Well, we don’t need to write more about the 2 January 2023 Amplification of asteroid Sisyphus, as the asteroid has been renamed Kevin and has crashed into the US House of Non-Representatives. For all his Effort, does Sisyphus ever win at least a consolation prize? No, he’s still Pushing his Rock several Millennia later! Never Forget that Sisyphus Reminds us to Enjoy the Journey – the Destination is Meaningless, it’s the Journey that brings us Wisdom and Enlightenment.

The 6-7 January Out of Bounds Full Moon (PST 3:07 pm 6th, GMT 11:07 pm 6th, IST 4:37 am 7th, AEDT Qld 9:07 am 7th) in 17 Cancer (A Strong Sense of Self Overcoming the Temptation to go against the Self and mimic someone else) has a pretty Clear Message for us though – We can Hope with all our Might that the Exaggerated Karma that’s Staring us in the Face will go away on its own, but there’s no such Luck until we Invest our Passion into Building Strong Protections around the Facts.¹

¹ Out of Bounds means Stronger than Usual. Sun Merged with Mercury, Pandora Out Of Bounds, and Karma OOB, Debating with Moon OOB Merged with Pallas OOB and Veritas – We can Hope with all our Might (Pandora OOB) that the Exaggerated Karma (Karma OOB) that’s Staring us in the Face (Sun-Mercury) will go away on its own, but there’s no such Luck until we Invest our Passion (Moon OOB) into Building Strong Protections (Pallas OOB) around the Facts (Veritas). There are no Squares, as Aries and Libra are Vacant, leaving just the naked Full Moon Opposition.

While our Comfort-Seeking Ego is Horrified at this TraumaDrama, we’re Reminded of Bruce Lipton’s comment that Western Civilization must Collapse if we are ever to have any Hope for Healing Huperity’s Relationship with Nature and the Planet. And the Full Moon is Defending the Facts, without considering that Facts are always dependent on Perspective and always Debatable.

Unfortunately, the Struggle in the House is about people who are Defending not the Truth of their Mind, but the Truth of their Heart, and the Winner-Take-All US political system has no provisions for differences of the Heart. It’s all about the Patriarchy and Rule by Intimidation.

The positions of these people in the House sound so Ridiculous because the Patriarchy has no Legitimate Language for the Heart. So Libertarians aren’t Content to just Do Their Own Thing and let others do the same, they don’t Feel Safe until they’ve torn down the Comfortable Boundaries for everyone else, lest they end up Fried like Sam Bankman-Fraud.

The Full Moon chart also includes two Cycles of Self-Resolving Hassles (Grand Crosses). In the Fixed Signs, our Soul may be Hassled by Entrenched Ego or the Appearance of the End of Healing. The key is Trust, as so many things are Changing and they are Out of Our Hands. We will need to Surrender our Need for Control (Uranus Square Hybris Square Eurydike Square Panacea-Atropos Square Uranus).

In the Mutable Signs, the Field that Makes Life Possible (Altjira OOB) is Hassled by Our Unconscious Shame about our Technologized Abuse of the Planet (Vesta-Phaedra-Nessus-Atlantis), by Our Need to Deny What We Most Desire (Pinocchio-Tantalus), and by the Difficulty of Changing All of Our Karmic Patterns at Once (Theseus-Orcus).

The Full Moon Potentiates the 7-8 January Fully Self-Resolving Makemake Station (PST 3:00 pm 7th, GMT 11:00 pm 7th, IST 4:30 am 8th, AEDT Qld 9:00 am 8th). A Station means that the planet is Standing Still in the Sky, making its Impact on us Strongest. The dwarf planet Makemake, which Lives out beyond Pluto, symbolizes Manifestation. The Full Moon and the Makemake Station are linked by Time.

