Guilt that Ain’t

Our next Portal is about Guilt and Confusion. Neptune is Stationary till 3 December 2022 at 4:14 pm PST,* and Neptune represents Material Confusion and Spiritual Clarity. Confusion is the first Sign of Growth in Consciousness, because our Unconscious Limitations are Encoded into our Mental Concept Set, the one that Keeps us Safe by Defining the Boundaries of our Reality. When out Rigid Concepts Conflict with one another, or with Possibly Valid Information from Outside of our Rigid Universe, of course we Get Confused. Our normal Reaction is to Run back to the Perceived Safety of our Rigid Concepts. In so doing, we can Deny Outside Information that Conflicts, we can Ignore Contradictions in our Concept Set, or we can Make Up Stories to Mitigate the Contradictions.

Better yet, we can Borrow such Stories from the Vast Store of them on the Internet. This is how we get to Rhetoric, or Unexamined Rote Concepts about the World which become Memes for these Stories. This process is so Clearly illustrated for us by Faux News and the Rabid Republicans that Inhabit and Inhale it. If we slip on a Virtual Reality Headset from Meta Inc. and tune it to Believe that the T.rumpian or Pootinian or the DiCostellian or Abbotic Realities are the Real ones, we can see the same process working in the Minds of the “Woke” Liberals as they Groom our Children into every Vile Reality Forbidden by the Old Testament or Sharia Law.

The Spiritual Function of the Prominence on the World Stage of these Parodies of Leadership has been to Demonstrate for us the Limitations of Creating Your Own Reality when it has no solid Connection to the Physical World and no Authentic Connection to the Spiritual World. Next time you see one of these Buffoons on TV or the Internet, Go Meta Ask yourself In the Present Moment, What’s Really Happening Here? How many times have Propaganda artists snagged Civilization on the end of their Hooks and Reeled them In? Is that Karma we wish to Continue? If not, can we No Longer Lend Our Strength to That Which We Wish to Be Free From?

Guilt Arises here because the Neptune Station Conjoins asteroid Nemesis, our astromeme for Guilt. Both sit in 23 Pisces, The Profoundly Impossible Search for Missing Soul Fragments When There Are No Clues, and the Miracle that Occurs When We Persevere with Our Intention to Embrace Them. Can these Unfunny Comedians really be Clues to Our Missing Soul Fragments? If not, why do we even Give them the Time of Day?

But before we move into Discussion of our Guilt about Having Lost Track of Our Soul Fragments…

We didn’t have time to write about the Emphasis on Boundaries over that last several days, but then, our primary goal is to Teach youalls to Monitor your own astrology, since your Experience with yourself is a jillion times every one else’s, and Self-Knowledge is a big prerequisite for Ascension, so no worries. I can just fill you in on what the last couple days have been about astrologically, and you can see how it compares to your Experience.

It hasn’t been Complicated, but it has been a shift. Asteroid Pallas, which is all about Boundaries, Stood Still till 12:36 am PST,* early this morning, 30 November 2022, in 27 Cancer. Any planet’s Impact on Earth is highest when it Stands Still, so you may have found yourself struggling with your Boundaries, or Setting Stronger Boundaries, or Loosening up some, or All of the Above! People may have Angered you, and you Felt Bad about Telling them Off, or Felt Bad about Not Telling them Off. You may have Felt Guilt about one or some of your Relationships, and maybe Let them Into your Private Life a bit more than you usually would have. You may even have Closed a Relationship or two, with or without Talking to them about it. You may just have found yourself really Confused about some of your Relationships.

We’ll get to the Guilt and Confusion shortly, as they’re about to get Louder, but they’re likely to have been Lit Up already. 27 Cancer is about being Obsessed with the Unmarked Path to Giving Birth to Our Cosmic Twin Soul. Wow, what an Intense and Exciting Degree Reading! Regular readers know that we always recommend looking up these full-page Degree Symbols in Lonsdale’s book (pp.152-3). We only squeeze what we can into a single sentence, and it’s never enough.

