Capricorn I

If we hold the March for Our Lives in one hand, and the Antichrist-Bolton-Pompeo crowd in the other, it’s no contest.  The Future wins, no matter how much damage these Three Stodges and their brown-tongued flunkies can inflict upon the Planet in the interim.  While the Zodiac begins with Aries, most of the Ancients began their year by Praying for Return of the Light, which occurs, when our Prayers are Effective, on the Cusp of Capricorn.

Cusps in astrology are tricky.  Essence switches to its Opposite at Sign changes – Unpredictability to Stability to Change, for instance (Aries-Taurus-Gemini…).  And both Element (Earth, Air, Water, Fire) and Quality (Creative, Stabilizing, Mutating) Change in a consistent but illogical way.  In the Roman Empire, for instance, Winter Solstice was celebrated with Saturnalia, when all of the social rules were turned on their heads.  Quite the opposite of the Saturn we know and love – turned on its head again.

So for instance when we move from Sagittarius to Capricorn, which only takes an instant, we move from Actively Letting Go through Spiritual Fire, to Building with Pragmatic Material Creativity.  A Dizzying Change.  If you were designing a sequence of stages, is this a Transition you would include?  The implication of the Capricorn Cusp is that when you run your Calendar forwards, Spiritual Cleansing is a prerequisite for Manifestation.

We turn our Calendars backwards all the time, whenever we Regress, as we’ve been doing a lot lately – that’s why March has been so Difficult, because we’ve lost many of our Adult Skills as we’ve Regressed to earlier ages without Recognizing it and Adapting to it.  When we run the Calendar backward, Building a Practical Material Nest is a prerequisite for Spiritual Cleansing.

Mars made the Quantum Sagittarius-to-Capricorn Leap a few hours after the 17 March New Moon.  Did you notice that you suddenly went from running around with your blowtorch canceling the Unnecessary, to donning your carpenter’s apron and starting to Build a new Reality from Scratch?

In Dorothy Bryant’s incredible Kin-of-Ata depiction of Winter, the Essence of Capricorn is what we usually call “Buddhist Heaven” – in Buddhist Heaven we’re all seated around a table piled high with a sumptuous feast, but our Elbows are locked.  We can’t reach our mouths with our hands.  We could Pig out directly with our snouts, but the more elegant solution is to Feed One Another.

The Exposure of Facebook as just another Ripoff disguised as a Gift to you is a good example of the Capricorn Cusp – now can we Build something useful to the Planet and its inhabitants, instead of just another 0.0001% scam?  Google won’t be far behind, followed by the GOP.  A ton of Energies are on the Cusp from Sagittarius to Capricorn, including…

• Focus and Concentration (Saturn) Transitioned near the end of 2017
• Responsibility (Pholus) made the leap on 20 January
• Survival (Quaoar) jumped over in early December
• Energy and Action (Mars) took the plunge a week ago
• Unconscious Beliefs (asteroid Vesta) will do the deed next week
• Forbidden Genius won’t get there till February 2020, but it’s knocking on the door already
• Beginnings (Klotho), Self-Confidence (Chariklo), and Shedding Codependence (Hylonome) are already there
• Ego Death (Nemesis) crossed the Capricorn Cusp in January 2017, and Self-Love (Sappho) crossed this threshold in November 2017

This is a lot of Power Getting Clear and Coming into the Light, and the three Heaviest of the bunch will Stand Still together next week…

• Forbidden Genius/Ixion on 27 March (2pm PDT) at 28 Sagittarius
• Responsibility/Pholus on 29 March (9pm PDT) at 2 Capricorn
• Survival/Quaoar on 1 April (3pm PDT) at 3 Capricorn

In the middle of this giant Shift comes a Full Moon, on 31 March (5:30 am PDT).  It’s at 11 Degrees of Aries-Libra, so it doesn’t make a Big Angle to the Capricorn Cusp, but it makes a T-Square (Challenge to Mastery) to three Energies that are already in Capricorn: Action (Mars), Focus (Saturn), and Letting Go of Codependence (Hylonome).  Moons often Create the Trigger for more Profound Energy Shifts.

Before we look at those charts, let’s look at what’s probably the most consequential of Capricorn Cusp events of recent Herstory – the Harmonic Convergence.  The most common astroevent to flag the Harmonic Convergence is the Initiation of Saturn by Uranus on 12 February 1988 at 30 Sagittarius.  That’s the birth of the first predecessor to this blog. 

Sagittarius 30 means “The Pope blessing the faithful.”  It was fine in 1988 to look to Outside Authority for Guidance, as many Outside Authorities have been-there-done-that and may offer useful suggestions.  But as we get closer to 5D the only valid Authority is your own Soul.  Expansion (Jupiter), Respect for Diversity (asteroid Hopi), and Investigating Self-Sabotaging Patterns (asteroid Karma) have yet to finish crossing Sagittarius, so they can help us Burn Off any remaining Obeisance that we haven’t Banished yet.

