A Gift from the Heavens 2

This is about the Venus-Saturn Cycle, one of our Most Important Cycles because it’s about how we Prioritize our Values. As we described in the previous post, we Sabotage Ourself when our Programming Violates our Values. Moving into Enlightenment requires that we Self-Betray as little as possible, as it messes up our Emotions and takes us Out of Coherence. It also Requires that we Relate to The World from our True Self, from our Soul or at least our Heart, rather than from our Programming. When we try to Relate Intimately with Nature from our Programming, She Knows the Difference, and Dismisses us as the Clown that we are.

The Gift in the Cycle is the Revelation of our Potentially-Hidden Karma, which Gifts us Opportunities to Change and Cancel it. Below is the Birth chart for the 14-month Cycle that runs through mid-March 2024, whose Anthem is something like Honing our Inner Witness in order to Become more Aware of our Expiring Relationship Karma, Take Ownership of it, and Heal it. The Active part of the Cycle, before it begins to Wind Down,¹ lasts only till the end of this May.

So we’ll be Focused on Honing our Inner Witness (25 Aquarius)² till late May, Integrating that into our Lives for the following two months, then diving into a Huge Reorganization of Who we Believe Ourself to Be and How We Relate to the World until late in 2023.³ If you run into Difficulty on this Journey, especially around Intrusive Memories or Challenging Ancestors, Remover of Obstacles Lord Ganesha is your Best Friend. Get to know Him long before August, so you already Know and Trust one another before you Need Him.

All Karma comes with an Expiry Date, though it doesn’t matter, because we’re so Accustomed and often Addicted to our Karma that we don’t often Let It Go when it Expires. We don’t feel Safe without it. And, we can Let Go of Unexpired Karma almost as easily as we can Expired Karma. We just need to make the Choice, and Follow Through.

The Cycle will be Slathered with Soul by virtue of occurring simultaneously with the Uranus Station – if we drew up the full Birth chart for the Cycle, we’d see Uranus Stationary in it. The Initiation, and therefore the Cycle, is Merged with three other planets – Atropos (Naturally-Expiring Karma, Damocles (Fear of Accountability), and Panacea (Universal Healing). So for the next year we’re ahead to think in terms of Noticing, Accepting, and Canceling Expired Relationship (Aquarius) Karma and Healing the Wounds.

Our Programming is imprinted on our Aura. Manipulation is the most Efficient way to get Others to do what you want them to do, especially when the Manipulatees are Naive, such as some Children. Our Manipulators created code-words that Opened Holes in our Auras, in our Back where we’d be less likely to Notice. Often the code-word was our name, said a certain way. They could then, Metaphorically, Reach in and Pull our Puppet-Strings. Those Holes are still there, where anyone who Intuitively “sees” them can reach in and Pull our Strings. That gives Grifters much of their Power.

We Seal those Holes by becoming Conscious enough of our Programming that we Recognize Manipulations, and Learning to use Mirrors to send their Manipulative Energy back to the would-be Manipulator. Holding up an Imaginary wardrobe mirror facing them does the trick. With a little Practice, we can hold a Mirror while carrying on a Conversation. You can watch the Manipulator’s Confusion as they don’t get the Reactions they Wanted and Expected.⁴ Most Manipulations are Unconscious about what they’re doing, so they have no idea what’s going on, they’re just Confused. As we Practice this, the Hole in our Aura gradually Heals, till it’s Sealed, and we Discover that we no longer need to use a Mirror for that Karma.

The previous Venus-Saturn Cycle started 28 March 2022, and it was about Reanimating Nature and the “Inanimate” (22 Aquarius). It was Merged with Our Instincts (Moon) and the Felt Need for Growth in Consciousness (Juno).⁵ That was not only our Personal Most Important Value, but it was also the Earth’s, as it’s an Essential First Step in Healing Huperity’s Relationship with Mother Gaia. You would have Felt it through whatever natal planet you have near 22 Aquarius.

⁴ With our Childhood Programmers, Mirroring can be a bit arduous. Often we can Feel their Programming – with our own Should Thoughts, for instance – while we aren’t in the same Space. Practicing with a Mirror in that situation makes it Easier. They know our code-words very well, and they can be either very naive or very cunning about it, so at times we need to surround ourself on all sides with a Dome of Mirrors, and sometimes it can take a year or two to Break their Habit. It’s worth the Hassle. If we Feel Guilt or Shame about doing this, we know we’re Exactly On Target. We may Feel Resentment that we have to do it, as Self-Sovereignty should be our Birthright, but Ownership of our own Karma is the second step (after Noticing) to Clearing it. Nobody gonna Clear our Karma but us – Others can make suggestions, but nobody else can Clear it for us. Clearing it is part of our Commitment to Seek Enlightenment, and it doesn’t happen without Commitment.

