Rest Is Great But You Could Hold the Knockout Drops

Astrologically we’re in between Portals, so we’re up for a bit of a Rest. Experientially, at least hereabouts, it feels more like we’re Recovering from a Extreme Exertion, the kind where you don’t feel Rested till a week later. I mean, when I Sleep nine hours several days in a row, shouldn’t I feel Awake during the other fifteen? I’m a Biased Observer here, since the Biggest Challenge of last week’s New Moon chart was a dead ringer for the Biggest Challenge in my natal chart – same Degrees, different Planets (some of them) – and the New Moon’s second-Biggest Challenge sat on my natal Moon.

Which doesn’t Explain why most everyone else I know is still Groggy too. So I’ll go ahead and speak as if some of my Experience has been Universal, which of course is always true on some level. The signatures of Major Ego Death smell stronger than the local paper mill – I’m glad someone here seems to remember how to drive. I know I’ve taken all the correct turns, and this is my own neighborhood, but nothing looks familiar. Was that there before? Lots of things I could or should be doing, and I’ve had plenty of Sleep, but all I want to Do is Nap. Or Space Out. It’s an Effort to Do anything but that, even when I can. Who the Hell Am I, Anyway?

Meaning that we’ve been through Big Changes, as befits the astrodetails of the Big New Moon Challenges.¹ While dancing with several Physical Challenges, I’ve Discovered that to Find Healing I’m going to have to Seek Beyond the Current Lifetime. So while I have Personal Experience with neither Afterlife Specialist Dr. Scott Taylor nor Psychic Mark Anthony (who introduces Dr. Taylor), I plan to watch Dr. Taylor’s free 6 April 2023 presentation on Discover the Wonders of the Bi-Location Phenomenon, which promises to Explore “the mysteries of the non-physical universe.” I’m mentioning that here in case anyone else is called to it.

All of which Reminds me of something I Learned several years back at the Global Earth Repair Conference, that while the CO₂ Cycle might Impact some 10% or less of the Earth’s Surface Temperature, the H₂O Cycle Impacts more like 70-80% of the Earth’s Surface Temperature. We shift the H₂O Cycle by Changing Vegetation, especially Trees. The Permaculture Design Magazine articles point out that if we as a Culture Implement the full Hoped-For Conversion from Oil to Green Electricity, we’ll actually Increase our Negative Impact on Nature because of the sheer size of the Solar Farms and associated Infrastructure.

The Oligarchs often present that argument, but this is the first time I’ve seen competent environmentalists discuss it. Trees aren’t good acreage-fellows with Solar Farms, nor with Wind Farms. There are some things that can be done with shade-tolerant crops, but basically, Solar Farms and Food Crops will ultimately Compete for Sunlight, and the rest of Nature will lose out. It’s time for me to Focus my Attention on the sort of Local World that I Want to Live in, and Let the Rest of the World do the same.

The Moon is now Out of Bounds North, since 26 March (PDT 12:46 am, BST 8:46 am, IST 1:16 pm, AEST 5:46 pm), till 31 March (PDT 6:41 am, BST 2:41 pm, IST 7:11 pm, AEST 11:41 pm). If Wall Street was following the Moon Cycles like it often does, it would have crashed today. Instead, after crashing last week because of the Interest Rate Dramas – which are more Powerful than the Moon – it’s Recovering mildly.

Asteroid Pan, our astrosymbol for the OverLighting God of Nature, goes Out of Bounds (He Gets Serious About Protecting Nature) 28 March (PDT 6:41 am, BST 2:41 pm, IST 7:11 pm, AEST 11:41 pm), until 13 July 2023. He was in Taurus (relative Stability in Nature) during June and July of 2022, and again from 8 November 2022 to 30 March 2023. If you’ve been in California, Mississippi, or several other places, that was some pretty Horrific Stability.

On 30-31 March (PDT 4:33 pm 30th, BST 12:33 am 31st, IST 5:03 am 31st, AEST 9:33 am 31st) Pan enters Gemini (Relative Instability and Change in Nature) again, till 8 June 2023. Maybe those “Stable” Floods over the recent Winter indicate that the Drought in the Western US is finished. “Holding our Breath” for that isn’t a very Powerful Strategy, but it might work.

We’re already under the Influence of a Strong Emphasis on Assistance with our Manifestations (asteroid Artesian Out of Bounds, and Stationary until 31 March-1 April, PDT 6pm 31st, BST 2am 1st, IST 6:30 am 1st, AEST 11am 1st) in 13 Leo, Compulsion to Let Go of All Attachment to Personal Identity, which Feels like what’s going on. It Feels Natural, though, so far just Relaxed, not Scary or Effortful, and part of Who the Hell Am I, Anyway? but not in any Negative sense. It Feels so Natural that I’m barely Aware of it, though when I Inquire, I definitely Notice a Big Difference from last week.

So this week is an Excellent Opportunity to really Get Serious with our PIAVAs and other Manifestations, Monitoring our State of Mind to censor any Habitual Nay-Saying or other Limitations to our Owning What We Want. Breathe Deeply both In and Out through your Nose, to Trigger your Vagus Nerve and qwell Fight-Flight-Freeze. Monitor your Emotional State to stay Attuned to Peace and Joy, because your Emotional State while you’re Manifesting is what you’ll Manifest More Of. We Cleared Away a huge load of Karmic Limitation under that Mars OOB-Chaos OOB-Ganesa OOB Heracles New Moon, so don’t Hold Back on your Wants.