The single Challenge/Potential SuperPower in the Pallas Station chart is a Pattern-Breaker! Almost all of the Challenges for months now have been Self-Resolving, but this one isn’t, so we have to do the Work ourself. It’s about Denying our Compulsive Attachment to Expired Karma and Codependent Boundaries.*

* Eris (Revelation of What’s Been Denied ) T-Squared (Challenged ) by the Opposition (Debate) between Pluto-Atropos (Addiction to Expired Karma) and Pallas-Black Moon Lilith (Codependent Boundaries). Of course Black Moon Lilith mostly stands for Self-Sovereignty, so the Dynamic here could well be about Seeking Excessive Privacy to Hide the Symptoms of our Addiction. It may be useful to Think about whether we’re Hiding anything from our Closests.

Hmmm, that sounds suspiciously like Shame. Maybe we should check to see where Phaedra (Shame) is in this chart. Yup, very Meaningful! Phaedra makes a Biquintile to Stationary Pallas – a Teaching about Duality and Separation from Self. It also makes an Angle that’s 7/18th of the Zodiac (a Septununoctile?), Combining the Seventh (Timing) and 18th (Authenticity) Harmonics, so totally fitting for a chart about Denial and Boundaries and Compulsions.

In the Pallas Stationary chart Phaedra is Merged with the Moon (Authenticity, Instinct), Gonggong (Intrusive Memories), and Vesta (Unconscious Limitations), in the Aries Duad of Pisces (Beginning a New Life Cycle with Less Karmic Emotional Baggage). Intense! We can’t make this stuff up, can we?

The Phaedra portion of the Pallas Stationary chart includes two Fully Self-Resolving (Diamond Star plus Grand Trine) Challenges. In one, Phaedra-Moon-Gonggong-Vesta Opposing Samadhi-Sappho (Enlightenment Merged with Self-Love) is T-Squared by Moira (Fate or Choice). Wow. We can Choose between our Karmic Fate of Continuing to Hide our Shame that we’ve Adopted from our Ancestors, or moving into Self-Love and Ascension! What a Choice! But we have to Make it. Moira is in 6 Gemini, Single-Minded Obsession to Making It to the Bright Light that Must Be at the End of the Tunnel.

I don’t interpret that as shouting our Shame from the Rooftops. But I do interpret it as Stopping our Thoughts about it and Asking ourself, What am I Feeling? Where Is It in my Body? What does it Feel Like there? Softening it there, Warming it, Poor-Sweethearting Ourself. Would you have interpreted those Sensations as Shame? Shame is very Adept at Hiding. We need to be Loving and Gentle with those places in our Body. Just Opening this door and looking in is a Huge Ego Death. We wouldn’t have Felt Compelled to Hide it otherwise.

The other Fully Self-Resolving Challenge in the Phaedra portion of the Pallas Station chart Focuses on Narcissus – Big Surprise, and Eurydike (Trusting our Self-Image). Narcissus is in 2 Scorpio, Hard Battles to Overcome Ego. The base of the T-Square is Chariklo (Self-Confidence or Self-Doubt) Opposite Cyllarus-Varuna (Ego Death Merged with the Life Force). We’ve had to Hide this Shame in order to Manifest any sort of Self-Confidence, and the result has been having a Murderous impact on our Health. On the other hand, a Solid Ego Death or several should Restore our Health! While the Pallas Challenge itself is Not Self-Resolving, the Phaedra Challenges are Self-Resolving, and Fully so. That’s a Monster Gift!

So, Shame so well Hidden sounds like a Held Emotion, doesn’t it. We’d rather Die than Share this Secret with anyone. So we Ask, What’s going on with the South Node in the Pallas Station chart? The Mean South Node is in 12 Scorpio, Two Souls in One Body, the Inner Soul on an Essential Crusade in another Galaxy, while the Outer Body-Soul barely Hangs on to Ground the Pair into the Earth. The South Node Merges with Zhulong (Enlightenment ), Ka’epaoka’awela (Transmutation), and Requiem (Respect for Death). The North Node Merges with Uranus (Soul), and Lachesis makes a Diamond Star across the Nodal Axis. Lachesis sits in 14 Aquarius, Testing the Depths of Darkness in order to Let Go of the Shadows of Grandiosity.