⁵ The 28 March 2022 Saturn-Venus Initiation also T-Squared the Nodes, which you might have Noticed as a Tension between What You Were Taught Was True and Right (and Protected by Held Emotions, perhaps your Programmers’ more than your own), and your Sense of your Mission in the Lifetime. I’m guessing that your Mission won out over what you were Taught, as the latter end of things was Merged With Deep Transmutation (Ka’epaoka’awela in Scorpio), while the Mission end was Merged With Techniques for Manifesting into Hardcopy Form (Artesian in Taurus).

That Reanimating Energy will Hang Around, sometimes even in the foreground, till the Ides of April, when the New Cycle reaches its Waxing Square and the Old Energy hands the baton to the Inner Witness Energy. Meanwhile, both Energies will be Present, and our Inner Witness will probably Notice that things we Thought were Inanimate, start moving around on their own Volition. If you haven’t Noticed already. It’s sure true already at my house. If they’re Willing, do strike up a Conversation! That’ll Grow the Hell out of your Inner Witness.

An “Initiation” is a Conjunction or Merger between two planets, and it Begins a New Cycle. Sometimes two planets make several Conjunctions in a row, as one or both turns Retrograde to Emphasize something. In this case, only the first Conjunction is the Initiation. Like a Guru or Shaman Initiating a Student with Shaktipat, the Slower Planet (here Saturn) Initiates the Faster Planet (Venus). The Faster Planet is much more Active, so we Hupers (it’s always about us, isn’t it ) have much more Experience with it, so it can carry out the Assignment for the Slower Planet.

Saturn says to Venus, “Go tell these People how Important their Values are! They keep Deprioritizing their Values in favor of Ease or Fun or Obedience or Ideology or Idiocy, or for Goddess’s Sake, Thought of all things, and Mother Gaia Suffers for it! You may have Thought they were Inanimate. Of the 50 or so planets we use, around 35 of them are Faster (they have shorter Orbits, closer to the Sun) than Saturn, So Saturn has about three dozen Minions, and that’s only in our carefully Curated asteroid Team. There are thousands of asteroids for Saturn’s many other Multidimensional Purposes. The other 15 or so planets we use are Slower than Saturn (their Orbits are furthur from the Sun and therefore longer), so Saturn is their Minion when it comes to doing Assignments for their Goals.

Saturn’s Assignment for Venus in this Cycle, is to Awaken us to Honing our Inner Witness in order to Become more Aware of our Expiring Relationship Karma, Take Ownership of it, and Heal it. This particular Venus-Saturn Cycle is Stronger (More Impactful ) than the average Bear, because at their Initiation they’re also Parallel – that is, the two planets are not just in the same Longitude (location East or West of an arbitrary starting point), but they’re also at nearly the same distance above the Horizon. The same will be true of the next Initiation, 14 months hence.

A Gift from the Heavens

Our ever-watchful Chief Asteroid Officer has noticed that 45 minutes before the 22-23 January 2023 Station (Prominence) of Uranus (Our Soul), Venus (Our Values) and Saturn (The Most Important Thing) Convene and Initiate a New Cycle. The Venus-Saturn Cycle should Obviously be ranked among our Most Critical Cycles. At the times when our Values are NOT The Most Important Thing to Us, we Betray Ourself. While such Self-Sabotage is a result of our Programming, our Programming is a Mirror for our Karma, since Programming is how much of our Karma was installed into the Current Lifetime.

If you’re reading this, one of your Most Important Values is Enlightenment, aka Ascension or 5D. A primary prerequisite for Enlightenment is to Clear our Karma. That’s more Difficult while our Karma remains Unconscious, so Noticing our Karmic Patterns becomes Bottom Line. We get this Opportunity every time our Karma is Triggered, which includes every time we React from our Programming rather than Responding from our Values. Enlightenment means that our Ego and our Soul are Merging, and that can’t happen as long as Karma has a Leghold Trap on our Ego, which is exactly what Karma does for a Living.

This is a particularly Important Window for those of us who were Programmed to favor Thinking over Feeling, because as Jung said, People who Prioritize Thinking are Irrational, because they’re not in Touch with their own Emotions and therefore not in Touch with their own Values, since Values arise from the Heart, not the Mind. Many of us are much more Aware of Our Thoughts About Our Feelings than we are of Our Feelings themselves. Too many of us haven’t yet Learned to tell the difference.

Many of us first need to Learn to Find our Emotions, buried under the Thoughtstorm that they evoke. It can help to Focus on the Sensations that arise with Emotion. When we’re trying to Think Through a particularly difficult Conundrum, we can Ask ourself, What Is my Body Telling me through its Sensations? rather than What is my Mind Telling me through its Thoughts? Emotions (Water) and Sensations (Earth) share the same Style (Magnetic), as we explained in the previous post, so they tend to Collaborate.