Back when there was still a Radio Shack, they used to sell a very powerful little hand microscope with a light inside, about the size and shape of a long pack of cigarettes. Being among the harder of Minerals, Sand Grains are often mostly Quartz. I used to collect little jars of Sand whenever I was near a Beach, and the scope magnified enough to see the colors and other details on every tiny Grain of Sand. Some friends of ours Lived for a while on the Oregon Coast, and when I got home with a handful of Sand from their Beach and looked at it with the scope, It Was All Citrine! It was Mind-Blowing. Several times I took a small collection of gorgeous Crystals, along with the microscope and a few Sand samples, to show to children that were being home-schooled in groups. After one of them looked at the Sand through the scope, that was it. They ignored the larger Crystals and queued up to peer through the tiny window at the Magnified Sand!

Nothing But Lots Going On

In her latest blog post at https://walkinginbothworlds.com/2023/03/09/the-final-frontier/, NathaJay says, “If we wish to quickly land on our highest timeline, we must consciously align with our own Higher Self.” And it’s probably no Coincidence that on 11 March 2023, the dwarf planet Chaos was Standing Still in the Sky. Chaos is a Speck far too tiny for us to see. At its Closest Approach, once every 300 years, it’s 40 times as distant from the Sun as we are, and if it came to visit us (and accomplished a Very Soft Landing), it would take up only two thirds of France. It’s 15% furthur away than Pluto, and only one fourth as wide. So of course it’s Trivia to us.

Except that it Lives in the Darkness, in the Unconscious. There’s little argument that the overwhelming majority of “our” Emotions, Thoughts, and Behaviors are determined not by our Ego or our Soul or even our Circumstances, but by the Unconscious. It’s not even “our” Unconscious, because Identity is Egoic, not Universal. We have some Affinity with a microscopic portion of the Vast Sea of The Unconscious, but we have to Share even that tiny slice with an infinite number of other Entities. And it’s very name is a rather silly Projection of the Ego, as it’s “Unconscious” only to our puny Ego.

Of course The Unconscious has a Consciousness – every Entity does. It’s phenomenally Narcissistic of us to assume that we’re the Only ones. The Consciousness of The Unconscious is probably as close as we can Conceive of God/Goddess, to the extent that we can. (Not to be Confused with Freud’s Subconscious, which from the Ego’s Perspective is more Satanic, though it’s alternate name, Lucifer, does Identify it as part of the Unconscious. In astrology, the Subconscious is symbolized by the South Node.) The Edge of Darkness is a Magnifying Lens. The tinier and more distant are the Specks in the Unconscious, the Greater their Power over us.

Dwarf planet Chaos was not named for Disorder, or even for Chaos Theory, which is only a bit more Organized than Disorder. Chaos was the Greek label for what Existed before Zeus Declared the Patriarchy. To Zeus that was Nothing, though of course it was actually the Matriarchy. Zeus’s Hit Men Perseus and Hercules were sent to Assassinate the Symbols of Feminine Power, because people like Medusa and Hydra (at right) Terrified the Patriarchy. We regard Chaos as implying our Unlimited Potential, our True Self, as what’s left once we scrape off the veneers of Programming and Karma.

Before we knew that there was anything else out there in the Darkness beyond it, we regarded Pluto as the symbol of the Universal Unconscious. It’s a good example of the Magnifying Lens of the Edge of Darkness. It’s a tiny dot compared to Neptune, but everyday astrologers assigned it to the likes of Nuclear Power, whether tethered to your toaster, or Not.

Now that Chaos has had its Day in the Light, and Saturn has entered Pisces, the rest of March is pretty Quiet, giving us a welcome Break, which we’ve well Earned. The Moon does go Out of Bounds over the Northern Hemisphere again, from 26-31 March, which could get Exciting as our Emotional Sensitivity again Blooms. More Confrontation with Pootin’? More delayed fallout from the Regional Banks? More Manufactured Crises we can Blame on Republicrats or Democans? Or Both? More Economic and Environmental Collapse?

Pluto moves into Pisces on 23 March, but the Impact of Sign Changes are seldom Sudden and Drastic. Pluto is however Slowing Down, to Stand Still on 1 May. By the end of March Pluto is moving less than one arcminute (a Sixtieth of a Degree) per day, while we usually consider a planet to be Stationary or Strong as long as it’s within one Degree of its Station. By that measure, Pluto has been Stationary since 24 February, the anniversary of Pootin’s Invasion. So it would be Denial to assume that we aren’t already in the propwash of Pluto’s Mayday Station. Interesting choice of dates.

Unlike the Quiet in this last half of March, past the Ides, April is quite Busy, with fourteen Stations, many piled on top of one another. It gets very Confusing when Stations play dogpile, just as it does when we have Stelliums in our natal chart. A Stellium is three planets together. Since each planet represents a quanta of Meaning, when three Merge, we’re Confronted with entirely new Meanings of things. Look at the crushing social Confusion over having Maleness and Femaleness Intermingled. Entire States are making that illegal in the US, and basing Presidential Campaigns on it!