The Station features two Fully Self-Resolving Major Challenges and one Self-Resolving Cycle of Hassles. When astrological Configurations are Self-Resolving it’s better to leave well enough alone and not try to Influence events or Change their Impact. Our Observer Self would be good at driving here. We’re still partly to mostly in 3D, and our Minds in 2D, while these astroevents occur in 5D or higher, so we won’t Grok most of what’s going down, and our Interventions may be misguided. If we’re Operating from our Intuition or Guidance, we can Go For It.

The Makemake Station itself is Merged with Kassandra, symbolizing Disbelief. We’re used to Believing that if it’s Too Good To Be True, it probably ain’t, but we may find Exceptions to this standard here, and we may find ourselves hitting Upper Limits (see Gay Hendricks, The Big Leap, chapters 1-3; that’s a lot to Ask, but you won’t Regret doing it!). The Full Moon stretches the Impact of a Station over the following several weeks. The next few weeks should be a Powerful time to Challenge your Disbelief about your Power to Manifest What You Want.

A good time to throw a few bucks at the Mega Millions Lottery. Everyone else will be in the same boat around their Disbelief in their “Luck,” but check your natal chart to see what you have going in 10 Libra (Reaching Bottom). Nowhere to go but Up from There, it may be your turn. My 10-Libra natal planet is Ixion – Goddess Knows what will turn up from my Ticket tomorrow! If what you find is Fairy Gold, which disappears when you try to use it, no worries! It’s a feint, but a sign of what’s to follow. Believing is what counts, and we may have to Fake it till we Make it.

Stationary Makemake-Kassandra is Debating with Chiron-Salacia – Despair over the Enlightenment Challenge or Enjoying the Miracle of Enlightenment. At the Risk of Intervening Shallowly, Choose the latter. If you find yourself Stuck in the former, set an alarm for fifteen minutes, and Deeply Explore your Despair. Not your Thoughts about Despair or your Despairing Thoughts, but the Emotion of Despair.

Locate Despair as a Sensation in your Body. Where does it Reside? Belly? Neck? Knee? If it’s in several places, pick one where it’s Strong. What Sensation do you Feel there? Is it Tight? Loose? Painful? Twisted? Orange? Focus All of your Attention on this Place, and Keep it there till the bell rings. If the Sensation in your Body Moves, follow it. No Thought, just Attention. If you can Control your Thoughts long enough to do this, you’re Out of 2D and into Higher Dimensions, so your odds of Collaborating with the Self-Resolution rise.

If your Thoughts win, Persevere. “Oh, there’s Thinking again. Thanks for Contributing, but we’re doing something else right now, K?” just like when you’re Meditating (which is what you’re doing). Even if you can only Hold your Thoughts Off for a few minutes at a time, it’s very valuable Practice and hints at what you can Train yourself to Do. Once you Feel the Sensation in your Body Move, you’ve found pure E-Motion, EnergyinMotion. Follow it for the whole fifteen minutes, just as Practice.

Then Poor-Sweetheart yourself. Say to yourself, “You Poor Sweetheart, you were Feeling Despair, weren’t you.” Notice that your Feelings have Changed. Even if you didn’t Feel Successful at Holding your Attention on your Sensations, if you were Serious with your Poor-Sweetheart, you’ll be Feeling more Compassion for yourself. Now you have to Change the Subject. Put your Mind on something completely different, and fairly absorbing. Watch something intense on TV or the Internet.

If you don’t get your Mind to Change the Subject, your Mind will go right back to Despair. If you can Change the Subject, you will have made a Life-Long Change in yourself. Not that you won’t have to Practice this Skill, but even without more Practice, you’ve Broken the Karmic Pattern. Every time you Practice, more grout falls out of the Pattern. You’ll be Amazed at how quickly you can Shatter the most Persistent Karma this way.