Emotions and Thoughts (Air) have Opposite Styles, so they tend to Conflict. So Emotions and Thoughts are in Competition with one another before we even Feel or Think. And thanks to Western Medicine, with its ban on Intuition and its Intense Advertising Campaigns, we also have to Struggle with and get beyond our Thoughts about our Sensations (“O My Goddess, is that Cancer?”). We have to Focus on Where our Sensation Resides in the Body and What It Feels Like there, while Rejecting Thoughts the same way we do when they Intrude on our Meditations – “Oh, there’s Thinking Again. Thanks for Contributing, but we’re Doing Something Else now. Where was I?“

Venus-Saturn Value-Priority Cycles last about a year. The Cycle that’s Ending spanned 10 months, but the New Cycle will last 14 months, till the Aries Equinox of 2024, because Venus slows down and turns Retrograde in the Northern Summer and Southern Winter. Angles between Retrograde planets are called Expositions because they Expose the internal workings of a planetary Relationship. Consequently, they’re more educational. In this Retrograde part of the Cycle¹ we may be more Alone than we usually prefer, because we’ll be Learning to Appreciate our own Unique Strengths, some of which we’ve theretofore never Appreciated or even Noticed.² Knowing Ourself – our Natural Strengths and the situations where we’re better off Delegating to Others or to Spirit – is an Essential Foundation for Enlightenment.

The New Cycle Begins in 25 Aquarius (Honing the Inner Witness in order to Rebirth Intelligence). Without Realizing the Connection to Lonsdale’s interpretation for the Degree, in note ¹ below we’ve already written a lot about the Inner Witness! An Initiation is the Birth or a New Cycle, so it’s chart is a Birth Chart. So we shouldn’t be surprised when a Retrograde Period in the Cycle reiterates the Birth Reading for the Cycle. But the Cycle and the Degree are Independent of one another, so the “Coincidence” is still Remarkable.

We’ll look at the chart tomorrow. “Chrysanthemum Stone” is a good Rock to Contemplate for bringing forth the Inner Witness. The mineral composition can vary quite a bit. The Stone is so unusual that it’s known more by its Morphology and Mythology (of Immortal Love between Stones and Flowers) than for its chemistry. The fact that it appears in only a few places in the World, and appears with a mix of Chemistries when it does, speaks loudly that it’s Meaning lies in its Mythology. It’s also a Metaphor for the Bright and Focused Soul breaking through the Dark and Amorphous Matrix of the Ego and Karma.

¹ Venus is actually Retrograde from 24 July to 4 September 2023 and 29 to 13 Leo, but the Shadow Period spans 19 June through 7 October. A Retrogradation is like a Remedial Course – we have to take it three times to pass, and sometimes we don’t. That’s the case when we don’t Learn from an astroevent. When we do Learn, it’s not Remedial at all. A Retrograde Shadow Period has three stages. The Retrograde period, here 24/7-4/9 and 29-13 Leo, is stage 2. Stage 1 is when the planet crosses this Degree Zone the first time, while Direct. That will be 19 June to 23 July and 13 to 29 Leo. Stage 1, called the Can-Opener, is when we get Blindsided by the Lesson Plan, often quite Stressfully. So we may hit Loneliness and Self-Doubt during the Can-Opener.

Stage 2 is the Exposition, where since the planet is Retrograde, the Curriculum is Repeated, more Slowly this time, Step by Step, allowing us to Learn the Lesson. If we’re Paying Attention. If we aren’t Paying Attention, we’ll Re-Experience the Stress of the Can-Opener, and remain its Victim. Stage 3 is the Confidence-Builder, where the Curriculum is Repeated Again, and this time we Sail Right Through it, because we’ve Learned How! If we noticed the Correlation between the Can-Opener and the Exposition. It not, we could have a third Stressful Victim Episode.

Karma and Unconscious Limitations are Created when we Remain in Blame, making our Stress Someone or Something Else’s Fault rather than our own Curriculum, and make a Decision or Vow or Oath or Promise that we’ll Never Put Ourself in that Position again. Of course, it’s unlikely we’ll have a strong Negative Reaction unless it’s already Karmic for us. So we don’t Create New Karma nearly as often as we “just” add Fresh Cement to our Old Karma. If we are Accountable for our Reaction to the original Stressful event rather than Blaming or Projecting it onto Something Else, or if we Notice the Repetition and Become Accountable, we can Learn and Practice Changing our Original Reaction to a Different Response. Then we really do Gain Confidence in the third Stage. Our Skills don’t mean much without our Confidence in them!