Imagine how Confusing it would be if Obedience and Self-Hate and Mistrust were Merged! Oh wait, half the country’s already doing that, aren’t they, and Feeling Great about it. They call it “MAGA.” Well, what would it look like to have Inner Guidance, Self-Love, and Trust all Merged into one Meaning? Hmm, might that Feel sorta like Being Aligned with our own Higher Self? Of course if we’re no longer stuck in 2D Linearity, we’ll Realize that Obedience and Inner Guidance are the same Energy, just viewed from different sides of the Border Wall between them. Same with Self-Hate versus Self-Love, and Mistrust versus Trust, and Ego-Self versus Soul-Self. Just Word Games.

If you haven’t already Recognized this Civil War within yourself, and its Mirror in Politics, you’ll probably see it pretty Clearly during the first week of May, when Ixion (Social Convention), Sappho (Self-Appreciation), and Eurydike (Trust) are all Strong (Stationary) at the same time. If you’ve ever spent much time navigating in Total Darkness, you understand how easy it is to get totally Turned Around without knowing it. Eventually you can’t even tell Up from Down, as the Ghosts of many Ex-Pilots will Attest.

In the Unconscious, Opposites are Equals. There are no Heads or Tails, only Coins, with very thin Edges. Where do we Live most of the time? In the Unconscious. Here’s a great quote from the oh-so-contemporary Debate over the oxymoronic “Artificial Intelligence”…

“Such [Artificial Intelligence] systems have inspired boundless optimism around this technology’s potential, with some seeing a sense of intelligence almost on par with humans. The systems, though — as critics and the AI researchers are quick to point out — are merely repeating patterns and associations found in their training data without a clear understanding of what it’s saying or when it’s wrong” (https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2023/03/14/gpt-4-has-arrived-it-will-blow-chatgpt-out-water/).

“Merely repeating patterns and associations found in [our] training data without a clear understanding of what [we’re doing] or when it’s wrong” – isn’t that Exactly what We do until we clear away our Programming and Karma?

Fortunately, on 1 April (April Fools Day!), Artesian (Assistance with Manifestation) is Stationary or Strong, so we can use the Enhanced Emotional Power of the Out-of-Bounds Moon between 26 and 31 March, while Artesian is Standing Still, to PIAVA that we Use the Energy of the upcoming triple Station to Clear Away as much Programming and Karma as we possibly can! (Artesian is within one Degree of its Station from today, 14 March, on). Remember that We Create More of What We Feel, so PIAVA while you’re Feeling Strong and Upbeat. Take a dozen deep Inhales and long Exhales, both through your nose, to increase your élan.

April goes on… The Stations of Pholus (Being Fully Responsive to…) and Quaoar (Our Survival Instincts) are Merged 6-8 April. Pholus-Quaoar signifies the Climate Change Challenge with all it’s Apocalyptic Correlates that we’re immersed in.

Then while the Moon is Out of Bounds South between 9 and 14 April, the Stations of Samadhi (Enlightenment) and Cyllarus (Ego Death) Merge – another great Programming- and Karma-Clearing Opportunity.

Then again between 16 and 19 April, while Venus (our Values) is going Out of Bounds (Being Exaggerated), the Stations of Sisyphus (Learning that it’s the Journey that’s of Greatest Value, Not the Destination), Varuna (The Life Force), and Requiem (Ego Death Again) are Merged – yet another Fantastic Opportunity.

All while Pluto (Compulsion) is Standing Still. Pluto is synonymous with Addiction, but by now you know that if you have Addiction in the palm of your hand, all you need to do to Revert it, is to Turn Your Hand Over. In the Unconscious, where we Live most of the Time, Addiction is the same as Not-Addiction. Our Addictions, including our Addiction to our Programming and Karma, are merely repeating patterns and associations found in our training data without a clear understanding of what they’re saying or when they’re Self-Sabotaging.

The Pluto Station is Merged with a Station of Hylonome (Codependence, or Trusting Others more than Ourself), so the whole month of April (and March – the Pluto Station technically started 24 February, when Pluto was one Degree from its Station) are Excellent Times to Bring our Self-Trust back to our Self.

“The good news is that trust can grow as a result of what you are taught about yourself by other people. Unfortunately, this is also the bad news. As we know, children often believe what other people tell them; [we] don’t conduct [our] own independent investigation and assessment of whether or not the information [we]’re getting from others is true and accurate. Then [we] grow into adults, still believing the same, potentially faulty information. As a result, a huge part of [our] journey to self-trust will be learning how to deprogram [our]self from all the misinformation that has highjacked [our] mind since childhood” (Iyanla Vanzant, Trust: Mastering the Four Essential Trusts, p.38).

And of course, before that. We wouldn’t be dealing with Life-Long Trust Issues if we hadn’t volunteered in the Lightworker’s Lounge to come down here and work on Trust Karma.

Santa’s Elf 2

The chart for the 20-21 December 2022 Station of Artesian¹ (a Helper for Manifestation) includes two Challenges, but they’re both Fully Self-Resolving. Full Self-Resolution means that in general we’re better off avoiding Intervention if the Challenges bug us, because if we Intervened Consciously we’d probably be sticking a 2D band-aid on an nD issues, whereas if we 🎶 Let It Be, Let It Be, Let It Be, Let It Be, There Will Be An Answer, Let It Be, Let It Be, to quote Paul’s Mum.

