The problem with this, is that when we Project our Expectations upon the Universe around us, and especially when we also dismiss whatever doesn’t fit our Expectations as False News, we don’t Grow. If you’re already Enjoying Nirvana, or if you’re Resigned to your Fate (You Poor Sweetheart! or maybe the Male version, You Poor Bastard!), you have no need for Growth. But the rest of us are rightfully Hungry for it.
In my Experience, Expectation is the primary reason that people Reject Tapping. I use it daily, it almost always works, it’s quick and Easy, and it gives me Healthy Control over parts of my Life which would otherwise create a lot of Inconvenience. But many people won’t even consider it.
Tapping was created by Gary Craig. Other folks had similar ideas before he did, but he condensed it into a very usable form (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QzVd6Ww0as4), developed it extensively, promoted it widely, and gave it away free to anyone interested. Back before the Internet, you could get a whole box of VHS tapes from him free.
A year or so ago, when a friend introduced me to Gary’s latest Opus, which he calls The Invisible Therapist, I looked it over but didn’t dig further because it seemed too subtle and complex for the amount of free time I then had. But now I run into it again…

…and now his free introductory ebook is interactive and more approachable. It’s still subtle, and it’ll still take study and practice, but I Trust Gary enough to make the effort. The remarkable thing though, is how tightly it fits with yesterday’s New Moon/Eclipse chart…

We see the Surprise Introduction of Self-Loving Patterns, which the Unseen Therapist represents (Sappho-Asbolus). We see the Trust I feel for Gary’s work in the Conjunction (Merger) of Jupiter (Expansion) and Eurydike (Trust). We see the Challenge (T-Square) to Accept a Spiritual Perspective (Neptune) and allow these apparent Miracles to be Witnessed.
We see how the Spiritual Challenge (Neptune T-Square), the Illumination of what Karma to Jettision (Eclipse-Atropos-Moira), and Expanded Beliefs (Klotho et al) complement one another well (Klotho et al Trine-Bridges the T-Square, while Neptune Trine-Bridges the New Moon Opposition, and the elements of both are connected by Pattern-Breaking Unxes).