Many people misunderstand this Process as Blaming the Victim, which it’s not. We’re Expecting the Victim to take Ownership of their own Reactions to Repeating Stimuli. We can all be Blindsided by New Can-Openers, and since our Karma is many-dimensional, we often have to Re-Experience it in many different Arenas before we Let It Go Completely. We may React with Blame to a Relationship Hassle once, and then React with Blame to a Job Hassle another time, without Realizing that our Reactions are Repeating. That happens to all of us all the time, as we have many Karmic Patterns happening in many different Arenas. But if we’re Alert to Noticing the Similarities between two Reactions, we can Become Conscious that it’s Karma and Choose to Change it.

² The Angles made between Venus and Saturn while they’re Retrograde are closest to four ninths and five elevenths of the Zodiac (the Quadrinovile and Quinelvile, 160 and 164 Degrees), which are about Mastering (4) Contemplation and Introspection (9) and Learning (5) to Appreciate our own Gifts and Talents (11). We derive the meaning of odd (indeed, all ) astrological Angles through the Correlation between the Tarot Major Arcana (Angeles Arrien, The Tarot Handbook) to the Harmonics of the Angles. For instance, the Quadrinovile is four ninths, or a combination of the 4th and 9th Harmonics (360/4=90° and 360/9=40°), equated to the 4th and 9th members of the Major Arcana (Emperor = Dominion and Hermit = Meditation). So the Quadrinovile implies Healthy Control over Meditation).

Ancestors Full Moon (Boundaries V)

Better put out a dozen extra place settings.  The Ancestors are coming for dinner, and they’ll be staying for a while.  The 19 February (8am PST) Full-Moon Sun, on the Cusp of Pisces, is joined by the Initiation of Klotho (Beginning a New Timeline) by OR10 (Intrusive Memories) at 4 Pisces, “Heavy car traffic on a narrow isthmus linking two seashore resorts.”  The Klotho-OR10 Cycle runs about four years.  The Initiation itself occurs 18 February (7:30 pm PST).

It would Behoove for us to Welcome the Ancestors.  Even though we may not be able see them, their Vibes are higher than ours, which means that they can play tricks with Matter when Displeased or Misjudged.  It will be excellent Practice anyway, Reverting all of our Judgments about them.  It’s more than likely that they Judged you, since most Ancestors have Expectations for their Spawn, while Spawn tend toward Rebellion.  So we’ll have to Intuit what their Positive Intentions were, and Honor them for that, instead of Judging them.

If that’s Confusing, just Ask them – “Why did you do that, anyway?”  Once we Understand where they were coming from, they might even Ask us how we see things Differently.  If they don’t, no worries, since this is “only” our Imagination  (if you haven’t read Robert Moss’s The Three Only Things,” this would be a good time).  We may as well tell them anyway, since we’ll be Obsessing on it and they can read our mind.  If we ever want to get to Unconditional Love – a Precondition for Peace, Grace, 5D, a rewarding Love Life, and low-interest Credit – we’ll need to Revert all of our Judgments, so we may as well start here.

The Full Moon makes a T-Square (Challenge) to Juno, which represents the Edges of Consciousness, or Growth in Consciousness.  Reverting Judgment is an excellent way to Raise our Consciousness.  In addition to being very useful now, with all of these Ancestors visiting for the next few years, it’s very timely because the Juno T-Square is a Diamond Star, so it’s Self-Resolving.  Self-Resolving Challenges are the best kind – we just need to be careful to Learn from them, rather than taking them for Granted or using them to fluff up our Ego.

A Diamond Star is composed of a T-Square (the red triangle, meaning a “Learning Opportunity,” aka Challenge) and a Finger of God (the grey-green wedge, meaning Pay Attention!) both pointing at the same place.  As you can see in the chart below, this results in a web of blue lines below the long red line (Opposition and base of the T-Square), and blue lines symbolize Grace.  So the Challenge Resolves itself Gracefully.

 Well, usually Gracefully.  In this chart, the base of the Finger of God – the source of the Grace – is very complicated, so we could still screw it up.  The Grace derives from…

♥ Asteroids Aletheia and Pallas, Truth and Boundaries.

Both of which are Stationary, aka Strong.  Pallas’s Station is Exact 18 February (8:30 am PST) in 30 Libra, and Aletheia’s 23 February (3am PST) in 28 Libra.

For Benign Ancestors, we need only relax our Boundaries against things we can’t see.  If they want through and you won’t let them, they’ll just escalate and make it more difficult to ignore them.  Invisible doesn’t mean Not Real.  You may need to Suspend Disbelief, or shift from Either/Or to Both/And, to find this Truth.

For Abusive Ancestors, Boundaries are very tricky.  You can’t let them Walk all over you (or worse) again, but you have to find a way to Meet them as Equals, and there may still be a lot of Emotion in between.  We’ve been practicing this a lot over the last several years, as OR10 has been traveling with Nessus (Abuse, Privilege).  While Ancestors can no longer Abuse you Physically, they can still Abuse you Emotionally.