Even if you’re halfway down Karma Road when you Notice that you’re on Autopilot (“Self-Driving Mode” as Tesla so casually and dangerously calls it), once you Notice, you can Abort the Pattern. Karma is like a Hex or Curse someone put on you. It wouldn’t hurt to say out loud, Revert! as you Notice and Change Course. When you say Revert! you may Remember your Lifetimes as a Wizard or Witch, and many other Personal Powers may come flooding back. The sooner you Change Course, the Easier it is to Notice next time, and the Earlier you Notice, the Easier it will be to Change Course.

It may well have been an Earlier Self that put that Hex on you. We’re flirting with Karma every time we make a Decision. Forgive yourself for that. Habits are very useful. If you drive a car, you Remember how you had to Develop those Habits so you didn’t have to Think, Let’s See now, where are those Brakes? when you need them. Habits only get troublesome when they get Stuck, like they do in PTSD. If we’re Programmed to be Codependent as a Child, it’s hard work to Develop Assertiveness as an Adult, and if we were Programmed to be anything as a Child, you can bet it’s Karmic.

Any Karmic Pattern takes Work to Change, but using that Virtuous Spiral of Noticing and Changing Course, and Reverting any Habits of Self-Judgment that arise, it’s Shocking how quickly we can Change. Since we’re Working with the Unconscious. PIAVAing can help. Visualize yourself Behaving the way you’d Rather, such as Being Assertive rather than Submissive, Feeling Abundance rather than Scarcity, Warm rather than Cool. Imagine how that will Feel and Notice how your Posture Changes. Take Notes, so you can Practice using that Posture to Remember how you want to Feel and Be.

You’re now Working Multidimensionally – Notice how that Feels. You’re moving closer to 5D and Beyond.

Datolite is useful for Inviting Creative Cooperation to come forth from the Unconscious. It’s a Calcium Hydroxide Nesoborosilicate. There’s that Boron again, like in Tourmaline, a Powerful Healing Element. Angels can Fly because they Take Themselves Lightly, and Boron is lighter than all but four other elements – Hydrogen, Helium, Lithium, Beryllium, then Boron. A few pellets of Boiron homeopathic Borax (Hydrated Sodium Borate) will triple the healing of any wounded Mucus Membrane. Remember Boraxo heavy-duty hand soap in the black-and-white can with the red lid? Haven’t seen that in Forever! Dense and hard, Nesosilicates make good Gems, often without even cutting. Zircon, Topaz, the many Garnets, Nesosilicates often make me Swoon! In the Nesosilicates, the Silicate units are not joined together Chemically, but rather by the mineral’s innate Crystallization Pattern. Whoever said Crystals aren’t Conscious?

that I came across because, as a result of SoulSpeak’s reblog (Grazi!), Paul and Sylvia quoted parts of Huge Reboot 7 (again, Grazi!) in it.

The Loss of the Veil was predicted by Neptune’s Initiation of the Moon’s South Node in the birth chart for the current Century.  The Moon’s South Node is the place where its orbit crosses below the plane of the Earth’s orbit around the Sun.  It’s not darker down there, but it’s closer to the Ancestors, and so provides a broader Perspective.  It’s sort of as if the Moon turns Retrograde when it crosses its South Node.

The common interpretation of the South Node is that it’s where our Karma resides.  We of course see Karma as our collection of Habit Patterns.  Habits are great – what a pickle we’d be in if we had to remember to Breathe every few seconds!  The downside of Habits is that they easily fade into the Unconscious (switch frequently from manual to automatic transmission to see what I mean), which is good because we don’t have to make every Decision, but can disrupt our Lives because we can be driving on autopilot and not see the oncoming.

And we can be sucked into what are called Archetypes – huge extra-Individual Energy Patterns that have a Life of their own can take over an Ego and cause it to Act Out the Purposes of the Archetypal “Entity” rather than the Purposes of the Individual.  Self-Sabotage results.  Nationalism and Racism are great examples, as is Pleasing.  Archetypes are often anchored by Regional Geology.  They aren’t Evil, but they can have untoward effects if not managed properly.  A particularly troublesome Archetype at the moment is Greed.