A second Diamond Star is T-Squared by the Sun (Essence) in 9 Sagittarius, on the Opposition between Nessus-Juno (Growth in Consciousness around Abuse and Privilege) and Orcus-Thereus (Relentlessness about Breaking Difficult Patterns or Taming Bears). 9 Sagittarius is The Green Man, Serving Mystery and Forever Forbidden from Identifying with Anything on the Surface.

Lachesis symbolizes Unexpired Karma, but All Karma can be Let Go by Choice. While these Challenges are Self-Resolving but not Enhanced by Grand Trines, one side of the base of each T-Square is also one side of the base of the Finger of the Goddess of the other, so they do Complement one another. The second side of the base of each Finger is Ganesa (Remover of Obstacles). So is there Hope that these Two Souls in One Body can ever Integrate with one another? Are we talking about Fragmentation of our own Soul?

The answer to the second question is No. This is a Transit chart, not our Natal chart. We have Empathy because there are parts of our own Souls that are Split Off and waging some Crusade in another Galaxy. An excellent example is the original Shame Tracked out of its Hideout in the Pallas Station chart. So on these circuitous journeys through the distant parts of the Pallas chart, we’ve gained some Appreciation for the travails that this Lost Soul Fragment has been through – and that the Ancestors who passed this Trauma down to us have been through, and are still, in the Etheric Realms.

We Liberate their Soul Fragments as we Liberate Ours, by Stopping our Thoughts about our Shame and Lovingly, Gently Embracing the Sensations in our Body that we’ve been Denying all our Lives, the Sensations that threaten to make our own Body so fragile that it barely Hangs on to Ground our Multifarious and Unitary Lives into the Earth.

Jupiter, whose Energy is Lit Up by Standing Still in the Sky till 3:02 pm PST 23 November 2022 (GMT 11:02 pm 23rd; IST 4:32 am 24th; AEDT Qld 9:02 am 24th), Expands Everything, including the Karmic Blocks that we’re Working on. That’s actually a Blessing, though it’s likely to Feel quite the opposite. One of quickest ways we have to Reject Emotions we don’t like, is to Blame them on someone else. “You make me Angry!” “It makes me so Sad when you say that.” “You’ve Made my Day!” Our favorite Emotions to Reject are our Abandonment and our Suffocation.

We Feel Our Abandonment when we Feel Lonely and “Miss” someone, when we Feel Ignored or Discounted, especially while Sharing Vulnerable Emotions, or when we’re Disrespected or Discriminated against. We Feel Our Suffocation when someone “crowds” us, Intrudes upon the Physical Space we want around us in the Moment, asks questions that are Uncomfortable for us in Moment, or when we feel like someone is “Interrogating” us about a Sensitive Issue, with little or no Empathy. When our Abandonment or Suffocation is Triggered, it is so Easy to Judge and Blame the other person and make them Accountable for Our Feelings, which is a Dead End Growth-Wise.

Most of Our Abandonment and Suffocation is Karmic. While every Child will Encounter Abandonment and Suffocation, it’s not likely to become much of an Issue for anyone if it isn’t Karmic. However, when we look at how much Abandonment and Suffocation influence History and Politics, we have to conclude that it’s a Big Issue for Huperity. How many Wars can be traced to Insults? Certainly All of the Religious Wars. Abuse is the epitome of Suffocation. “Feminism” is all about Abandonment (Lack of Respect) and Suffocation (Abuse). Abandonment is a major Enforcement tool for the Patriarchy, as in “You’re Fired!” So we’re dealing with Karma that’s more than Personal. Culturally Approved Karma is always harder to Let Go.

Abandonment and Suffocation are things that We Feel, and All of our Emotions Are Our Own. No one else ever makes us Feel Angry or Sad or Loved or Excited or Scared. What they say or do may Trigger Our Feelings, but those Feelings Are Ours, and if we ever want to be Free or Enlightened or 5D’d, we have to Own Them as Ours and Ours Alone. Failing to Own our Emotions can dump us out of having Control Over Time, and always Separates us from the Reality of Interpersonal Dynamics.