Poor-Sweethearting, Tapping, Kegels, and various kinds of PIAVAing (leave a comment if any of these terms is new) can be very helpful, but our goal has to be more than Overcoming our Emotions.  At some point we need to Move Into those Emotions.  It may help to Locate them in our Body, and put as much of our Attention as we can muster into that place, and hold it there until it moves on its own.  Eventually we’ll need to Love them into Neutrality.

Trust that it is Possible to set a Boundary that’s fully Non-Judgmental and fully Protective.  But it may take a lot of Trial-and-Partial-Success (discovering what doesn’t work is a significant Success) and a lot of work Self-Loving all manner of our own Emotions to get there.

♥ The Stellium (group of three or more planets) of dwarf planet Ixion (Natural Genius for which we have been Punished), asteroid Eurydike (Trust), and dwarf planets Pholus (Being Fully Responsive without Sacrificing Self-Sovereignty), and Quaoar (Survival Instincts).

We’ve been working with this one already.  It’s easy to dismiss Survival Instincts when Social Convention is more Powerful – we don’t want to be Chicken Little.  That’s how Global Warming gets Denied.  The larger point is that each of us is Endowed with a Unique Genius, and when these many Unique Genii are assembled in a Team, we can accomplish Anything.  But overcoming our Programmed and quite possibly Karmic Resistance to our Genius is one of our most Challenging tasks in Life.

Ixion is still in Sagittarius – the other three Players are in Capricorn.  Sagittarius is about Burning Away Untruths.  Ixion was in Scorpio from 1965-1995; that’s when we were most likely to have been Punished.  It’s been in Sagittarius since 1996, and we’ve been working on Letting Ourself Be Who We Really are ever since.  Slowly at first, then gradually accumulating Self-Trust.  A year from now Ixion moves into Capricorn (Just Fix It) – we’ve got about a year to practice letting our True Genius peek out.

It’s been Locked Up for a long time, so it’ll be clumsy when it Emerges.  We have to be gentle with it, Allowing it to appear Inept at first, till it grows Accustomed to the Light.

♥ As the orange triangle on the chart above maps out, the Moon-Juno Square is the root of a Mjölnir (Epiphany) to the 18 February (3am PST) Saturn-Venus Initiation.  Venus-Saturn Cycles in general are about Reviewing our Values.  The ultimate Source of our Values is the Heart, but we Betray ourself to the extent that we Allow our Mentality or our Programming to direct our Life.  So each Venus-Saturn Cycle brings us the Choice to either Betray our Programming or Thinking and move toward the Heart, or to Betray our Heart again and Revalidate our Programming and Rationalizations.

Any Cycle is very Strong at its Initiation.  This Venus-Saturn Cycle lasts till December.  Its Initiation Degree informs us about its specific nature – 17 Capricorn, “A repressed woman finds a psychological release in nudism.”  Sounds like an excellent adjunct to help us Finish Stripping the artificial Costumes and Masks and Subterfuges that hide our Unique Genius.

One of the things we can do Safely to aid this Coming-Out process for our Ingenue, is to Stop Judging, Doubting, or Punishing Ourselves for our Genius!  If we can do that, She can step forward with more Confidence when She does.  Of course She may be a He, but more likely She’ll be Both/And.  If She’s still in hiding and you’re not sure Who She Is, no worries, just Stop Judging, Doubting, or Punishing Yourself for Anything!  That’s where we have to go eventually anyway!

New Province I

Being a Geographer by nature, I tend to see Time as just another dimension of Space, so I’m in the habit of referring to Chapters in the Zeitgeist as “Provinces” – Provinces of Time.  If you’re at all Sensitive, you’ll agree with Native Americans that Everything That Ever Happened In A Place is still happening there now.  That gets really obvious when you visit places with very Strong Energy, like ancient Barrows or historical Massacre sites, or exposed bare Rock like the Traps or Mountains.  Sort of a 3D validation that All There Is Is Now.

She refers to the Galactic Center, the site of our most recent New Moon, as Heaven’s Door.  I’ve been thinking of it as Headquarters – a Source of Political Power.  As Heaven’s Door it would be a Source of Spiritual Power instead.  As Heaven’s Door it would be a channel for all of the Supportive and Collaborative Energy and Guidance we’ve been Receiving from nearby Galaxies. – “Sirius, the Pleiades, Arcturus, Cassiopeia, Lyra, and many other points” for instance, to quote Daniel Scranton (http://danielscranton.com/opening-a-giant-energy-portal-%e2%88%9ethe-9th-dimensional-arcturian-council/).  It would be a Source of Wisdom rather than “Orders.”  Good’un!

