Square) is Complicated – it has Trust and Respect for All Things(Eurydike-Hopi) on one end and Boundaries, Claiming our Power, and Expansion(Pallas-Stationary Hylonome-Jupiter) on the other. While it’s been ten days since Jupiter was Stationary, it’s still moving at a slow walk, so it will hype up that Strong Power-Claiming quite a bit, while it will be much easier than usual for us to Notice it – that is, Set a Boundary between it and our usual Unconscious Tendency to Ego-Identify with it.
I keep waiting for someone who’s used to Ego astrology to ask, “Hey, wait a minute! How can Hylonome be Giving Away Our Power in one paragraph and Claiming Our Power in the next??” – but no one ever has. So I’ll answer it anyway.
The Observing Mind is Dual. It specializes in Either/Or. The Universe is Both/And. If you can Think Of it, it’s going on somewhere, and that doesn’t count all the things you haven’t Thought Of yet, which are also going on somewhere. That’s why we Enjoyed Hitchhiker’s Guide so much – it demonstrated what we actually already knew but weren’t allowed to admit because in Western Culture the Non-Dual is an SEP Field. Otherwise we wouldn’t be able to so Enjoy huffing up our Ego Field with Judgment, would we.
So yes, astrology points out the Dimensions, not the Directions. The Dimension of Hylonome is about Our Power, and either Claiming It or Surrendering It. The Direction is Giving Away on one side, and Claiming on the other. Direction is Either/Or, Dimension is Both/And. Hylonome Exaggerates Our Power and What We Do With It. Whether we Use it to Support Our Own Choices and Goals and Desires, Use it to Suck Up to someone whom we Believe might Support Our Choices and Goals and Desires, or just Squander It in “Oh, I’m sorry!” unnecessary Niceness, is our own Moment-to-Moment Choice.
This is why a Guideline of Manifestation is to Avoid Asking for anything using Negation. To the Dualistic Observing Mind, the Yes-or-No part is what’s critical – Abundance or Scarcity for instance. But to the Unconscious, which is the Source of our Power to Manifest Energy into Form, Abundance and Scarcity Live on the same Dimension. A request for Less Scarcity may well register as a request for Scarcity, because the Genie behind the curtain is focused on the Dimension.
In the Jungian World at least, the Unconscious is also the seat of our Urge to Wholeness. It’s an Original Blessing, not an Original Sin. From this Perspective, which is the one we usually use, the Genie will hear our request for Less Scarcity as a request for a Curriculum on Scarcity, so we can Learn it’s Edges. Long term, that’s probably the most effective approach to Abundance, but if What We Want is Abundance, we want to Ask For that end of the Dimension.
Of course, if we’re Expecting more Abundance than our KarmaReversion merits, the Genie will deliver an Illustration of the Karma that blocks the path. That’s why the full PIAVA process requires that we first, PIAVA What We Want. Then second, Change the Subject so our Old Patterns don’t contaminate our PIAVA with their usual Yes-Buts and What-Ifs. And third, if we don’t get what we’ve PIAVAed, Pay Attention to What We Did Get, because it can Lead us through our remaining Karmic Impediments.
If we can manage to convert our Original-Sin Beliefs about a Universe that’s “red of claw and sharp of tooth”…
…as Marlin Perkins used to describe it, to a Universe that has our Best Interests at Heart, then we can Seek the Benefit in everything that befalls us. It’s a Powerful Practice to PIAVA in reverse – when we’re Surprised by something we haven’t been Aware that we’ve been Asking for, we can PIAVA “who was that Masked Man” who Asked for that?
There’s an excellent chance that he or she or it is actually One Of Us, maybe a part of us we haven’t even met yet.
Which is basically what the other side of the T-Square base says, Trust in Respect for All Things(Eurydike-Hopi) – in a Benevolent Universe and a Wholeness-Seeking Unconscious, there are only Friends.