Most of our Codependence was Cleansed by Fire during the passage of Self-Confidence (Chariklo) and Codependence itself (Hylonome) through Sagittarius, the former 2011-2015, and the latter 2007-2015.  If you think about the Major Changes you went through during those years, you can probably find clues about any Authorititis you still need to Heal.  As Conservatives Live and Die by Authority, your Conservative friends may never get to Self-Sovereignty, so don’t waste your Energy trying to convert them, until they come to you asking for help.

Saturn-Uranus is a 44-year Cycle, and we’re now at the 252° point, which is the Waning Tridecile.  That’s a little over half a Sign and three years shy of the Waning Square.  At the Waning Square of any Cycle, the Task at Hand is to Let Go any Attachment we have to the Cycle, as we’re about to Descend into the Void around that Energy.  So we only have about three more years to Cleanse our Self-Sovereignty.

At the Waning Tridecile, we’re Called to Let Go of any Material Advantage that we’ve gained during the Cycle, or since 1988.  Given our position in the “Business Cycle” and the other trends afoot, converting our Material Advantage to Physical Possession of Divisible Hard Assets may be a good direction to move towards.  Hard because you don’t want others to be able to easily claim them, and Divisible because at the very least the taxman and the greengrocer will want some of it.  If you aren’t already growing some of your own Food, it’s past time to start.

When the current historically unprecedented and monstrous Debt Bubble pops (2018?  2019?  2020?), it will make the “Great” Depression look like child’s play.  They’ve already renamed the first “Great” Depression so they could apply the name to the second one, since the first one wasn’t nearly so debilitating as the 1930s.  The older one is now the “Long” Depression, 1873-1896.  

Your “Deposits” with financial institutions are legally Loans to them by you.  Just as you can default on your Loans, so can they.  It’s perfectly legal for them to just confiscate what you mistakenly believe is “your” money that you entrusted to their care.  If you’re lucky they may give you worthless stock in exchange, but only if they’re in a generous mood.  More likely, that will go only to the folks with very expensive lawyers.

It’s late in the Cycle to be studying the Harmonic Convergence chart, but may be worthwhile anyway…

We can call that a “Sailboat” Configuration… 

• The Bow is Truth (asteroid Alethia) – that’s the general Objective of the Cycle.  It’s on the Cusp of Aries, which is about Beginning a New Journey.
  

• Self-Sovereignty (the Uranus-Saturn Initiation itself) is the Rudder; we adjust our course by Letting Go of our Codependence.  It’s on the Cusp of Capricorn; folks in the know were moving from Spiritual Cleansing to Material Construction.  This was S&L Failure days.  It helped a lot if you were already in the 1%.

• Memories (Mnemosyne) form the Keel; we keep the ship upright by Paying Attention to Recognizing and Embracing our Held Emotions.  This is on the Cusp of Pisces – the Essence of this Cycle is Emotional, as we would expect of any Cycle about Letting Go of Codependence.

• The crow’s nest, which enables our navigation, is a Stellium (group of three or more planets) composed of Letting Go of Codependence (Hylonome), Endings (asteroid Atropos), and Manifestation (Makemake).  Stellia are complex because they take three or more Energies that we’re accustomed to, and combine them into New Energies that we’re unlikely to Recognize.  So Navigation hasn’t been particularly straightforward since 1988. 

We could interpret the Stellium as Enabling our Creativity by Ending our Reliance on External Authority.  That should allow an increasingly Clear view of the Horizon and the Stars – or an increasingly Clear view of the Truth of our own Self-Sovereignty.  On the Cusp of Virgo, there promises to be a good deal of Ego Death.

While it’s nigh time to Let all this Go so we can Descend Cleanly into the Void, knowing where we’ve been and where we’ve been headed may help us understand where we are and where we’re headed next.  The Big Initiations we’ve recently been through, which will tell us where we’re heading, include…

Bear in mind that after an Initiation the Cycle goes Underground, so don’t expect to hear about these New Energies on Weasel News.  But you can Trust that these Energies are building beneath the surface.  It’s too soon to start a new business that serves the World, but it’s not to0 soon to locate co-conspirators to join to plan new endeavors that aid the other Initiates who are ready to move forward ahead of the pack.  You might even catch up to the teenagers.

For instance, what if you were a lawyer, and starting in the 1970s you developed a secondary specialty in sexual harassment cases.  Gloria Allred did that, and even though the big breakthrough around #MeToo didn’t arrive until recently, she kept up a thriving business keeping the matter in the public eye while it continued to be a very Underground issue.  It takes a lot of Self-Sovereignty to follow a thread through the Underground, but it pays off.  The Demand will be there, just not on Weasel News.