Distracted by other necessities and busy with the Action on “Heaven’s Gate,” I missed the Direct Station of Mercury on 22 December (6pm PST).  I don’t usually worry about Mercury Retrogrades (other than to use a little extra PIAVA-type Will during), so no biggie.  And we did cover the Shadow Period, at https://astrobuss.wordpress.com/2017/12/03/full-moon-scramble-ii/.  But Robin points out a significant fact that I accordingly missed – Mercury turned Retro on 2 December at Heaven’s Gate, with everything that’s going on there, and turned Direct again at the Great Attractor! 

The Great Attractor is an unknown Source of strong Gravity at 14 Sagittarius, behind the Milky Way and much bigger, that’s pulling everything in our Cosmic Neighborhood towards it.  Which must make it Nirvana’s Gate.  On one hand it will likely be billions of years before this has a direct physical impact on Earth.  On the other, All There Is Is Now.  And on the third hand, we have no idea how Gravity waves affect us.  We’ve only even been able to measure them for a few months, literally. 

Suffice it to say that the space between the Great Attractor and Heaven’s Gate, the Gemini Half of Sagittarius, is about Change Upon Change.  Mercury – Mentality, Communication – is now crossing this space for the third time since the Ides of November, and it will be there till 9 January.  If Change in any Guise approaches you, jump on it.

Robin mentions that Venus crossed the Galactic Center a few days ago, in the process adding a link to a fascinating essay on Gender roles in Native American tribes.  The main event on 25 December is the Initiation of Venus by Saturn at 1 Capricorn – more talk of “bravery in combat.”  The primary theme of the Venus-Saturn Cycle is that The Most Important Thing is Paying Attention to Our Values.  In this context, of course, that means Paying Attention to Changes in our Values.  It may seem like bravery in combat to inform Mom or Dad that their Values are no longer your Values, and may never have been, though you’ve given it the old college try.

The Saturn-Venus Initiation chart is of course very similar to the Quaoar-Saturn Initiation chart that we described in the previous post.  The Moon has moved off of OR10-Nessus, which will lighten the pressure to come to terms with your Memories of Abuse and Privilege.  Being Expected to share the same Values as your Programmers, by the way, would be Soul Abuse were it not for the fact that “you” (on the Soul level) “hired” them to set up this Issue for you so you’d be forced to deal with it.  Which not at all diminishes the Emotional Impact on you, nor your right to Express your Outrage to help Let Go of the Lifelong dimming of your Light.

It’s good practice at Cognitive Dissonance, to hold in a far corner of your mind the knowledge that the ultimate goal is Forgiveness, while fully Surrendering to Owning, Acknowledging, Expressing, and ultimately Embracing, as an Essential part of the Core of Self, your True Emotions about this Soul-level Abuse.  It’ll help to remember that while All There Is Is Now, this Abuse has a history stretching back many Lifetimes, and that while the Emotions are scorchingly Personal, Abuse is not at all Personal.  You and your Programmers have undoubtedly done this Privilege-Abuse Dance many times, with much Role-switching.

You’re working for the Planet here, keening away Centuries of Abuse enacted on billions of Slaves of all kinds in all manner of Situations.  You only signed on to Experience it Personally because you knew that it was the only way to put enough Passion into it.  As we’ve said, one of the most reliable paths to Letting Go of PTSD – which is the logical result of Abuse – is Theater.  Yes, your father will be upset when he Learns the Truth, and he will probably be unable to detach from his Father Role enough to understand the Plot.  Will you, frankly, “give a damn” about that? 

He signed up to be your Karmic student too; the contract was mutual.  We’re in the thick of Transition from one Age to another.  In that context, Truth is more important than Compassion.  However, the Age we’re moving toward is more Compassionate than the one we’re leaving behind.  Unlike them, you can do Truth without being Cruel.  PIAVA as much, because if you’re really in your Role, your Ego and mind may lose track of that.

Robin reminds us that Lilith (Self-Sovereignty) has been running the same Initiation gauntlet that Sappho (Self-Love) has – Saturn (Priority), Ixion (Genius), Pholus (Responsibility), Quaoar (Survival), Chariklo (Self-Confidence), Hylonome (Casting off Archetypes), the Galactic Center, and the all-important Capricorn Cusp.  Many ancient traditions have the Day beginning at Sunset, not Sunrise.  It’s the same with the Year – it’s Birthed at the Capricorn Solstice, not the Aries Equinox.

She also points out what I of all people should not have missed!  The Uranus-Saturn Initiation that kicked off the 1988-91 Harmonic Convergence occurred at 30 Sagittarius – so all this Hyperactivity on the Galactic Center and Capricorn Cusp Retriggers the Energy of the Harmonic Convergence, which begins its 30-year anniversary in seven weeks.  The Harmonic Convergence, astrologically, comprised a triple Initiation of Neptune, Uranus, and Saturn, while Opposed by Jupiter and Chiron. 