The South Node also harbors the Hidden Skills that we need in order to Achieve the Mission we have set for the Lifetime, which hides in the North Node.  Our Mission is hidden behind our Deepest Desire – hidden because we usually feel some sort of Guilt or Shame about our Deepest Desire.  Our Deepest Desire isn’t the same as our Mission – it’s a roadmap that will lead us to our Mission, if we trust it enough to follow it.

In the South Node, our Crucial Skills are hidden behind “Held Emotions” – Emotions that we don’t allow ourself to Feel without Guilt or Shame.  Held Emotions also block our Intuition because they cloud our view across the Veil.  

The example I often use is, suppose we have a “Past” Life as a Warrior.  Well, of course that Life is likely to end brutally, that’s what Warriors do.  So if we ended up renouncing our Warriorship in Pain, making a Vow to Fight No More Forever, then that Oath will become a Limiting Belief in Lifetimes that follow.

Your natal Orcus, and its Angular Relationship to your natal South Node, will provide information about the Limiting Beliefs that hold you back from your Mission.  The asteroid Vesta is also a symbol for our Unconscious Beliefs.

Neptune represents our Relationship with all realms larger than ourself, including our Cultures, our Godheads and Goddesshearts, even our Archetypes.  Neptune symbolizes Confusion on the Material level, because when it’s Lit Up our Neptunian Relationships Change, and if they’re Foundational to our Ego, we’re in trouble.  As we often say, Confusion is the first stage of Growth, if we can manage to avoid circumventing it with mental autoeroticism.  

Neptune also symbolizes Clarity on the Spiritual level, because the Spiritual level is all about our Relationship to realms larger than ourself.  Neptune becomes Clarity when we put our Ego in its proper place relative to its Betters.  It should be obvious that whatever is Unconscious – Archetypes, for instance – will interfere with that.  Which is precisely why Confusion is the first stage of Growth – the Edges of our Consciousness are Expanding.

We think of the asteroid Juno as symbolizing the Edges of our Consciousness, because Juno is all about Merging.  The asteroid Pallas is her complement, as Pallas is all about Boundaries.  The asteroid Ceres, symbolizing Sustainability, is the “Coin” that subsumes the two.

So when Neptune Initiates the South Node, an Ego that’s unwilling to Grow is in big trouble.  We’ve talked frequently about Ego Death, how to identify it and how to deal with it, so we won’t go into that here.  This month we’ll be more likely confronted by our Upper Limits (“This is not Credible because I was taught that if something sounds too good to be True, it probably is”).  On the other hand, and Ego that’s willing to look beyond its birdcage, will find Surprise and Delight in a Neptune-South Node Initiation,

The South Node-Neptune Cycle that began at the turn of the Century was Initiated at 4 Aquarius, “A Hindu Yogi demonstrates his healing powers: The disciplined use of spiritual energies in restoring the natural harmony disturbed by man’s inharmonic attempts to transcend Nature through mind.“

We haven’t mentioned it because there was so much more going on at this “New Dawn” quasi-Eclipse, but in the Full Moon chart, Neptune is only a Degree and a half shy of Initiating the Moon’s South Node again, so Neptune and the South Node are in fact Conjunct, and anyone with two Degrees or more of Sensitivity to Neptune or the South Node, will be Feeling it already.  (With regard to Sensitivity, less is more – “two Degrees or more of Sensitivity” means “two Degrees or less of physical Separation.)

Our current Neptune-South Node Initiation, which will govern the next sixteen years, isn’t Exact until 3 November, at 10 Pisces – “An aviator pursues their journey, flying through ground-obscuring clouds: Hupersons’ ability to develop powers and skills which by transcending natural limitations allow them to operate in [non-physical] realms.”  Bodes well for Piercing the Veil.