Marshall Rosenberg, a Rogerian psychologist, developed a way of Speaking and Hearing that he called “Non-Violent Communication,” or “NVC,” that shifts our Orientation toward our Feelings into Ownership. It’s simple to describe, but very difficult to adhere to in practice. Regardless, it teaches us about Ownership of our Emotions, so it’s very useful even if we never get it right. For instance, “You make me Angry!” becomes…

“When you called me an Asshole, I Felt Angry, which Feels Imbalanced to me. I Need to Feel Balanced, so I’m wondering if you could tell me what it was that struck you as Asinine.”

Or, these days, “I Need to Feel Safe, so are you willing to tell me whether or not you have a gun or a knife or a hammer?”

No guarantee that it will keep your Nose unbroken, but at least it Avoids Blame and Judgment, whether the other person recognizes that or not. Your aim isn’t to Own being an Asshole, or to get even, it’s to Create or Continue Connection with the other person, though Marshall always emphasized that how long or hard you want to Work at Creating or Continuing Connection is totally about your own Pleasure! Outside of practicing NVC or some other external Goal (like keeping a job or avoiding Injury or Death), you may have absolutely no Pleasure in Pursuing Connection with someone who calls you an Asshole. In which case, you back away, Carefully.

The Formula is a Neutral Observation about what occurred, followed by a Description of the Feeling it Triggered in us, followed by our Preference or Need to Feel or Be otherwise, and finished with a Request of the other person. Finishing with a Request keeps the Conversation Flowing, so you aren’t just making Proclamations. Here’s a super-simple introduction, with links to more detail…

NVC is especially useful in Cleaning Up our Self-Talk. For instance, replacing “You Idiot, there you go Doing That Again” with “Wow, I just Noticed How Self-Abusive I Can Be! Terrific! Dr. Kross’s book Chatter: The Voice in Our Head and How to Harness It sounds like an excellent source for someone who gets stuck inside their head in what I used to call Helicopter Trips – eternal arguments between different points of view – before I Learned how to quell the rotors by moving from Heads-versus-Tails to the Coin between them.

In the 23 November Jupiter and New Moon chart, you may not have noticed that Damocles is still Lit Up. It Unxes (1 Sign or Pattern-Breaking) Jupiter (the Exaggerated Expansion of our Acceptance of Emotionality SuperPower), Squares (3 Signs or Challenges) the New Moon, and Trines (4 Signs or Dumb-Luck Blessings) the Rebirth into Unconditional Love SuperPower. Not only is it tightly entangled with the Jupiter-New Moon Meat of the week, it’s also tied up in a Deep Knot of other planets – Herakles (Zeus’s Hit Man for the Patriarchy), Vesta (Growth of Consciousness), Phaedra (Shame), and Gonggong (Intrusive Memories). What a mess!

The Stellium (Group of 3 or more planets) – the Deep Knot – is about Taking Ownership of Our Shame and Our Own Role in the Perpetuation of the Patriarchy. We may be dealing with Shame so Deep that we don’t even consider it to be Shame – we just don’t talk about it because we Fear it would Estrange everyone we know. Shame that isn’t even Ours, but was passed down to us from previous generations. It wasn’t that long ago that Men Believed that they Owned their Daughters and it was their Right and Privilege or even Obligation to “Teach” them about Sex. And not that long ago that Women had no Choice but to buy into that Regime if they wanted to continue Eating, and perhaps had no Choice because the Shame would have been Unbearable if it was out in the Open. Who among us are Immune from those sorts of Ancestors? Would we even Know?

We don’t have to Open Up to others about our Fears around these kinds of Shame, but it will be Powerful to Acknowledge this kind of Shame to ourself, and Accept Ownership of it – Very Carefully, as we have to be meticulous about Avoiding Blame, especially Self-Blame. This Energy is embedded in the very Core of Western European Colonialism and its cousin White Supremacy. We’re obviously already Feeling the next astroevent after Jupiter-New Moon – a Station of Nessus (Emphasis on Abuse and Privilege) at 3:01 am PST (GMT 11:01 am, IST 4:31 pm, AEDT Qld 9:01 pm) 27 November.