In other words, Self-Resolving Challenges will Apply nD Solutions to the nD Issues that arise, though there may be a Gap between the Issue arising and the Resolution being Applied. If we can Stand Still for the intervening Tension, it will Give Us the Opportunity to Lovingly and Gently Embrace the Karma that’s being Let Go in the process. Aka the Opportunity to Feel the Feelings, Lovingly and Gently and without Blame. To quote Genia Pauli Haddon, we don’t want to be “the kind of person who repeatedly opens the oven door while the cake is baking, prematurely exposing what should be left covered, meddling where such ‘help’ is not needed” (Body Metaphors, p.42).

The word Feelings is deliberately Ambiguous – it can refer to either Emotions or Sensations. Emotions (Water) and Sensations (Earth) are Related because both are of the Magnetic or Feminine persuasion. We Live in a Yang Patriarchic World, and as such we’ve been Programmed to switch into Thoughts (Air, which is Dynamic or Masculine) so quickly and automatically that we don’t know that we’re doing it. Do we. If you never Break Free from any other piece of Karma or Programming, Break Free from this one. The Yang Male Patriarchy is Dying, to be replaced by the Age of the Yang Female, and you don’t want to be caught with your knickers down.

One of the two Challenges in the Artesian Station is about Fear of Our Fate.²

² Fate or Choice (Asteroid Moira) Merged with Converting Fear to Power (dwarf planet Sedna) Challenged by (T-Squaring) the Debate (Opposition) between our Power to Manifest (Artesian) and our Fear of Accountability (asteroid Damocles). We can read Moira-Sedna four ways – our Fearsome Fate, our Inherent Power, our Choice of Fear, or our Choice of Power. Quite a foursome, though I guess we’d have to include the Fear of Choice and the Power of Choice as well.

We go from Fate to Choice by Becoming Conscious of our Karma. We go from Fear to Power by Loving our Fear till it Squeaks. We can Intervene in Fear with Kegels, but eventually we may have to Embrace our Fear as a Sensation if we’re unable to Separate our Fear as an Emotion from our Thoughts about our Fear.

I’m not sure I’d even know what that would “look” like. I have a hard time Describing to myself what it would feel like without resorting to terms of Sensation, like Queasy. We could always just use Intention, and forget about all the other Details. I spent an hour or so working with my Thoughts about my Fear of Accountability immediately before I sat down to write this, so I’m immensely grateful to have a Context for those Thoughts.

Genia Haddon points out that Yang Male Energy Acts Toward a Goal, while Yang Female Energy Acts From a Field of Reference. I’m thinking that perhaps Intervening in a Self-Resolving Situation From a Field of Reference may be less Disruptive of the Self-Resolution than Intervening Toward Stopping the Pain of a Challenge. It’s certainly more Educational, and seems like it may provide Both/And.

The Moira-Sedna Merger crosses the Cusp of Gemini. In the Snapshot View, our Fear remains pretty Solid and Grounded in Taurus while our Fate is beginning to Lose Track of Itself as it moves into Flexible Gemini with its Threat of Flibbertigibbetude. No Judgment there – Gemini’s Flibbertigibbet is just it’s way to Scramble the Puzzle Pieces so they can be Put Back Together to make a different Picture.

Both Moira and Sedna are Retrograde however, so the Video View has both Retreating back into Form to Clean Up some Unfinished Business about Context. Crossing a Cusp is always Tricky. It’s a little like turning Inside Out, as two adjacent Signs are in some sense always Opposites – Taurus gets so Stolid that Gemini’s job is to Tickle it till it Loosens Up.

You can use Epidote (Calcium, Aluminum, Iron, “Sorosilicate,” and Hydroxide; Sorosilicates wear their Silicate Units in pairs) to park your Ego Safely while the rest of you Flibbertigibbets. It’s just a parking lot, so I don’t think it will count as an Intervention.

If we stretch our Artesian-Station Sensitivity or “Orb” to include the near-Simultaneous Zero-Degree Solstice (1 day apart, which ain’t much on this scale), we Merge the Patriarchy’s Hit Man Heracles with Fear-of-Accountability Damocles. No wonder my father was prominent as I was examining My Thoughts about My Fear of Accountability earlier.

Santa’s Elf

I know we don’t all Believe in Christmas, but we all Believe in Santa Claus, Right? We’re mixing our Metaphors a little here, Confusing Solstice with Christmas, but we won’t be the first by any means. Confusion is the First Stage of Growth after all. We interpret asteroid Artesian as a Powerful Aid to Manifestation, so we can think of Artesian as Santa’s Elf. The Unconscious operates by Association rather than Cause An Defect, so already having an Astrologic License, we don’t need a Poetic License.

In Carl Jung’s thinking, Cause an Defect is to Logic, as Association is to the Rest of Life. In those terms, there isn’t really much covered by Cause an Defect, is there. Kind of shows us how far off the Mark Western Civilization is, with it’s Denial of Intuition and Nature and Magic. Magic just means we don’t know How it will occur. The Capricorn Solstice, as the New Year in the Perennial Wisdom, is the primary Initiatory event for the coming Year, and the chart for the Solstice at 0 Degrees is the same chart as the chart for the Station of Artesian at 29 Degrees. Almost.