Chaos 1

In our earlier post Rebirth of Genius, we talked about the Golden Rectangle that continues to Bless us.  A Golden Rectangle is very much Beneficent, though of course it includes a few Challenges – whenever we’re Graced with a Big Blessing, we face the Challenge of facing down our Resistance to Change and to the resulting Ego Death.  The Rectangle is Golden because it is structured using the Golden Angle that organizes Nature.

The four corners of the Golden Rectangle are

• Dwarf planet Chaos – Unlimited Potential (with asteroid Veritas – Truth)
• Ixion-Pholus – Being Fully Responsible to our Abandoned Genius (with Quaoar – Survival – nearby)
• Sappho-Haumea – Rebirth into Self-Love
• Uranus-Eris – Identifying with the Truth of the Soul Self (with asteroid Mnemosyne – Memory, and Ceres – Sustainability)
  

We’ve been working on our Yintegrity (Trusting our Intuition and Instincts) prominently for four years now, and in the background for the fifty years before that.  Doesn’t matter if you aren’t that old – we’re all working to Grow the Consciousness of the Species, so you were born into the process.  We’re now having a Big Rebirth of major portions of our Soul Self.

We’ve also been working for several years on our Unity with All Things, and the Mulifariousness that invariable accompanies it, as a herd of Centaurs and dwarf planets has migrated across the Galactic Center over the last several years.  Most prominently, Pholus, symbolizing Full Responsibility, remains, along with Ixion, which symbolizes Rejected Genius.

So we interpret the Golden Rectangle as bringing our Rejected Genius, the Star of our Soul Self, into our Heart where it can be Acknowledged, Embraced, and Expressed.  Lots of cosmic folks are Lighting Up the Golden Rectangle over the next several days as we approach the Full Moon.  We’ll talk about those soon, but first let’s let Michael Roads and Lilou Mace introduce the process…

*Lots* Going On 1

Where to start?

(1) With the big Jupiter Septile Yod I guess.  It’s with us from around 1 October through 7 October.  Remember last week’s Magic Storm?  That was about one version of what we call “Magic” – the Miracle of Timing.  It’s one of the greatest Blessings that follow from developing your Intuition.  You can spend years (or Lifetimes) trying to do something without success, when the Timing isn’t right.  Then, when the Timing is right, you can accomplish it in a Heartbeat.  

Don Juan was always trying to teach Castaneda to “Save his Power,” and this is what he meant – don’t waste your Energy when the Timing isn’t right.  This is the Seventh Harmonic; planets one seventh of the way ’round the Zodiac from one another, or two or three sevenths.  How do we know when the Timing is right?  Our Intuition tells us, but we have to Listen to it and not let the noisy mind overrule it because it would be hard to defend in a debate.  The Moon, in its esoteric Meaning of Instinct and Authenticity, also plays a big role.

Look for places where you’re wasting Energy fretting about not doing something that your Shoulds are nagging about, when the Timing isn’t right, and places where you feel like you’re on a treadmill.  Watch for things that happen in a flash when you expected them to take forever.  We’re Learning here about the Held Emotions and Other People’s Expectations (such as Believing we have to explain ourself) that block us from Trusting our Intuition implicitly, instantly, and unquestioningly.

This next itemdddd deserves a long essay of its own, but I don’t have time right now, so I’ll be “brief”…  

(2) As we’ve discussed at length, we’re being Asked in no uncertain terms to take Responsibility to Embrace the Brilliance, Gorgeousness, Talent, and Fabulosity of the Truth of our Abandoned Genius.  Because the Programming that forced us to Abandon this part of ourself was Abusive, we have to work through a great deal of Pain to get to this Responsibility.  

(3) Until around 10 October, we’re Gifted with unusual Ease in this task.  You definitely want to take advantage of this.  How?  The easiest way is Self-Empathy – and being constantly Watchful for whatever you’re Feeling in the Present Moment…  

• Anger?  Any Self-Judgment there?  “You poor Sweetheart, you’re questioning your Right to Self-Protection, aren’t you.”  
• Worry?  Undifferentiated Unease?  “You poor Sweetheart, you’re Feeling Anxious, aren’t you.”  
• Not sure what’s going on?  Trying to figure it out mentally?  “You poor Sweetheart, you’re Feeling Confused, aren’t you.”  

Wait – Confusion’s the first sign of Growth, right?  Hooray, the Timing is Right to Celebrate!

(4) It gets better.  Surrendering to our Rebirth (which may of course Feel like Ego Death), and Surrendering to the Unknown (which is always Scary), will unleash tremendous Grace on not only the Challenge of Letting Go of our Limiting Programming, but also on any unfinished elements of our many-year task of Removing our Masks and becoming more Authentic to Who We Really Are.  That part is Given to us, all we need to do is stop Resisting it.  