For instance, one of things that Alberto points out is that the Bliss molecule DMT, which promotes Healing, is built from Serotonin, which is mostly produced by our Gut Bacteria – if you haven’t killed them by taking antibiotics and not Restored them with Probiotics. What he doesn’t say is that Glyphosate is an FDA-certified antibiotic and virtually all non-Organic Grains and Sugars are laced with Glyphosate because it’s also a desiccant that non-Organic agriculture typically sprays onto the plants just before harvest, in order to kill the foliage and make it easier to harvest the Grains and Sugars. So every time you eat non-Organic Grain or Sugar, you Risk Closing yourself to Healing.

At one point Bruce says we can’t be Open/Move Toward (Love/Heal) and be Closed/Move Away (Fear/Protect) at the same time. Once you get good with your Mirrors, though, you actually can do Both/And, and is that ever Healing! Next time someone very Manipulative calls you and you normally wouldn’t answer, hold up an imaginary wardrobe Mirror facing them, then pick up the phone. Have a conversation with them, but every time you feel like you’re being led, just say “Oh” very Neutrally, and hold tight to your Mirror. When I do that, they get very Confused, and I sweat profusely as my Body burns off Power-Give-Away Karma – it’s a Virtual Sauna.

Yes, one of many Last Illusions, I’m sure. It’s very tempting to Extrapolate current trends into their worst Science Fiction nightmares, whether we’re playing with our Digits, or drowning in sweat or flood from this week’s Faux News about Global Warming. But Seth made it clear a long time ago, in The Nature of Personal Reality, that our Personal History is an excellent Mirror of our Karma, aka our Habitual Patterns of Belief.
And likewise, the content of our Intellectual and Emotional Imaginings about the Future are a perfect Mirror for the detritus that gums up our Personal Relationship to the Unconscious. The Unconscious is anything and everything that isn’t encompassed by our Ego at the Moment. Energy is our True Nature, till we fall through one of the slits and become Particular, which is fine as a Snapshot, but this isn’t even a Moving Picture, because those are only 2D. What happen to the Waves and Bits after they’re photographed? They don’t just End there.
As Energy we are all Holographic Fragments of Source. We only Choose to Separate ourself from the Whole for Fun or Profit. When we Meditate on Being the Whole, what else is left to Interact with? (The State of Wholeness is an excellent place to Manifest from, BTW, if we’re into Manifesting Partness, which of course we all are.) Imagination is our Projection of Energy into the Future, where it will Manifest as Form. So why would we Project something we don’t Want, except for Fun or Profit? Why don’t we Project What We Want instead?
Well, the answer is because this is a Mirror for our Relationship with the Unconscious, with everything that isn’t Embraced by our Ego at the Moment. This is why people talk about their “Shadow” – their Belief that Darkness is a Thing rather than a 2D Projection on the wall of the cave.

Of course the “good news” of a Nemesis Station Square Nessus-OR10 (Ego Death from Embracing or Poor-Sweethearting our Intrusive Abuse Memories), is that it’s an Opportunity to Clear the very Held Emotions that constitute our Unconscious Resistance to migrating into 5D, aka What We Want. It’s not as complicated as it sounds. Originally, we set Boundaries against Memories that would Trigger Emotions that would Overwhelm us.
As we got good at this through Repetition, we pushed the Memories and their Emotions out of our Awareness and into Karma. We made them Unconscious, which means they’re part of Not-Me. In Real Life we’re Infinite Light Beings Fantasizing a Material Vehicle, and from this Light-Being Perspective nothing is Not-Me. But when we Identify with our Fantasy Material (/Emotional/Intellectual) Vehicle, then from that Perspective our Not-Me can get Overwhelmingly large, large enough to Take Control of our Vehicle behind its back, without telling us, so to speak – Out of Our Awareness.
This is the Origin of all the Good-Versus-Evil stories you’ve been taught since Birth; “Good” is your Fantasy-Vehicle Identity, and “Bad” is the Not-Me which is the rest of your Light Being, which you don’t recognize as “Me.” Hence the Classic Warfare Model of HisStory. His many Stories become Religions or other Group-Thinks like Make-Rome-Great-Again aka Bring-Back-the-Slaves, which the pathologically clever among us exploit for their own Gain.
Moving into Identifying with our Light Body is not a process of Struggle, but a process of Surrender or Allowing or Vulnerability – HerStory. The Lady Warrior Archetype misses the point, but it’s an intermediate step that might help with our Liberation, if we don’t get Stuck in it.