The Solstice occurs with Artesian Stationary, so we can certainly say that 2023 will be an Artesian Year, a year for Amplifed Manifestation. But Artesian isn’t quite done with Leo yet – it turns Retrograde on the Cusp of Virgo, so by the time the Sun enters Capricorn a day later, Artesian is moving the other way. It hasn’t moved far, only 12 arcseconds, three thousandths of one Degree or nine millionths of the Zodiac. Nevertheless, it’s a Near Miss. Artesian doesn’t turn Direct again till April, and it doesn’t get back to the Cusp of Virgo till mid-year.

It means that if we’re Disappointed during 2023 by a False Alarm or an Almost-Manifestation, we want to Focus Deeply on our Disappointment for about twelve seconds, just so we don’t Stuff the Experience of the Feeling, before we Get Excited and start Celebrating what we’re about to Manifest. After a thousand steps Forward, don’t let two steps Backward get you down. Our Compass was just a little off those last few steps, and we were about to hurt our shoulder on the doorjamb. Two steps back to get it just right is exactly what we’re here for!

One of the biggest Obstacles to our Manifestation is that we get too Focused on our Expectations. When we’re trying to Manifest something we’ve never Manifested before, we actually have no idea what it’ll really Look like when we see it. We could Look right at it and walk on by. We can’t help but have a Mental Image of What We Want, but we have to strip that Image naked and beyond, to get to How It Feels. When we’re Open to How It Feels, we’ll Recognize it immediately. How it Looks is 2D, a black and white snapshot. How It Feels is nD, aka Real Life.

We can see that Clearly in the Salacia Station chart that we covered in the previous two posts. Asteroid Ganesa, Remover of Obstacles, is in the Salacia Grand Cross, Debating with (Opposite) our Karma, in particular our Karma about Global Warming et al (Pholus-Quaoar). Remember that Pootin’s War has become a symbol for Global Warming et al, including Demise of the Patriarchy, Collapse of the Planet-Destroying aspects of Western Civilization, etc. etc. So that comes down to the Choice between Focusing on our Expectations (Karma) or on Allowing Obstacles to What We Want to Be Removed (Ganesa).

The other Opposition in the Salacia Grand Cross was between Salacia and Kassandra, as we mentioned in our Forgotum. Salacia symbolizing our Commitment to Ascension and Kassandra our Not Quite Fully Believing our own Commitment, that is, the Unconscious Karma that makes Obstacles to our Commitment. As Bob says, “Somewhere in that Quantum Field is a wide open Gate, but it is a Feeling, not the analysis of the extraordinarily complicated fine print in the contract we signed prior to incarnation as Lightworkers in this lifetime! We just have to capture it and hold on to it like grim death!” [or like Ecstasy!]

An Artesian Spring is one that has enough natural Pressure that it Bubbles up on its own, without being pumped. Shamans sometimes do their Magic by Sucking out a Malady and then Blowing In a New Dream or Trance to replace it. Shamans need enough Power that they don’t Take On the Malady as they Spit it Out. We can use an Artesian Spring in the same fashion – Imagine the Spring Bubbling into the Malady, rinsing it out, and then Bubbling in a Whole New Trance, carried on Pure Water straight from Mother Goddess Earth.

Try it. It Works. We don’t even need to Worry about having enough Power to Reject the Malady, we can Trust Mother Earth to Compost it. And we don’t need to Name the Unconscious Obstacles to our Commitment. We just need to let Artesian Bubble them Out and rinse them away, and let Artesian Bubble in that Feeling that we have about What We Want. For instance, if we can’t help but Want Everyone Else to Ascend First, we could Bubble Out that Expectation and Bubble In the Recognition that We Came Here to Lead the Charge through Our Example.

The 19 December Salacia Station and 20 December Artesian Station¹ are only a day apart. If we were doing a chart for “someone,” say, Baby Solstice aka Miss 2023, born on 21 December,² we’d definitely include both of those Stations in the chart. And obviously the two other planets that are slowing down to Station on the 24th, Thereus³ (Relentless Teacher) and Sappho⁴ (Unconditional Self-Love), they’d be important parts of the chart too. And we’d want to consider the impending 23 December Moon-Sun Conjunction.⁵ These Energies would all be Merged into the Entity which will be born as 2023.

We’ve made it through the nearly simultaneous 18-19 September 2022 Stations of Quaoar, Pholus, and Altjira, and the return of asteroid Artesian In-Bounds.¹ While we’ve referred to the Pholus-Quaoar Cycle (Ability and Willingness to Respond Fully to Our Survival Instincts) as Global Warming et al, the biggest event that occurred at the Cycle’s Initiation in late February was Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine, so we Expect news about that to be prominent, to the extent that anything can peek out beneath the Velvet Pomp and Gossip hissing out of the British Empire’s long-deflating Balloon. The news that I read today was about how Russia was running out of cannon fodder, and missiles were hitting military bases inside Russia and near the border with Ukraine. We broaden the scope of Climate Change et al to include the Demise of the Patriarchy, which both the Russian Invasion and the Death of Queen Elizabeth II symbolize and accelerate.²

The Moon remains Out of Bounds over the Northern Hemisphere (Hupersons are more likely to Panic – Critters may be as well ) until 3:40 am PDT (11:40 am BST, 8:40 pm AEST) 21 September. The US Federal Reserve meets on Wednesday, and will raise Interest Rates again, so the uptick that frequently occurs in the US Stock Market at Moon-Returning-from-OOBN will be overridden, one way or the other or both, by Reactions to the financial news.