Post-Modern Biology tells us that our Mitochondria, which have their own maternally given genes distinct from the paternal-maternal genes in our cell nuclei, have direct access to All of the Information in the Universe via their direct connection to the Zero Point Field.  There are two influences that can clog that direct connection and hence shut down our access to All of the Information in the Universe – heavy metals and Held Emotions.  In a word, The Veil.

We can’t in good conscience talk about South-Node Cycles without considering the other side of the Karmic Coin – North-Node Cycles.  While the Yogic Neptune-South Node Initiation of January 2000 would govern the following sixteen years, its effect would be Waning in the latter half of that period, while the North Node-Neptune Cycle Waned.  

The Neptune-North Node Initiation occurred in April 2008 at 25 Aquarius, “A butterfly with the right wing more perfectly formed: The capacity to develop the rational and fully conscious aspect of mind ahead of normal evolution.”  That Cycle will now begin to Wane.  2008, recall, was right in the middle of the Neptune-Chiron-Jupiter triple Initiation, our by-now well-known “Fresh Violets in an Ancient Pottery Bowl.”

Corresponding as it did with the Derivatives Meltdown engendered by the Greed Archetype, and based very clearly on previous Chiron-Neptune Cycles (which are about Despair and Miracles around the Relationship between the Individual and the Culture/Economy), we read the Fresh Violets as the roots of the underground Economy that has sprouted to replace the shift work that NAFTA and its cousins have assigned to the dustbin, and as the roots of the Victory Garden-equivalents that have sprouted to replace the denutritioned and poisoned faux Food sold by the Corporate Cartel.

We as Egos benefit from assigning Consciousness of some degree to supra-Personal Entities like the Archetypes.  It’s fairly obvious that the Greed Archetype is sowing the seeds of its own Fall from Grace, whether that’s the negative effect of becoming too Ambitious, or the positive effect of its natural striving for Balance.  We can see the Greater Good Archetype growing well since the 2008 peak of Greed – we have to consider them as one Coin, spinning slowly as it prepares to fall on one side or the other in alternate Universes.

So this New Dawn in inextricably bound to the new Neptune-South Node Initiation – Flying Blind, Trusting our Instincts.  Idealism, which will create a defined path from Present to Future, will be gradually replaced by our combined Instinctive Genii Surprising and Delighting us – once we Learn to Appreciate Confusion for it’s own sake.

Gay Hendricks has a concept called “Upper Limits,” where, if you start Enjoying Life more than your Limiting Beliefs would like you to, you self-sabotage.  His suggested response is that, when we get into new Enjoyment territory, we slow down, take it easy, rest a lot, pay attention to our physical requirements like food and water, and give ourselves time to Integrate.  If we start slowing down when we get Excited, rather than waiting till we self-sabotage, we may be able to avoid the sabotage entirely.  Not to back away from the Excitement and Enjoyment, just to mellow into it. 

Anybody hitting a wall here?  Or sailing high?

The fastest corner of our Almost-Grand-Sextile is Jupiter, so it will stretch at least through the first ten days of July.  The corners are Uranus-Eris, Chaos, Venus-Jupiter, Haumea, Pholus-Ixion, and the “Nursery Rug” Vacancy, “so the children can play in comfort and warmth.”

We can read Venus-Jupiter as Self-Love.  Or alternately, especially considering the other players in the Grand Sextile, Healing any lack of Self-Love.

Haumea is Stationary, and on 5 July it turns Direct in 21 Libra, at half-past 2am PDT ( http://www.jbuss.com/tt/pdt2.htm ).  This isn’t Haumea’s first venture in the Gemini Duad of Libra – that started in December 2012 – but this Shadow Period pretty well spans the Gemini Duad, which begins the Gemini Decanate.

The Shadow Period is the time, and Zodiacal space, that a Retrogradation takes, including the planet’s first crossing the space before it goes Retrograde, and then traversing the space for the third time after it goes Direct.  Suppose a Retrogradation covers 21-23 Libra.  That’s the Shadow Period in space.  The Shadow Period in time begins when the planet first gets to 21 Libra, before the Retrograde Station, and ends when it clears 23 Libra for the second time, after it has gone Retrograde and then gone Direct again.  So while a Retrogradation might cover a month, the Shadow Period will be closer to three months.