As we attempt to return our Identity to our Infinite Light Beingness, we find that our Fantasy-Vehicle Identity has to Break Out of a series of Shells, each one Opening us to a “new” (Revealed – Eris) segment of our Not-Me, which Manifests as an Introduction to a Held Emotion (South Node or Karma). With each Broken Shell our Me Grows toward our 5D Light Being, and our Me Grows in Power – in the sense that we now have greater Healthy Control over our Life Circumstances.
Not the Power-Over which dominates HisStory, but the Power-With that works through Collaboration with the Unseen. The more we can Delegate Power to the Unseen Energies that actually Carry it, the Easier our Life becomes. Except of course for the potentially unpleasant “Ego Deaths,” or Molts, or Rebirths, or Embracing/Poor-Sweethearting of our Held Emotions, that occur when one of those Shells Break, because we Experienced those Shells as Security to our Fantasy Vehicle. Like when Nemesis Acts Out, such as Now through 17 January.
Not to Lament, as Sappho (Self-Love) is also Stationary here, through 20 January. Unconditional Self-Love is so Central to our Light-Being Self that we’re hardly Aware of it. While Nemesis can suck out the Air that our Fantasy Vehicle likes to Breathe, nothing can suck out the Light that our Light-Being Self Breathes, though the Illusions of our Fantasy Vehicle like to blind us to that in its misguided attempts to Protect the next Shell.
When we can Experience the Breaking of a Shell as Liberation of a more Power-With-ful Me instead of the demise of a more Limited Power-Over-ful Me, our Growth into Full Collaboration with the Universe has Arrived. Contrary to the usual Metaphor, there are no Destinations here; there are only More Shells to Break. 5D is not an event, it’s a process, and it’s the process of Enjoying Ego Death.
So let’s have a look at this Opportunity to Experience some serious Ego Deaths in the context of serious Self-Love…

“You are there settling very old scores, and you have needed to try the old way of going about it for quite some time. Again, you need to realize what works by first realizing what does not work. Seeking to defeat the so-called enemy, no matter how bad they appear to be, will never work for humanity, and there’s a reason for that. The reason is that you are there to bring together all aspects of you so that you can become your higher selves.
“You cannot bring together all of the parts if any of the parts are eliminated or destroyed. Again, we invite you to see the attempts to destroy one group of humans by another as the last gasp, the last ditch effort for certain aspects of humanity to cling to the third dimensional ways.

We’ve been trying to isolate Sustainable Relationships (Libra) since early September. Now we just Want a Sustainably Lifestyle. Well, the Easiest way to Achieve Sustainability is to think in terms of Sustenance.

Thinking about how to get along without something instead of how to get it? The payoff will Surprise you. With Sign Changes, the Zeitgeist just Changes. The more Sensitive you are to the planet and Signs, the sooner you’ll Notice it – if you’re looking, of course.

Karma’s been in Sagittarius since the Ides of January. Sagittarius of course is about Letting Go, so we’ve had a good run – haven’t we. Remember how much more Limited your Life was last winter? Karma even went Retrograde in Sagittarius, so it hung out there longer, just for us. It only takes about ten weeks to cross Capricorn instead of ten months. That’s just as well, because Capricorn, which stands for “Just Do It,” can get us in trouble when it comes to Karma. Till the end of January, if it’s Habitual, we should “Just Do It For The Last Time.” Ok?
The three 15-16 November Stations are…
Asteroid Moira on 15 November (4am PST). Moira is about Choice.
Venus on 16 November (3am PST), which is about our Values.
Mercury on 16 November (5:30 pm PST) – Communication, Awareness, Mentality.
So we’re likely to Experience it as we might Experience a Moira-Venus-Mercury Initiation, meaning we’re becoming Aware that we have Choices around our own Values. Our Betters make a big deal about Living Up To Our Values, but when you think about it, what they really want you to do is Live Up to Their Values. You gain a lot of Self-Sovereignty when you see through that Farce.