We do have to add one Energy on our own, however, to make it all work Effortlessly.  That Energy is Bravery and Persistence.  If we’re Conscious of our Fear of Death and the Unknown, we can Tap Out the Overwhelm, Locate it in our Bodies, Warm it, Soften around it, Love it where it is, and Breathe into it.  Considering what’s Going On, this will be a Big Order, not because it’s so difficult to Tap or Warm or Breathe, but because what we Fear is so Big that we can’t see it.

We’re looking at our Relationships, our Economic Situation, our Health, our Well-Being, our Anxiety, our Emotions – everything facing and surrounding us.  But what’s Going On is Bigger than that.  A lot Bigger.  Imagine a cloud of Darkness surrounding your House, then your Neighborhood, then your Town, your County, your Region, your Country, your Continent, your Planet, your Solar System, your Galaxy.  That’s what we are Unconsciously Fearing here, and for most of us, it’s not Conscious.  Once we’re Conscious of it, we can Tap Out the Overwhelm, Locate it in our Bod, Love it, Breathe into it.

That part’s “easy,” once we get Conscious of our Fear of Transformation, and find the Courage and Persistence to find the Light Switch that’s hidden within All That Darkness somewhere, and pull it.  It’s Intimidating, but the Light that’s Behind the Sun is far more immense.  Bruce Cockburn said it well half a century ago…

(1) The Septile Yod points at Jupiter (Expansion) from a base of the Waxing Septile from Ceres (Sustainability) to the Conjunction between Neptune (Culture, Material Confusion and Spiritual Clarity) and the South Node (Held Emotion and Hidden Skills).

(2) We’re in the midst of a long-lived Chiron (Despair and Miracle) T-Square (Mastery through Challenge) on a base of the Opposition between Pholus-Ixion (Responsibility-Genius) and dwarf planet Chaos (Unlimited Potential), the latter joined by asteroid Veritas (Truth).  

(3) Asteroid Karma (Inertia) has come into a Sextile to Haumea (Rebirth), with Chiron at the Far Midpoint.  That creates a Chiron Diamond Star (Difficult Challenge Made Easier) across the Chiron T-Square, as both Haumea and Karma form Trine Bridges across the T-Square, in the form of a “bowl of Grace” under it.

(4) Asteroid Karma and Ixion-Pholus join with Uranus-Eris (Removing our Masks, Yintegrity) to form a Grand Trine, a Haumea Kite, and a Chaos-Veritas Kite, leaving one Vacancy to Create a Grand Sextile.  The Vacancy is 23 Capricorn, which is about Bravery in Combat.  Capricorn 23 is also the location of the January 2020 Pluto-Saturn Initiation.

All these Goings On (#2-5), as has often been the case recently, are in 22-25 of their respective Signs. The mid-October (and all month) Nemesis-Juno Conjunction ( https://astrobuss.wordpress.com/2016/09/30/nemesis/ ) is in the same range, at 24 Scorpio, as is the Nova in the Constellation Lupus.

(5) By around 10 October, Karma breaks out of the Diamond Star and Grand Trine, but asteroid Hopi (Respect for all Things) moves into Opposition to Chiron, completing the Grand Cross till around 20 October.  The Grand Cross will still be Trine-Bridged by a Golden Rectangle and Quincunx-Bridged by Haumea and Uranus-Eris.  

The trace of our previous Bravery Vacancy will still make a Grand Trine with Haumea and Chaos, and Kites pointing to Uranus-Eris and Ixion-Pholus.

(6) We have two Initiations today (5 October).  Normally we’d cast Initiations as the centerpiece of our Interpretations – their relegation to footnotes shows how Big (#1-4) are.

First, Quaoar (Survival) Initiates Moira (Fate), which sounds pretty heavy.  The Degree is 28 Sagittarius, an old bridge still in use, and of course the Galactic Center, which is a pretty old bridge all right.

(7) Second, Lilith (Yindependence) Initiates Venus (Values) – the Blue Kachina that Lisa mentions, a significant milestone on our path toward the Yang Feminine Energy that we expect to replace the Patriarchy.  It occurs at 16 Scorpio, which symbolizes a girl breaking into a smile.  Mid-Scorpio is one of the four “Horsepersons of the Apocalyse” or Power Points of the Zodiac.

(8) The Red Kachina that Lisa mentions is found in the Initiations of Mars (Energy, Action) by Hylonome (Grieving the Disattachment from an Archetype) and Chariklo (Charm and Grace)…

First, Hylonome-Mars 29 September in 2 Capricorn, three Gothic Rose windows, one damaged by war.

(9) Second, Chariklo-Mars 3 October in 4 Capricorn, outfitting a large canoe.