We aren’t going back to the Painful days of 2015-2017, when Nessus and Gonggong were traveling together in early Pisces, both Out of Bounds, Lighting Up everyone who was already Aware of their own childhood Abuse and Opening many others to theirs, in very Emotional (Pisces) circumstances. In the Jupiter-New Moon chart, Nessus has moved nine Degrees beyond Gonggong, far enough that our November adventures aren’t about Abuse per se, but about the Shame around it. The Degree Symbol for the Initiation of the new Nessus-Gonggong Cycle on 19 May 2015 in 4 Pisces was Total Chaos Of Time, Space, Emotion, Direction, Boundaries, Lifetimes, etc etc, with the Jewel in the Heart of Lotus Not Easy to Find, Requiring Union with the Soul.

Crazy-Making, in other words. This is a Journey we’re Stuck with for at least another century. Both planets have very elongated orbits, so Cycle times are not consistent. The previous Cycle was 150 years, but our estimates of their orbits from current knowledge runs only to 2100. Those of us who Remember those days in 2015-2017, are very Grateful that Reality has Settled Down quite a bit since then, even as Chaotic as it currently is. We’ve had a lot of on- and off-planet Allies helping us Seek the Jewel. Ajoite, a hydrated Potassium-Sodium-Copper-Aluminum Mica, often occurring as a subtle Aqua tint in Quartz Crystals, is one of those Allies that Mother Earth has given us, an Ally that’s Reputed to Power our Resurrection. Aho! – So Be It!…

Shame and Healing

The Moon is back In Bounds now (less Excitability), till it goes Out of Bounds again (to the South) 4:42 am PDT 3 September 2022. Our next big astroevent should be Feelable already, as Converting Fear to Power (dwarf planet Sedna Stationary) is prominent till at least 11:33 pm 30 August. More about that soon.

Shame is one of, if not The, hardest Emotion to hide, and the hardest to Heal, and it has a prominent role in the 1:17 am PDT 27 August 2022 New Moon. While it may be hard, it’s surrounded astrologically in the New Moon chart by Supportive Friends.¹ The Guardian recently published a timely article about Exploring the Extremes of Shame…

The other Prominence in the New Moon, which influences the next few weeks, is a Doubly Self-Resolving Superpower Transmutation to Enlightenment.² Can you beat that? Since it’s Doubly Self-Resolving, it’ll probably be a serious Challenge only if you have Afflictions to early Scorpio. On the other hand, many folks see Scorpio itself as an Affliction! Seen from Inside (from a Scorpio’s Perspective), Scorpio just means Fearlessness.

When Scorpio’s doing a Fearless and Searching Inventory of you, however, it can be a serious affront to your Boundaries. So folks with Vulnerable planets like Sappho (Self-Love) or an Afflicted Eurydike (Distrust ), or even Phaedra (Shame), in early Scorpio may be targets for Perp Instincts. If they Attack you, hold up your Garlic and Cross, keep your Head Up, and Back Away without losing eye contact, like you would from a snarling Dog. With a drooling Person, though, don’t look them directly in the eye, but keep a Diffuse gaze on their face, in case they lunge and you need to use your Cross as a Sword. People with Perp Instincts, even Strangers, can Attack without provocation or warning, so keep your Garlic handy.

Better yet, Protect yourself. While Vulnerability is the Ultimate in Protection, you may need something more Disinviting with Perpetual Perps, because they’ll Test your Vulnerability repeatedly until you Stand Up for Yourself. Today’s Perp may be one you know well Personally, or a Total Stranger that through their own Programming knows Instinctively where your Psychic Wound is, and How it Works. You could be just passing each other on the street. My First Teacher used to say, No One Can Invade Your Space When It’s Filled with Your Own Energy. If you know how to do it, “Running Your Energy” is an Important practice,³ as is “Using your Mirrors.”⁴

The New Moon Opposes minor planet Gonggong (Intrusive Memories) and asteroid Phaedra (Shame), both in 5 Pisces (Deep Deep Mystical Awareness Sheltered from Ego by Lack of a Need for Certainty). While the New Moon Chandra Degree Symbol suggests we’ll have work to do, the Gonggong-Phaedra Karmic Shame Chandra Symbol suggests we’ll plow right through it without great difficulty. The latter is also the home of Fixed Star Sadalmelek (Lucky One of the King). The Opposition is part of a Grand Cross, which implies helpful Balance. The other two partygoers are Mars (Action) in Gemini (Flexibility) Opposite Pandora (Hope) and Atropos (Natural Expiry of Karma) in Sagittarius (Letting Go) – more Boons.