This isn’t a real Initiation, but if it was, again depending on how Sensitive we are to it, the Energy would be very Strong on both sides of the Exact Intiation, but there would be a Shift in your Attitude. Beforehand you’d be glib about it as if no one was watching you critically. Then after the Exact Initiation you’d feel increasingly censured, till you took the Energy Underground. Which is what you’ll probably do. For a while. Unless it’s your Mission.
We should Review Moira a bit. Moira means Fate. But Fate happens to us when we’re Unconscious. When we become Conscious, we Realize we don’t have to do that any more. Fate + Consciousness = Choice. So we Interpret Fate as Choice. Astrology, at least the kind that we do, is about Growing our Consciousness. So as astrologers we always Ask first and Ask last, “Are you Conscious of this?” Right? With an open mind.
Sure, they teach traditional astrology as if it was as reliable as Engineering. When I take a course in astrology and assume it’s a seminar, and start contributing the Insights I’ve Learned from astrology, I’m usually “corrected.” But in Real Life we’re all Different, and you’ll never know when you’re going to meet someone who’s Different from anyone you or the astroelders ever met. Especially when more of the Others come ashore.
In the Unconscious, Opposites are Equals. That’s why we’re advised never to use Negation when we PIAVA, and that’s why we often get the Opposite of what we Asked for when we PIAVA (which is a sign of Success). The Unconscious has Dimensions, but it’s not Dualistic; its Directions are Circular. ♥ The Big Challenge arrives in earnest before 19-20 November. We’ll Feel this one well before that, because it’s a Biggie, and the three days between the 16th and the 19th aren’t long enough for it to run its course. So we’ll have to go back and modify the previous Interpretation later.
The Biggie is about Nessus and OR10. Nessus Stands Still on 19 November (7am PST), and OR10 does the same on 20 November (9pm PST).
We’ve done this before recently, many times, as the two were fellow travelers for several years. They’re no longer fellow travelers (in the sense of being Merged), but when they have Stations together it Feels like they’re Merged again. Nessus represents Abuse and Privilege, OR10 Invasive Memories. So this is mostly about Recovering Abuse Memories. Recovering is the good part, because it’s not possible to Let Them Go while they’re still Unconscious.
Now, while Nessus and OR10 were Merged, we Merged with these not-so-pleasant Memories, usually Feeling Shame or/and Rage in the process. So we’re likely to Re-Experience that, and being Creatures of Habit (er, Karma, ie Inertia), we’ll be Expecting to Merge with them again. But we won’t, unless we make that Unconscious Choice. We don’t need to.
We can make the Conscious Choice to Dislodge our Identity from them this time, because now the Energies themselves are no longer Merged. As time goes on they’ll be less and less Merged, so start now or you’ll find yourself Out of Synch with the Universe later. Whatever sort of Ascension, 5D, Enlightenment, Bliss, Collaboration, Community, Ease, or other kind of Grace you Want to characterize your Future, being Out of Synch with the Universe won’t help at all.
This is Subtle, so Pay Attention. When someone Abuses us and we Remember, once we get past the Shame, we Want Revenge. We’ll Forgive eventually (even though that Feels Impossible most of the time), but we Want some kind of Compensation for having Endured that. It Ruined our Life after all. But here’s the Secret – Revenge will be so much more Successful if you’re no longer Attached or Identified with your Rage.Sure, Living Well is the Best Revenge, and that may be the Choice you make. But even if you Decide that you do want Payback, you’ll be able to exact a finer torture if you’re Neutral.
Remember, Karma is Inertia, not Retribution. It’s Force of Habit, continuing to Choose an old Habit because it’s the Easiest thing to do – Automatic, in fact. That’s why we need Consciousness to Abandon our Karma, because we have to Notice it before we can Change it. Hard to Notice what’s Automatic. So we aren’t talking about accumulating “Bad Karma” for exacting Revenge. We’re talking about Teaching someone a Lesson they won’t Forget.