Bottom Line

The 4 June New Moon is a major trigger for the 9 June Eris-Uranus Initiation, which is about Getting Honest with Ourselves around our formerly-Unconscious Limiting Beliefs.  We’ve also referred to them as Masks and Archetypes, and Despair.  This is really about Rebirth.  Unfortunately it may not be the most Effortless Birth, as our favorite Pattern is to cling to our Olde Ego while the New Ego is trying to get born.  That’s very painful.

We have to Let Go and Let God/Goddess.  Trust the process.  Whenever the going gets tough, recognize that you’re in Resistance to the Change.  It may not at all be obvious what else you can do besides Resist – Resistance is your Olde Ego trying to Survive, and that’s exactly what Egos do for a living, they’re good at it, and that’s why you hire them, because when they Survive, you Survive.  Except during the occasional Rebirths; we have to endure an Ego Death to allow a Rebirth.  

Your New Ego isn’t formed yet, and while we may have an inkling where to find its chrysalis, we won’t know what it Feels like.  So we’re stuck with PIAVAs (“God/Goddess, please give me a clue what to do besides Resist” or “I Wonder what it will Feel like when I finish wriggling out of this old carapace that’s so tight I can’t Breathe”) and Tapping (“Even though I feel worthless and hopeless, I deeply and completely Love and Accept Myself”) and Empathizing (“You poor Sweetheart, you really feel like you’re being tortured, don’t you”) and the like.

Once you succeed in Letting Go, you’ll be surprised at how quickly it gets Easy.

1.  There’s a big Challenge to Embrace our Despair.  Remember that “Unconscious Despair” is failure to Believe that what you Need is even Possible.  Set aside your YesButs for a moment and Imagine that you could have what you Need or Want.  Now go back to your YesButs and convert each one to a YesAnd.  “YesBut you just aren’t Sexy enough to get that” might become “YesAnd I just Need one Lover.”  “YesBut you’ll never be able to earn enough Money for that” may be “YesAnd What If someone gave it to me as a Gift!”

You want to Touch that Feeling that you would have if your Dream came true, and hold it as long as you can, till it becomes a when rather than an if,  If you can hold that Feeling enough, it won’t matter whether your Dream actually Manifests, because you’ll already have what your Dream would have given you – Peace, Joy, Excitement, Self-Respect, Power, Grace.  What’s a Lover or a Red Convertible compared to that!  And if you had those Feelings most of the time, you could probably score Lovers and Convertibles pretty easy, if you still wanted to.

This is the difference between your Deepest Desires and your Mission in the Lifetime.  What you Desire isn’t actually the Object of your Dreams, it only seems that way because you live in a Material World.  What you actually Crave, what you came her to achieve, is How the Object of your Dreams Makes you Feel.  From that Feeling you can have anything you Ask for.  And guess what!  You’ll be Asking for different things, and they won’t have any YesButs.  It’s a Hologram, y’know, and you’re the projector.

2.  While this is a big Challenge, it doesn’t come without tools that can actually make it pretty Easy.  However, to manifest the Ease, we have to realize that Rebirth is the Ego’s Least Favorite party game, and Love our Olde Ego into oblivion.  Try Gratitude that It’s gotten you this far.  Try just really really appreciating how incredibly Comfortable your Olde Ego Feels, and PIAVA that your New Ego is going to Feel even more Comfortable once you’ve moved through the Grief of Giving Up your Olde Friend who’s kept you Safe.

3.  What will make your Rebirth Easier?  Getting Honest about what you’ve been trying to hide from yourself.  You may not know the details, but you know the general theme.  Abuse?  You don’t need to remember who or when, you just need to Trust your Feelings about it.  Fear?  Anger?  Embrace them.  Locate them in your Body, and move all of your Attention into the center of that place, and hold it there.  Bring it back when it wanders.  Stay with it till it dissolves or moves.  If it moves, follow it.

Eventually you’ll need to Surrender all Blame.  Blame looks toward the Past to assign Cause, while Responsibility looks toward the Future to improve Outcomes.  Any time you catch yourself attributing some Emotion or Sensation in your Body to any outside Cause, stop and bring your Attention back into your Body.  I’m always gnawing at myself because my neighbors have no idea what I’m trying to do in my Garden, and condemn it as a Jungle.

I need to catch myself thinking that, and bring my Attention back into my own Body.  Those Emotions and Sensations have their Roots in my Personal and Karmic Histories.  Those are my Emotions, the neighbors only trigger them.  I need to take up the Practice of locating them in my Body, and Loving them right where they are, exactly as they are.  If I Reject any Emotion, I dampen them all, and without any of them I’m not a Whole Person, I’m dis-eased.

Use this general model with everything that you suspect may be lurking in your Underwhere – Inadequacy, Self-Hate, Belief in Fate, Addiction, Guilt, Shame, any Limiting Belief, and anything else that comes up.  When the Emotion begins to Overwhelm, Tap it Out.