While the Impacts of Quaoar, Pholus, and Altjira (The Primordial Field that Allows Life to Exist ) have Lightened a bit, we’re still in the Thick Of It, as asteroids Lachesis (Unexpired Karma that Can Be Consciously Let Go Of ), Arachne (The Web of Life), and Pan (The Overlighting Deva of Nature) all Stand Still 21-22 September.³ In other words, the Big Conference in the Meadow in the Forest, between Huperity’s Ability and Willingness to Respond Fully to Its Survival Instincts (Pholus-Quaoar), The Primordial Field that Allows Life to Exist (Altjira), Unexpired Karma that Can Be Consciously Let Go Of (Lachesis), The Web of Life (Arachne), and The Overlighting Deva of Nature (Pan) is still going Strong.

Their Suggestion Box is still Open if we would like to PIAVA our Intentions into it. Peace and Collaboration on Earth might be a nice Intention. Whatever Directives result from their Global Conclave about the Future of Life on Earth, it will be up to us to Intuit them and PIAVA them into our Lives, abetted by the 29 September Station of Asbolus (Intuition), a New Moon that Lights Up much of what we’ve been talking about, and three intervening Sign Changes.⁴

Tomorrow 20 September begins the 2nd Pulse of the Ascension Portal scheduled in the Mayan Calendar according to Aluna Joy Yax’kin‘s Channelings from the Star Elders (see the Big Doin’s IV post). This 4-day Pulse will bring Energy from the Great Central Sun down into our Throat Chakra (Communication), and from our Great Mother Earth up into our Solar Plexus Chakra (Action). Aluna Joy says that in this 2nd Pulse “We will begin to let go, like a death of the past, and align with pure healing creation, activating and transducing wisdom into a usable form. We exit the mental world, and we enter the world of spirit.”

Artesian Spring

Asteroid Artesian, by the way, is minor planet number 296819. You’ll need that number to find it on True Node http://www.true-node.com/eph1/ or Serennu https://serennu.com/astrology/ephemeris.php or the like, so you can look up where it was when you took the lift down from the Lightworkers’ Lounge. I tried putting Artesian to work earlier today, pouring my remaining Unconscious Resistance to one of my Heart’s Desires into Niagara Falls, then Imagining my Artesian Spring blurbling out What I Want instead – to finish rebalancing my budget after a big reduction in input last year. Next thing I knew I was in my chair slowly waking up from a Sound Sleep! Now that’s Powerful Information about Whatever I’ve been Denying! So I tried the sequence again with more Focus, this time to Visions of pleasing abstract Patterns in stunning blues and greens, and no Sleep. Progress with the Unconscious is always Weird.

Yesterday I allowed myself to sleep in, and missed the first two hours of the Farmers Market. I needed GF Bread, Eggs, and Spinach, which are usually sold out by that time. So on the way there I Asked my Artesian Spring to Bubble Up some of each. Spontaneous Kegels helped it along. Sure enough, when I got to the Market the GF Bread was all sold – but the Baker had more at his shop and had already sent someone to retrieve more! Then some of the best Eggs were still available, and some great Spinach, and I scored an assortment of Greens for my next batch of Green Soup, and picked up the Bread on the way out! Go Artesian!

We’ve spoken about how 🦨Pootin’ has left us with a sense of Powerlessness, but when we add asteroid Artesian to the 21 February 2022 chart of Climate Change et al, it links two of its non-Self-Resolving Challenges with Dumb-Luck Grace, and adds a Mystery School to the third.¹ The Mystery School’s Advice is to Forget everything we Think We Know about Manifesting Healing, and Open our Heart to Learning how to Directly Integrate Healing Karma and Respect. In other words, we aren’t Powerless at all, we need only Enlist our Artesian Spring and Specify What We Want. Remember that this 21-22 February chart describes the whole New 150-year Cycle, and especially the next 60 years while we work to Shift the Planet from Divisive, Predatory, and Destructive Profit-Motivation, to Collaboration and Community with the Victims of our Avarice – one another and the Natural World.

We’re entering a busy two weeks.

Be on the lookout for Despair between now and 8:21 am PDT 19 July,² and be Mindful to Respond with Poor-Sweethearting or the equivalent. The prognosis for this event is Fantastic, so don’t let any Discouragement Karma drag you down. Toss it over your favorite Waterfall, and Let Your Artesian Spring Bubble up Miracles instead. If you don’t Expect it to work, it won’t, so Intend to Believe that it will with All Your Heart.

Also in the 19th, at 6:00 pm PDT, our Unlimited Potential Changes the way it Manifests, from Flexibility to Compassion.³ This is a big Change, since our Potential has been Ambiguous since 2000. It’ll be Nurturing until 2042. Keep your Eye on, and Trial your Beliefs about, your Best Superpower Fantasies until the Ides of October 2022, because between then and the end of May 2023 we’ll be Reviewing everything we Learned about our Superpowers while they were Dancing around in all their many costumes. After that we’ll get Serious about Mothering them into their adolescence. They move into Self-Assurance in 2042.