So what if they’re Old now; we take our Karma with us to Other Lifetimes, so they’ll continue to Abuse if they don’t Learn their Lesson. They need to be able to Notice what it feels like to be Abused, and they need to Realize that Other People aren’t their Property to be used as toys. Once you’ve Let Go of your Rage, you’ll be able to plan an exquisite curriculum for them. Dull blades are Harder to Ignore. As they say, Forgive the Person, not the Behavior. But first you have to show them that the two are Different. As long as they’re Unconscious, the Behavior is the Person.
Now, about Forgiveness. Like any other sort of Consciousness, Forgiveness isn’t a Decision, it’s a Discovery. One day we just Notice that we don’t hold ill will against them any more. Yes, we can make a Choice to Forgive – it’s just a PIAVA, but that’s really a Choice to enter into the process of Forgiving. It’s unlikely to take you to Forgiveness straightaway, unless you were ready anyway.
We always need to “Be Careful What We Ask For,” or better yet, “Be Mindful of What We’ve Asked For,” so we can monitor and Interpret the Funhouse-Mirror events that PIAVAs can Create when we aren’t quite ready to Receive them. Like getting sicker initially after we Ask for Healing – we Feel sicker, so we take more of the Toxins that were making us sick. Or finding Abuse Memories arising after we Ask for Healing of our Abuse. No, it don’t Feel good, but we have to get them into Consciousness in order to Change them. If we aren’t Aware of the way Consciousness arrives, we can easily tie ourself in knots.
Now, how are we likely to Experience an OR10-Nessus-Moira-Venus-Mercury faux Initiation, because that’s probably what much of November 10-20 will Feel like? Well, put all the terms in a sentence. Invasive Memories, Abuse, Choice, Values, Awareness. Maybe something like Becoming Aware that we have Choice around the Values that we Created for ourself as a result of early Abuse that we now Remember? Or becoming Aware that we have Repressed Memories of Abuse, and Choosing to Alter our Values to make room for their Recovery?
♥The Full Moon on the Cusp of Gemini follows closely, on 22 November (9:30 pm PST), and Neptune Stands Still shortly after that, on 25 November (5pm PST) at the Midpoint of Pisces. The Cusp of Gemini is the quintessential point of Letting Go. Neptune is a Powerful planet, so we’re likely to begin to Feel some Neptune Energy before we’re done with our Big Challenge. The most Important thing to Remember about Neptune is that it renders the Material World Confusing.
It also adds Clarity to our view of the Spiritual World, but that Confusion is what we want to Pay Attention to here, because Confusion is the First Sign of Growth, and Growth is what we want. But, we have to Avoid reacting to Confusion by trying to “Figure It Out.” If we Intellectualize it, we will Restrict our Growth to Zero, because it’s our Intellectual Cage that Constrains our Limited World View and with it our Limited Reality.
Confusion is one of the most Precious and Powerful Gifts we’ll ever be Given; don’t spoil it by Thinking it out of Existence. Relish it. Be Excited by it. Breathe, do Kegels. Don’t Tap Out your Confusion; Tap out your Need to Intellectualize your Confusion.
“Even though I’m really tempted to make up Stories that can Rescue me from Feeling Confused, I deeply and completely Love and Accept myself…” We can’t Tolerate Confusion because it takes us back to when we weren’t Safe, when someone who was supposed to Love us was Abusing us, and it didn’t make sense, and we had to Figure Out how to Escape. It was a matter of Life and Death.
Like Curiosity, one of our highest Priorities should be Allowing Confusion to be an Emotion that Stands on its own. A Real Emotion doesn’t have a direct or indirect Object. It’s “I Feel Angry,” not “I Feel Angry about…” or “-at.” Feelings are Intransitive, if you know your grammar rules. The modifiers we so often put on our Feeling-words take them out of the realm of Emotion and put them in the realm of Thought. The “-about” and “-at” and other Object-like additions are Thoughts, not Feelings.
In Truth, because we’re so seldom in the Present Moment, and because we aren’t Omniscient, we never actually know the Sources of our Emotions. We Feel Angry. Period. We don’t know Why. We can know what Triggered our Anger, maybe, if we’re Aware of what transpired just before we Felt it. But even that just tells us what the Trigger was, not the Cause. We might be Angry because an Unconscious Abuse Memory was just Triggered, and maybe the actual Triggering was a brown coat.