Haumea itself is about Rebirth.  As Pele’s daughter, Haumea is red hot and very raw.  We want to give her lots of space, so she can cool off and congeal.  We can map Haumea through the Libra Decanates…

• Libra Decanate of Libra – Rebirth into Meeting Other – 1995 to 2005
• Aquarius Decanate of Libra – Rebirth into Community – 2005 to 2015
• Gemini Decanate of Libra – Rebirth into Experimental Uses of Community

Haumea began this Shadow Period in October 2014, and turned Retrograde in January 2015.  So we’ve had two iterations of this exercise, and now we’ll put the finishing touches onto what we’ve learned.

A critical issue has been how much we’re willing to compromise our Yintegrity for the sake of Community.  Or alternatively, how much we’re willing to risk Community for the sake of our Yintegrity.  Ideally, Community and Yintegrity would be mutually supportive, Win-Win.  How many of us are close to that?  We might think of it as testing our Community.

Pholus-Ixion is about how much Responsibility we take, how much Power we take (for good or ill), how much Privilege we demand, how much Abuse we take, how much Consciousness we maintain.  Lots of interaction terms between these parameters, Self-Love, and Rebirth in Community.

Chaos is about Unlimited Potential.  We’re Co-Creating a New Planet here.  Where are the Edges between our Demands and our Requests as we negotiate the Boundaries?  As we dance between Yintegrity and Community, why aren’t we Demanding everything we Want?

Uranus-Eris is about clearing away additional layers of Denial so that our Yintegrity deepens by leaps and bounds.  If our Community doesn’t support our Yintegrity, our Community will get the short end of the stick.

Then there’s the Vacancy.  It says…

Remember Upper Limits?  Take darn good care of yourSelf, your physical vehicle, and your Inner Child as you move through all of these Rebirths.  Your skin – physical and Identity – will feel molten for a while, and you want to give it time to solidify before the next wave hits.  If you can!  Be very gentle with yourself for the next several weeks “so the children can play in comfort and warmth.”

Then there’s the Grand Cross: Chaos, Pholus-Ixion, Chiron, and Lilith, though Lilith moves out of the Grand Cross by early July, leaving just the Chiron T-Square, and Finger of God from Venus-Jupiter and Haumea – an extremely Powerful Chiron Diamond Star in other words.

Without the Yod, we’d have Chiron Square to Chaos and Pholus-Ixion…

Miracles without Limit, if we can overcome a wad of Self-Doubt – Am I taking too much?

With the Yod, we have that “bowl of Grace” under the Opposition between Chaos’s Unlimited Potential and Pholus-Ixion’s Healing of Self-Doubt.  And the bowl of Grace is formed by the two most powerful players in the chart, Venus-Jupiter and Haumea…

Rebirth into Self-Love is available if we’re willing to make the shift to Miracles.  How to do that?  Empathize with yourself while you Feel your Self-Doubt.  Do it as many times as it takes.  Step outside your Feelings and look back in at the part of you that’s overwhelmed by those Feelings.  Look back lovingly.  How old is that Abandoned part of you?  Hold their hand.  Let them know that it’s okay for them to Feel everything they Feel.  Show them that you Love them no matter what. 

Self-Rejection is the deepest part of anyone’s Karma.  It’s a contest between how many times you fall down and how many times you get up.  Tap if it will help, and use your PIAVAs.  But the critical part is who outlasts the other – will your Self-Rejection overcome your Self-Love, or will your Self-Love endure longer than your Self-Hate?  Like pushups, this is about “reps” – be Loving with your worst Self-Rejection, over and over again, till it gets so easy that it’s automatic.  That’s how we build new, “good” Karma – reps.