I of all people should have remembered that, because the precursors to this blog were born in January 1988, with the express purpose of helping people Detach from these very Big Astroevents, so my readers wouldn’t make the mistake of taking them Personally.  In retrospect that was kind of silly, if Intended Compassionately, because the nature of Big Astroevents is that we all Act them Out in accordance with our Personal Relationship to them.  They actually don’t Exist, in some sense – like a Tree falling in the Forest – without our Participation, though that’s a very anthropomorphic interpretation.  The Forest actually has a hell of a lot more Consciousness than we do.

There’s wide agreement, and premonition, that the Harmonic Convergence is what started this whole Ascension Cycle, and the Centaur Stampede that’s been Dancing on the Galactic Center for the last several years is just another step toward Grounding it.  The Quaoar-Saturn Initiation is another.  The Saturn-Venus Initiation extends it further, recognizing that our Survival depends on a 100-Monkeys’ worth of us Shifting the Values that run our Lives from Ego to Soul.

The 30-year anniversary is the Pearl anniversary.  Like Opal…

Pearl betrays the fact that Matter is not as Inert as it usually appears to be, that Energy Dances within it.  Both are Gateways to the Realm of Faerie.  Opal is considered Dangerous to the Patriarchy because of that, because it can Enhance Emotions that would be better, for the Patriarchy, kept under lock and key.  For Ascension, those Emotions need to be Owned, Acknowledged, Expressed, and ultimately Embraced as an Essential part of the Core of Self.  Then we can Feel the Light in these Passions, rather than Being their Dark Side.

She finishes up with…

“Sorrow can be a turning point that shifts the focus to respecting self – rather than hoping others will respect ‘me.’  It takes courage to follow the Inner-Path that flies in the face of convention.  Anything less is denial of Self.  Between now and the Gregorian New Yew, slow down, find the Center-of-Self and proceed in a step-by-step manner, otherwise we’ll leave others dazed and confused.  Look for the middle-path-through-any-impasse.”

Finally, in Robin’s About section (https://robinswindow.com/about/), she says “There are 3 sides of the coin.  The Trinity – – – Heads Tails and The Edge.  And it is the ‘Edge‘ I focus on here.”  We’re always talking about how Both Sides comprise the Coin, and we too focus on the Edge, of Consciousness.  Yet I’ve never made this connection in quite this way.

Juno was Zeus’s wife (Hera in Greek, Juno in Latin).  Zeus was the vehicle that Transformed – ReFormed the Trance – the Matriarchy or Yin Feminine Tradition into the Patriarchy or Yang Masculine Culture that we now Suffer under.  As the model for Surrending Matriarchal Sovereignty, Juno was the poster child for how the then-New Female would fit into the Patriarchy. 

In Greek Mythology, both Juno and Hylonome are thoroughly Identified with their Sovereignty-Surrendered Roles.  Since we regard such Fate as how astrology Impacts those who remain Unconscious, and since we read for those who strive to step over the Edge into Expanding Consciousness, we regard both Juno and Hylonome as symbolizing the Breaking Free from our Karmic Archetypes.

So it’s meaningful that in the Quaoar-Saturn-Venus Initiations it’s Juno (that which is Coming Into Consciousness) that Opposes (Facilitates) Varuna’s (the Life Force) position at the Pay-Attention point of the Finger of God based on Saturn et al and OR10-Nessus (our Memories of Abuse).  Adding an exclamation point is the fact that the Quaoar-Saturn-Venus Initiations form a Trioctile Bridge (Insights) across the Nodal Axis – we have a lot to Learn here about our Mission (North Node) and our Held Emotions (South Node).

Native American New Moon I

As we mentioned in the last post…

“There are actually two other Configurations in … Monday’s New Moon chart, [which] color it strongly.  One of them will provide Epiphanies about our Soul Self and [about] how [we might] adjust our Values and Identity to manifest [our Soul Self into our current Lifetime] more strongly (which Epiphanies will be multiplied by our intervening success at achieving Beginner’s Mind).  

“The other is about being Reborn into the Unimaginable through taking small steps toward Embracing our Orphaned Forbidden Genius.”

“Which are in turn, (1) a Uranus Mjolnir (a third planet at the far Midpoint between two planets that Square one another) on a base of Venus Square Saturn, and (2) a Golden Rectangle between dwarf planets Eris, Chaos, Haumea, and Ixion, with Centaur Pholus Conjunct Ixion, the New Moon Conjunct Haumea, and Uranus Conjunct Eris.”