Sure, we can make up Stories about the person who was wearing the brown coat, to Imagine that they were doing all manner of awful things to us, because our Unconscious Memory is about all manner of awful things. But they’re Innocent. Even the Antichrist is Innocent. We have no idea who in our Personal or Cultural or Karmic History he reminds us of. Pontius Pilate perhaps, or Brad the Impaler, or Adolf Hitler. For many of us, those Concentration Camps and Death Chambers are a very recent Memory, even in Linear Time.
I was born nine months to the day after the Firebombing of Hamburg. I didn’t even know Hamburg was Firebombed until I looked up when Dresden was Firebombed because I was wondering why my teachers always said that my German accent sounded so authentic and because I used to paint pictures of cities on fire and because I used to have so many Memories and Experiences of No Way Out. And then there was the Firebombing of Tokyo – look that one up. Not to mention Vietnam.

There is one thing that’s fairly clear. This adventure in Rebirthing Our Forbidden Genius as The Most Important Thing isn’t about Self-Judgment or Intention to Change. It’s about Accepting, not Judging. About Expanding to make room for the Previously Unknown, and Rebalancing everything to Integrate it all.
What, you say, Saturn about Expanding? That’s supposed to be Jupiter. You forget that in the Unconscious, Opposites are Equals. The Unconscious is Circular, not Linear. If we try to make the Circular Unconscious Linear in order to make it Conscious, the only thing we’ve done is pour cement into Duality and Separation. Instead, we have to make Consciousness Circular, even Spherical.
Aa apparent newcomer has written to ask about their many natal planets at around 20 Degrees, in response to our October 2016 suggestion that we begin working with these Degrees now, since they will be Lit Up when our Home Planet begins Her Big Reorg in the early 2020s – see https://astrobuss.wordpress.com/2016/10/20/2020-b/ for our article and their comment.
Of course, as we repeatedly point out, these Degrees continue to be Lit Up by many of our planetary Companions today. As we write, one quarter of the planets we follow are in or adjacent to this Zone, which is only one sixth of the Zodiac wide. It’s a useful question, so I’ll answer it…
Our approach is to intend to befriend the Unconscious because we Believe that the Power of the Ego is minuscule compared to the Power of the Unconscious, and because the Ego is usually Unconscious of that fact.
We also intend to work not with Qualities but with Energies and Relationships, and therefore we work mostly with what we call the “Angles,” though most astrologers would call them “Aspects.” We prefer Angles because that’s what they are in plain language – the Angular Relationship between Planets (and other astrological Hot Spots such as the Nodes).
Unfortunately there is an astrological term “Angles” as well, meaning the Ascendant, Midheaven, etc., or the major House Cusps. We can usually live with this ambiguity because we very seldom talk about Houses, since we write for the whole planet, and House positions vary with location. Folks who commonly use the astrological term “Angles” may be confused by the way we use the word, alas.
Most astrologers I know would not argue that the T-Square (a third planet halfway between two planets that Oppose one another) is one of the most problematic Angular Relationships, largely because it usually seems to indicate a Sisyphean area where Success is not possible but the Compulsion to Keep Trying is unrelenting. Consequently, the most appropriate keyword for the Ego’s Relationship to a T-Square seems to be Frustration.
We also Believe that, (1) on a Soul level, we Chose the Configurations of planets in our natal chart, because that’s what “We” (our Soul) wanted to “Work On” in the current Lifetime. Many folks have difficulty with this concept; the easy path to it lies through shifting your Identity till you find a place from which it’s True.
We often also interpret the Configurations in our natal chart as (2) the specific Earth Energies where we Chose to help the Planet Heal.
The first approach assumes that our Soul is using the Planet for its own Education, while the second approach assumes that we are in fact Cosmic Healers who came here to Help Earth Ascend. Take your pick, though as usual, I recommend Both/And rather than Either/Or.
Since our reader has Uranus T-Square to their Nodes, I have no doubt that they’re in the latter category.
As Ascension Helpers, then, our T-Squares indicate the places where our task is to suck up all the Frustration (Fear, Anger, Despair, Separation, etc) that the Planet Feels, and Transform it (we are after all nothing if not Energy Transmogrifiers) into what the Planet Prefers to Feel (Joy, Bliss, Attunement, Excitement, Unity, etc).