• Zhulong-Ka’epa are also the Focus of a Finger of the Goddess (first order Self-Resolution) from Mars (Action) in 5 Gemini (Expanding into Limitlessness) to Jupiter (Expansion) in 8 Aries (Acceptance of All without Judgment ). Mars in Gemini would work better with a Diversion than a Frontal Counterattack. Jupiter in Aries should provide plenty of Creativity for your Diversions.

• ³ Something on the order of Moving Your Attention to the Center of the Earth, Picking Up Earth Energy like wrapping Spaghetti around a fork, Drawing that Energy as if through a Straw or Firehose Up through the Body of the Earth and into your Legs, and pouring it into the Vessel that is your Pelvis; Moving your Attention Up through the Top of your Head and Up through the Sky into Source, Collecting Source Energy as if Filling your Lungs with Air, Drawing that Energy Down into your Head, Neck, Torso, Belly, and Pouring it into your Pelvis and Churning it with the Earth Energy; Then Drawing that Combined and Mixed Energy Up the front of your Body and Back through each Chakra, Up to Chakra Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, however High you’re accustomed to go. There are a zillion variations, and none are right or wrong. You can make up your own version, in fact, you need to, so it Fits your own Energy Body like a glove, and so you can do the whole process rapidly. Practice till you can do it Instantaneously using only Intention.
• ⁴ When Confronted with Energy you don’t like, hold a Wardrobe Mirror up in front of you, facing outward toward the Source of the Energy, so that the Energy is Focused Back to its Source. If you aren’t sure of the Source, make a Guess and Test it by Holding the Mirror for several minutes to see if your Feelings Change. If they don’t, Guess and Test again. When they do, Hold the Mirror there till you Feel Safe. Your current Boss may be using the same Ports that your Uncle installed when you were a Child.
• This is not just a Protection, this is a Healing. Our Programmers left Holes in the Back of our Aura, where we couldn’t see them, so they could reach in Energetically and Manipulate us like a Puppet. Our Boundaries and Ego are Overwhelmed when a Perp Intuits these Ports and uses them for their own Purposes. This is Karmic, and the more you Allow yourself to be Manipulated, the more you Cement the Karma in place. The more you “Use your Mirrors,” the more you Strengthen New Habits and the more you Weaken the Old Karma. Eventually, Using your Mirrors will Seal Up the Holes in your Aura, so you can really Fill Your Body with Your Own Energy, without Leaks. Then you will seldom Encounter Energy you don’t like, because you’ll no longer be a Magnet for it. If you do Feel it again after that, just Use your Mirrors on it.
• We were Programmed to Feel Guilty when we Discovered these Holes and tried to Plug them. So we have to Expect to Feel Guilt when we Use our Mirrors. That’s the sign that you’re Healing your Energy Body. Embrace the Guilt, and Recognize that it Identifies what needs Healing and what’s Getting Healed. That Guilt is the Proof that you’re Catching the Embodiment or Generalization of “your” Perp In The Act, and Setting Firm Boundaries Against their Manipulation. As your Psychic Wounds Heal, you’ll Feel less Guilt, till you Feel Strong and Whole instead.
• Our Codependence is often based on Holes in our Aura which aren’t Odious to us. We may have been Programmed to Keep Our House Clean, or to be Morally Outraged by certain Characteristics or Behaviors of other people. We may even base our Relationships on having our Programs Matched. Even though you may have very well-developed Justifications for these Obsessions and Reactions to Other People, they’ll still Stand Between you and Enlightenment. When you Begin to Notice these Codependencies and are Inspired to Work on them, you can also Use your Mirrors on them.