4.  The whole chart actually falls into a pool of Enormous Grace, but there’s a leak in the pool.  To plug it, we need to recognize the Challenges we’ve Lived through, Honor ourself for Living through them, and be Willing to talk about them so others can Learn from our travails.

 

The Astrology

1.  Aside from the Eris-Uranus Initiation itself of course, the primary focus of the chart is a Chiron T-Square (Challenge to Convert Despair to Miracles) across and Opposition between an Ixion-Pholus Conjunction (Taking Full Responsibility to Let our Orphaned Genius out of the closet) and a Karma-Chaos Conjunction (But without my old Patterns it all looks Chaotic! or Karma is Dead; Long Live Karma!).
2. This T-Square (Mastery through Challenge) is actually a Diamond Star (Making what would be difficult, Easy), with Sappho (Self-Love) and a Haumea-Nemesis Conjunction (either Feeling like you had this coming, or Recognizing that Rebirth feels like Death because they’re just different sides of the same Coin) on the feet of the Chiron Yod.
3. The Eris-Uranus Initiation (Revelation of Denial) is at the focus of a Quintile Yod (huge Learning Opportunity).  However, the Haumea-Nemesis Conjunction Opposes the Eris-Uranus Initiation, converting the QYod into a Quintile Kite and shifting some of the emphasis onto Haumea-Nemesis.  A Yod pointing to a Sedna-Atropos Conjunction (The Demise of Fear, foreshadowed of course by the Fear of Demise) from the base of the Sextile from Haumea-Nemesis to Ixion-Pholus.
4. Eris-Uranus, Karma-Chaos, Sappho, Haumea-Nemesis, and Ixion-Pholus form five points of a Grand Sextile (Enormous Grace, though we need to take the first step).  The Vacancy is 24 Aquarius, “A person, having overcome their compulsions, shares the deep wisdom that results from their experience: The constructive use to which difficult past experiences can be put as examples for those who are still striving to overcome their compulsions,” aka Archetypes/Masks/Karma.

Pathological Genius and Ixion

A reader inquires…

“What do you mean by ‘Pathological Genius?’  I sort of feel it, but am still confused about it!”

Which is an excellent question.

The dwarf planet Ixion was named after a fellow who intrigued Zeus because he had no moral compunction whatsoever.   So Zeus made him a God, and he proceeded to try to rape Zeus’s wife Hera (aka Juno) – a perfect metaphor for the Shadow.   Recall that Zeus’s Mission was to destroy the traditional Matriarchy so he could replace it with the Patriarchy. 

I’m not addressing mass murderers or serial rapists here, I’m addressing US.

Whenever we repress any part of our Self, we submerge it into the Unconscious.  It doesn’t go away.  It typically constellates with other repressed material and negative Archetypes and becomes a Sea Monster that appears to constantly try to attack us, or at least persistently try to intrude into Consciousness.  Taurus Freud saw this phenomenon as disruptive to the Ego’s attempt to craft an acceptably acculturated Persona.  If we’re stuck in Scarcity, we may need to pay Attention to this Perspective.  Leo Jung on the other hand saw this phenomenon as the Psyche, seeking Wholeness, attempting to bring the repressed Energy into Consciousness and enlist the Ego to help re-integrate the repressed material.  Freud’s ideal is that a person should “fit in,” while Jung’s is that a person should seek Wholeness.  In Mazlow’s Universe, Freud’s Perspective would come first, Jung’s second.

It’s easy, if your orientation is toward “fitting in,” to see Ixion as symbolic of what we need to be Ashamed of, make Amends for, and otherwise generally keep under the blankets – Lord of the Flies.  On the other hand, if your orientation is toward Wholeness, Ixion represents our Inner Orphan, Victim of Abandonment.  Of course parenting and religioning and domesticating are writ all over these processes.  To distinguish the two we have to back up to the origins of the repression.  Abusive children learn their tactics from abusive adults.  Orphaned children mirror the Abandonment they received.  

Neither one started out as a Monster, except perhaps in the eyes of a severely repressed adult.  The deeper the repression, the more Monster-like the Shadow becomes.  As Karma, repression can accumulate and deepen over a series of Lifetimes.  The deeper the repression, the harder the Shadow tries to get into Consciousness, creating Self-Sabotage and eventually resorting to illness.  That’s a radical Perspective, not to be Confused with the notion that we are to Blame for our own illnesses.  Instead we have to Take Responsibility for our illnesses, and tracking them back to repressed Energy is a Powerful and potentially “Miraculous” part of that process.