Also also on 19 July, the nature of our Guilt Shifts from Self-Pitying to Integrity after 8:26 pm PDT.⁴ From mid-August till year-end we’ll be Reminded of everything we Learned about our Guilt since April while it was Recycling Emotional Baggage. We’ll have nine months to Practice Eliminating our Guilt by simply Acting and Speaking with Integrity. The more we can Choose Yintegrity the better, because Yangtegrity always includes Guilt about Self-Abandonment.⁵

Until 8:08 am PDT 21 July, we’ll be Swimming in Denial that Asks to Be Revealed for What It Is.⁶ Denial is a psychologically Healthy Strategy for postponing Important True-Self Recovery work that we aren’t yet Ready to Complete. Be mindful that some people will accuse you of Denial when they’re Projecting their own Unconscious Denial onto you. Don’t Fall for it. You’ll Open up Gracefully to your Denial when you’re damn well Ready. You’re getting close when you notice that you’re starting to think that someone else is in Denial about something, which something will Resemble your own Denial, though it’s almost always through a Funhouse Mirror. Accept only the Revelations that come from your own Inner Guidance, and Reject the attempts of Others to Manipulate you.

At 4:22 pm PDT 23 July, the Moon goes Out of Bounds to the North, until 12:04 pm PDT 28 July,⁷ an hour after the New Moon. Folks are more likely to Panic about things during Out of Bounds Moons, especially when they begin. They get into Thinking about the Stories they make up to Explain their Emotions, instead of Feeling them to best harvest Insights from them. For instance, Wall Street often Panics at Moon OOB N, though this time they’ll have a day and a half to think it over before the Market opens to the peons on Monday. On the other hand, the FRB will announce new higher interest rates on 27 July, so everyone will be busy Overthinking.

As July winds down, Growth in Consciousness is emphasized in Pisces through 24 July, though maybe we should call that The Need for Growth in Conscious- ness. The actual Growth is optional. As we’ve written about earlier, Our Soul and Our Life Mission Merge during the last week of July – what an Oppor- tunity! We need to make the most of it.

Through the 28th we have a Strong Emphasis on Expansion in Aries, and on the 28th an Out of Bounds Leo New Moon with four Strong themes, all Self-Resolving, revolving around Health, Enlightenment, Libera- tion, and Climate Change et al.

Strange Moon

The Moon was Full when it was Out of Bounds South¹ last month, but it must have been cloudy, because I don’t ever recall seeing a Full Moon that low in the southern Sky. It didn’t help that it was a “Supermoon” (at perigee, or at its closest approach to Earth, so it looks bigger), a big yellow Orb. Weird Dreams – a friend dreamed vividly of drinking Anchor Ale at an outdoor bar they’d never seen, with people they didn’t know. And Invisible Entities pulling doors open just as we’re about to push them open. We often have invisible visitors, but this is the first time they’ve been proactive.

I had a long-lasting hallucination of a duffel-bag like pillow, probably a camel’s saddlebag, woven like an Oriental Rug, with an intricate abstract pattern, like this one, but non-repeating and only dark red and black. I stared at it for a long time, and it didn’t change. Then a clear vision of a blonde woman mourning a corpse, but with her face in a Fog. I often see parades of faces I don’t recognize, but these visions looked much more solid.

I had a trade yesterday with a land-clearing and land-healing friend, Mahala Frye, where I asked her to look at our Fruit-Less-this-year Apple Tree,^1a and we shared our respective Confusions about what this Ascension business is supposed to “look” like. I was describing the Intensity of the astrological Death-of-Karma prognostication² to her, and she related that someone had recently advised her to take whatever she Doesn’t Want, and toss it into a Waterfall she was familiar with. To me that sounded like a perfect Metaphor for the astrology, and I suggested that we add an Artesian Spring tasked with bubbling up what we Do Want, and we both agreed to try it out.

In the 1980s I worked for a while in the building next door to where this painting is displayed. It’s as wide as your living room, and was placed at the top of a wide staircase. I used to go over there every day and just stand in awe in front of it – you could actually hear the roar of the Falls!

I was reading this today, in O. Fed Donaldson’s book Playing by Heart: The Vision & Practice of Belonging, pp.66-67 …

“One of the childcare workers described a race she had set up for the kids on the unit [for abused and neglected children]. She was concerned about Dennis’s ‘refusal to play’ with the others. With a mocking laugh, she said, ‘He didn’t even know how to race.’ She related how he ran along laughing, going every which way but straight…

“Dennis didn’t know what to do in a competitive situation; he was still a playmate. But, like all of us, Dennis’s training in the lessons that cripple the human spirit began early in life. He was laughed at by an unknowing adult for not participating in a contest, which she called play. As Dennis was discovering, it was difficult to remain a playmate around adults. It is also extremely difficult to speak against what everyone knows to be true: that play is a childish activity to be put away so that we can learn to compete effectively in what I call the Duchess’s Game. We look too soon for the adult in the child and once having created an adult, it is very difficult to retrieve a child.