A Mjolnir is two Trioctiles from each end of a Square, merging on a third planet, which becomes the focus of the Mjolnir.  The Configuration is sometimes called “Thor’s Hammer,” and the term Mjolnir is Norwegian for just that.  Thor’s Hammer is often associated with destructive force, but that’s not quite accurate.  In the same sense that Uranus represents Disruption – Disruption of what is no longer in alignment with the Soul’s path for us in the Lifetime, Thor’s Hammer represents penetration of any Defense – as in any Defensiveness that protects the Ego from following the Soul’s path in the Lifetime.  Lightning is a good representation of the Mjolnir, as it is for the corresponding symbol in the Hindu tradition, the Vajra – sudden illumination of the Darkness, or Epiphany.

The Waxing Trioctile, 135 Degrees, combines the Eighth and Third Harmonics – Adjustment/Rebalancing and Love with Wisdom.  In the evolution of a Cycle, it sits between the Trine (120 Degrees) and the Biquintile (144); between the Grace that follows from aligning one’s path with the Zeitgeist (Trine), and the Realization of the Value of Tradition and the Power of Ritual (Biquintile).  The Biquintile in turn is followed closely by the Quincunx (150, Curiosity), the Triseptile (154) – Shamanic Power exercised for the Good of All, and the Quadrinovile (160) – Mastery gained through Self-Examination in Contemplation.  

This is a powerful section of the Zodiac, corresponding to Leo and early Virgo.  There are massive Changes going on, but they’re faced with the Courage of Leo, because the Uncertainty and Confusion of the earlier sections of the Zodiac have passed under the Bridge, and by now we kind of have a feel for what’s going down.  The notion that a Trioctile is a minor Square (often called a “Sesqui-Square”) is valid in only one sense: the sense that the Ego is a Trickster that can point one in the wrong direction if one focuses on Greed or Revenge.  Of course the zone of the Waning Trioctile and its near neighbors corresponds to Scorpio – the Debriefing that follows the Phitile.  While Leo embodies Courage, the defining quality of Scorpio is Fearlessness.

In today’s Mjolnir, the Waxing Trioctile is Venus to Uranus: Adjusting and Rebalancing our Values to better reflect the ongoing Descent of our Soul Self.  The Cycle Initiated in March at 15 Aries, “A Native American weaving a ceremonial blanket.”

The Waning Trioctile is Saturn to Uranus: Debriefing the Ego to discover what it has Learned about the Soul’s Intention as a result of its Experience with the Cycle that is beginning to unwind – which was “The Pope Blessing the Faithful,” 30 Sagittarius, February 1988, part of the Harmonic Convergence.

The Square is Waning, Venus to Saturn: Challenge to Ease up on the Ego’s role as the Protector of our Physical Vehicle.  The Cycle is “Native Americans making camp after moving into new territory,” – 26 Scorpio, November 2014.  In other words, some of our Beliefs about what we need to Survive have become Limiting Beliefs, that we’re Challenged to Let Go of.

So really, there are Big Questions here…

• Ritual and Tradition are strong here.  What a “coincidence” that this New Moon occurs on Native American Day.
• Since March, what have you connected or reconnected with, that you Feel is Sacred?  Have you established a Ritual, or Ritual Object, of some sort to honor it?
• What has the Ego Learned since the Harmonic Convergence!  Wow.  Who were you in 1986?  What’s Changed in your Field since then?  What’s different now about the way you Defend your Health and your “turf” and the externalities that you Identify with (work? Relationship? Family? Money? Religion? Sports? Politics?)?  Does your current Perspective seem like Growth, or backsliding, compared to where you were in 1986?  Of course it’s Both/And; in what ways is it Growth, and in what ways is it backsliding?  Where are the razor-wire fences you can Levitate over?
• Things in your Life were Changing rapidly in late 2014 and early 2015.  You made some Decisions about what you needed to do to Support yourself.  Decisions are like Instant Karma; they create Patterns that are useful in the short run, but which seldom come with their own Sunset Provisions.  We forget we made them, and we don’t revisit them to see if they’re still relevant.  What Decisions about Survival did you make in late 2014 and early 2015, and are they still relevant?  Or are they holding you back?  Both/And?  How to Rebalance/Adjust them to bring them into the Present Moment.  

Decisions don’t have to be explicit; recurring thoughts can have the same Power.  What were you thinking about in late 2014 and early 2015?  Were your thoughts Constructive, or Fearful in nature?  

So you don’t have to get bogged down in details, you may want to just PIAVA that obsolete Decisions and Patterns come to your Attention, gently and lovingly, and Adjustments appropriate to Now become Clear.  Make sure you include the gently and lovingly, because a PIAVA like this could turn your Life upside down if you didn’t also ask for Grace.  You may want to limit it to recent Decisions and Patterns, or, if you don’t, be watchful for Overwhelm, and respond to it with a compensatory PIAVA on the order of Visualizing or Affirming that the Changes in your Life occur at exactly the right speed, so you’re neither too early nor too late to synch with the Planetary Changes.  Or, you can just Levitate over the fence.