Remember always that Responsibility means Able to Respond rather than React.  It does not mean Blame.  Blame looks to the Past to try to attribute Cause; Responsibility looks to the Future to try to improve Outcomes.  Blame is a Manipulation, an attempt at Intimidation, Power Over, and Competition.  Blame is a Bully.  Responsibility is an aspect of Power With and Collaboration.  Blame is a Universe unto itself; when you’re IN Blame, it’s very difficult to see out of it.  Learn to Discern it.

Ixion is these days traveling in the company of dwarf planet and Centaur Pholus, which represents Taking Full Responsibility.  We are Healers, which means that above all we should do no harm.  So if our Inner Monster has done harm, Taking Full Responsibility does mean a searching and fearless inventory and Amends where necessary.  To do that we’ll need to carefully Discern Guilt over “victimless crimes” and other places were we violated someone’s irrational rule but did no actual harm, from places where we actually did harm someone.  That Discernment and Self-Forgiveness is a bigger part of Healing than the Amends.  

But there is another strong intergenerational process that we haven’t considered yet.  Consider the astrological Square, or Mastery through Challenge.  Working with our Squares is never Satisfying.  But it is always Educational.  “We” (on the Soul level) Chose Squares in our current Lifetime because we really wanted to Explore some subject very thoroughly.  We don’t generally give ourselves credit for the Mastery inherent in our Squares, because it never feels like a job well done.  But if we look at our Squares objectively, we see that our root objective has been to Explore the subject at ever deeper and ever more subtle levels.  The lack of Satisfaction simply provides the Motivation to do so.

“Our” (soul level) choice of parents and other significant adults works in a similar fashion.  If we really want to bring something up into Consciousness in a Lifetime, arrange for it to be repressed.  It won’t leave you alone until you Consciously Embrace it as your own.  So we “hire” parents to help repress our Deepest Desires and our Greatest Skills.  We flail and flail against those repressions till we finally realize that we’re fighting ourself, and surrender to allowing our Orphans to come home and take their proper role at the head of our internal household.

So while a small portion of our own personal Ixion, our Pathological Genius, will be Amendable harm that we have perpetrated, the largest portion of it will be the Skills and Desires that we wanted most to bring into Consciousness in the Lifetime.  

You can think of Ixion as a photographically negative image of your North Node.

Some Contemporaneous History and a Touch of Herstory

How will it feel in your Body when you are the Master Creator of your own Lifestream?  Even as the rest of the Planet descends into Feudalism.  If no one is Free until we’re All Free?  What’s the Coin here?

August-September VII

Opal comes in many forms, and is useful for many purposes, including Soul Retrieval.  Opal is just Quartz with a bit of Water included in the Crystal Structure.  It’s the reflection off the Water molecules that creates the “Fire” or Dance of Colors in Opal.  This is an Oregon or Jelly Opal.

After dwarf planet Sedna turned Retrograde today, it took three and a half hours for Wall Street to realize that the Fear had subsided and they could buy again.  Sedna’s a newcomer, so nobody knows a lot about it, but I interpret it as Actions taken out of Fear, and that’s certainly what Wall Street’s been doing for the last several days.  When a planet is slowing to a stop, in this case turning Retrograde (backward in the sky), we feel the planet’s effect very strongly while it’s slowing down.  Then once it stops and starts moving again in the opposite direction, the impact usually diminishes quickly.

The exception is when we personalize the Energy, and make Decisions based on it.  For instance, if we attributed the Fear around Sedna’s Station to economics, we might make a Decision to get out while we can.  Then we’ll be selling into any Recovery the market makes.  In that case, the impact of Sedna’s Station could linger long after the event.  It remains to be seen whether this is the first body blow of the Monster Depression that the bears have been predicting for years.  Economists are well know for predicting twenty of the last twelve Recessions.  But as corrections go it’s pretty routine – sure, it was 1,000 points, but that’s only six percent, and a correction of that size is long overdue.

Which doesn’t diminish the fact that we’re in uncharted territory, where derivatives (which are gambles about bets on wagers) could turn a 1,000-point decline into 10,000 points overnight if the wrong bull was gored.  And that yes, a Monster Depression is likely sometime between now and 2020, which is why we’ve been advising alternative approaches to Survival for many years as part of our Perspective on the Chiron-Neptune Cycle – growing your own food, exploring small-scale entrepreneurship with things like the Maker Movement, finding our Tribe, working toward Sustainability in any way we can.