“The Duchess’s Game is a way of being and acting based on the Duchess’s Law from Alice in Wonderland which states, ‘The more there is of mine, the less there is of yours.’ The Duchess’s Game is an antagonistic encounter in which we succeed by defeating an opponent. This ‘game’ can be cynically expressed as The Three Laws of Thermodynamics³ quoted by Dennis Overbye:

“1. You can’t win.

“2. You can’t break even.

“3. You can’t get out of the game.

“In this zero-sum game, everything including life itself can be won, lost, possessed, and awarded. It can be played anywhere and anytime with balls, guns and words and on sports fields, corporate boardrooms, political arenas, international battlefields, family living rooms, freeways, schoolrooms and playgrounds.”

I remember a scene like that. I must have been 9 or 10, and several of us were “racing” around the outside of our house, and one fellow could only giggle as he ran, without intensity, as if he didn’t really understand the contest. Behind his back, I made fun of him – at that age I was already adultified. 5D should look a lot more like Play than Contest. No wonder we’re Confused about Ascension, when we don’t know what Rules we’re supposed to be Competing by. Can we relax and let it come to us, instead of chasing it down? We’re Anxious about Contests. If we’re Anxious about Play, it’s not Play, is it. So our Anxiety about Ascension belongs in the Waterfall, and our Artesian Spring can bubble up Relaxation for us, and more.⁴

In the footnote we’ll see that asteroid Artesian, which we’ll interpret as Manifesting Our Heart’s Desire was Merged with dwarf planet Chaos (Our Unlimited Potential ) when asteroid Artesian was Discovered. That’s pretty Potent. That means the two of them had just Initiated a new Cycle. That was just over 12 years ago, and Artesian has an orbit of just over 4 years. So we also just recently started another new Artesian-Chaos Cycle. When? June 20, 2022, just when the new 150-year Climate Change et al Cycle began! That’s pretty Intense! We’ve been watching 🦨Pootin’ and the US 💩 Subprime Court trying to Manifest their Hearts’ Desires, Black as their Hearts are. So let’s get to work and Manifest Our Own Hearts’ Desires!

• ⁴ I haven’t found an asteroid or dwarf planet that’s named after a Waterfall. There’s an asteroid Angel, but its meaning is already well established as Divine Guidance. But there is an asteroid named Artesian. It’s Discovery chart has one Challenge, to Exaggerated Perpetual Tasks (asteroid Sisyphus, Out of Bounds). In other words, How do we make Play interminable?
• Artesian was Discovered while Merged with Out of Bounds dwarf planet Chaos (Our Unlimited Potential, Amplified ) – no Surprise there. These two are Opposed by (Debating with) dwarf planets Pholus (Being Fully Responsive) and OOB Ixion (Our Forbidden Genius, Amplified ), and asteroid Icarus (Enthusiasm and Risk of Flaming Failure) – that is, we make Play interminable by Being Fully Responsive to the Far Edges of our Unique Genius and Taking Risks with our Enthusiasm, while Allowing our Amplified Unlimited Potential to Continually Bubble Up from Source. Of course, we don’t know in advance what Our Unlimited Potential is, even when it isn’t Amplified – we have to Discover it through Our Amplified Perpetual Commitment to our Exaggerated Unique Genius.
• The Challenge is not Self-Resolving, but it is accompanied by significant Dumb-Luck Grace (a Grand Trine, implying Effortlessness that can become Arrogance is we Attach our Ego to it rather than our Gratitude) in our Connection between Amplified Perpetual Motion (OOB asteroid Sisyphus), Exaggerated Intuition (OOB dwarf planet Asbolus), and Ego Death (asteroid Klotho – Rebirth). Asteroid Klotho is Merged with asteroid Koronis, suggesting that Our Relaxation of the Rat Race that Coronavirus Caused, is a Template for Rebirth into Natural Play.
• OOB asteroid Sisyphus has one Quincunx (Curiosity) Connecting it to a Stellium (group of planets) that Squares (Challenges) OOB Asbolus (Our Exaggerated Intuition). The Stellium includes OOB dwarf planet Nessus (Exaggerated Abuse and Privilege), OOB asteroid Aletheia (Truth of the Heart Amplified ), and asteroids Veritas (Truth of the Mind ), Damocles (Risk), and Requiem (Death). This tells us that we Unlock the Grace (Trine) between Respect for our Exaggerated Perpetual Desire (OOB Sisyphus) and Our Amplified Intuition (OOB Asbolus) by Forgetting Everything We Think We know about the Relationship between Our Unquenchable Desire and that Stellium, because that Relationship is a Mystery School.
• So what means the Stellium? We Risk Death (at least Ego Death) and Challenge the Limits of 2D Thought, Abuse, and Privilege in order to Fully Live and Amplify the Truth of Our Heart. In other words, We Risk Everything to Pursue Our Hearth’s Desire, Moment to Moment, no Matter Where She Leads Us. This is some Crazy Artesian Spring! Are we ever going to Enjoy Creating with it, If We Dare!
• Note that Artesian Acknowledges and Honors, and Plays with the fact that Desire is Unquenchable – as soon as we Manifest something, we want something else or something more. That’s neither Addiction nor Pathology – it’s simply indicative that we are Intensely Creative Beings.