How do we know what the Planet Prefers to Feel? Easy. She and We are One.
Note that more or less implicit in that paragraph is that Emotions are not Personal, but more like Weather or a Virus. We Attach our Identity to an Emotion when we Associate or Merge with it, which is usually part of our Karma, or, we would suggest, because we came here to Learn and Teach how to Detach our Identity from that Emotion (look up “Poor-Sweetheart” and “Held Emotions” in the Categories list to explore further).
So, in the planets our new Friend has listed, we’d go straight to the T-Square, Uranus Square the Nodal Axis. The Egoic side of Uranus is Disruption, and the Egoic side of the Nodes is the Desire to Let Go of Karma. So we would suppose that our Friend, on the Ego side, is (or was, if he’s since Grown) often Frustrated by Attempting and Failing to Let Go of sticky Karmic Patterns, or what we often call Self-Sabotaging Archetypes.
For instance, our Friend might try over and over to walk a “straight and narrow” path, only to wake up and discover that they’ve strayed from it. Or worse, they might find that other people are repeatedly screwing them over…
Now, let’s turn this around and look at it from the Soul’s Perspective. First of all, what Uranus Disrupts is everything that Inhibits its Purpose.
Since most of us were Programmed to Receive Truth from Outside ourself rather than Inside, the Karmic Ego will be constantly Frustrated by the Uranian Disruption of our frequent Attempts to ignore our own Internal Truth in order to be Loyal to our Programming and Programmers.
Truth resides in the Heart, and it’s Different for everyone, so only by Programming someone to Trust their own Heart (Uranus) can Uranian Disruption be Loved as the Urge to Liberation that it is.
Now, again from the Soul’s Perspective, the Nodal Axis is not so much about the Desire to Let Go of Karma as it’s about a Decision over which Earthly trends to emphasize. Contrary to the usual Interpretation, Karma does not Grasp Us, We Grasp It. So all we have to do, to quote Paul, is to “Let It Be.”
The Signs will give us more specific information. Our new Friend’s South Node is in Aquarius and North Node in Leo, indicating that their Intended (Soul-level) path runs from Social to Personal Integrity. Learning to Love themselves Unconditionally, for instance.
Meanwhile, Uranus is in Scorpio, which is Fearless and Relentless. So our Friend is likely to be Driven to stop at Nothing in their Effort to Learn and Teach Unconditional Self-Love.
Which is Fantastic! Now, what if the Ego and Programming still get in the way and continue to Sabotage us with Downers? (Which may never actually go away, just become more quickly seen through.) Well, Reframing help a whole lot…
A T-Square Feels Like the Compulsive need to Achieve greater Perfection around some Goal. In this Uranus-in-Scorpio case, that would be Permanent Soul Contact. Or, if the Soul is Dismissed, then something like an Irrepressible Urge to Disrupt Untruth.
But even the part about Permanent Soul Contact is the Ego and Programming speaking. If you’ve taken graduate seminars in a good program, you probably Noticed that there are no “correct” answers, there are only “interesting” questions and examination of them that is thorough and creative.
That’s where you find the T-Square – on the Soul level you’ve Intended a Lifetime where you re-examine everything over and over again, with slight variations, each time from a slightly different Perspective, so you become uniquely qualified to Teach the subject, since you’ve Experienced it from all angles, inside and out.
And of course the key to all that is Noticing that there are no “correct” answers and that your Perfectionist Quest, while essential, was not for the purpose that you earlier supposed. That’s the way our Mission (North Node) operates – we have a Shadow to Pursue, till we pounce on it and Discover that it’s just a Shadow, like Ged in Earthsea.
Once you’ve done this Reframing, Frustration will continue to try to sneak back into the driver’s seat, and that’s where Poor-Sweethearting, Tapping, and PIAVAing (look them up in the Categories list and practice them) will be useful and Powerful.
The ultimate Goal for all of us is Unconditional Self-Love, so eventually you’ll be Teaching us all. Which we eagerly anticipate!