Chiron is the poster child for a group of dwarf planets that we want to talk about today, the “Centaurs,” so named because they appear to be half asteroid and half comet, like the Centaurs of Greek fame that were half horse and half Huper.  The astro-Centaurs orbit between Saturn, Uranus and Neptune – that is, between the Will, the Individual Unconscious, and the Cultural Unconscious, or between the Ego, the Individual Soul, and the Group Soul.  As such they deal with Emotions that are on the Edges of our Consciousness.  For instance…

• Chiron deals with Discouragement/Despair over the Shortcomings of our Limiting Beliefs, which we perceive as Limitations of Reality; once we Lovingly Witness our Despair we Expand our Consciousness and are visited by Perspectives beyond our previous Limiting Beliefs
• Chariklo deals with the Expectation of Privilege, from the Female side (Nessus from the Male side); like Self-Love, the Expectation of Privilege tends to be Mirrored by external Reality
• Hylonome deals with our Identity – Ego-Identification or Merging with people or things outside ourself, and in particular the Ego Death which we experience as Grief when our external Mirror-Image is broken
• Pholus deals with the Expectations of Others, and how well we meet them; it’s about Taking Full Responsibility for what’s important to us and important to those with whom we have tacit or explicit contracts

The Centaurs represent Challenges, Challenges that we meet by Expanding our Consciousness to include Awareness of these Emotional issues which often blind-side us till we Learn to include them in our Emotional repertoire.  One of the characteristics of Centaurs is that their orbits are unstable; they could get a wild hair and fly out of here in any given millenium.

The other group of dwarf planets that we want to talk about today are “Plutoids” – asteroids that orbit in the neighborhood of Pluto.  There’s a big shift between Neptune and Pluto.  Neptune is the last of the four “Gas Giants” – huge planets that are mostly Gas, too small but otherwise Star-like – along with Uranus, Saturn, and Jupiter.  Beyond Neptune we find only small iceballs like Pluto.  Because it’s so large, Neptune’s gravity exerts a big impact on the orbits of many Plutoids.

Pluto is generally associated with the “Universal” Unconscious, or the Zeitgeist, the flow of Time.  As such, it’s about Transformation – or Trance Reformation, as the Zeitgeist evolves or devolves – and about the things we pretty much must do or not do, if we don’t want to end up on a siding in the flow of Time.  While the Centaurs work on the Edges of Consciousness, the Plutoids work, for most people, beyond the Edges of Consciousness.  So we don’t normally see the Plutoids as within our Span of Control.  Of course it’s As-Without-So-Within and We-Are-All-One (including all the Entities that we don’t routinely personify), so the Edges of our Span of Control are really only the Edges of our Consciousness.

Some of the Plutoids include…

• Quaoar – the Law-Giver, not for the sake of Order, but for the sake of Survival; Quaoar defines the Edges of Survivability
• Ixion – Impulse, the Desire Body, that operates without concern for Other
• Chaos – Unlimited Potential
• Haumea – Rebirth
• Eris – the principle of Denial and the Changes required by its Revelation
• Makemake – Manifestation
• Sedna – Actions taken out of Fear

Sedna is an outlier here; Pluto and all of the others orbit between 30 and 100 times as far from the Sun as is Earth, while Sedna’s orbit ranges between 76 and 936 times as far from the Sun as we are.  For reference, Jupiter is at about five times, Saturn 10, Uranus 20, and Neptune 30 times.

All of which is background for early September, because between 4 September and 9 September, Ixion, Chariklo, Pholus, Hylonome, and Quaoar are all Stationary – and all more or less in the same place.  Astrologers call it a “Stellium” when three or more planets convene in the same Zodiacal place, but here we have a Stellium of five, all Stationary at the same time.  During a Station, as we said at the beginning, the impact of a planet is greatly exaggerated.  And during a Stellium, the Energies of the Conjoined planets are combined, which creates Energies we aren’t used to.

For instance, we’re well acquainted with the Energy of Assertion, Mars, and the Energy of Receptivity, Venus.  But now that they’re Conjoined (as they are on 31 August, with the Energy felt most strongly for the several days prior), do we know what to do with Assertive Receptivity or Receptive Assertiveness?  “Go screw yourself” is a common insult, but we don’t usually mean it literally.  If you “accused” most people of Androgyny, they’re likely to give you a similar insult.  Yet achieving Androgyny, where our Receptivity and our Assertiveness are Balanced, is a Mission of the Soul.   Would you recognize it if you saw it?  And if so, would you admire it?  Can you imagine how it might Feel to be Androgynous?  And this is only two planets.

In our 4-9 September Stellium we’re dealing with five dwarf planets being Strong at the same time, all of which have impacts much more subtle than Assertiveness and Receptivity.  And by the way, Venus is also Stationary during this period, and while it’s not in the same place, it’s in a Harmonic location to the Stellium. 

Venus is Trioctile to the Stellium, indicating that the Stellium of Stations will be inspiring us to evolve our Values.

In addition, the Stellium is Stationary very close to the Galactic Center.  This means that as these subtle Unconscious Energies combine they will be Channeling a message – Instructions – to the Unconscious from the Galactic Command Post.  So we can Expect to see a shift – a Major Shift, whether too subtle to Notice or not – in the Consciousness of the Planet.  What sort of Shift?  While since it’s Unconscious it’s not for us to know in any detail, yet if we can get an idea of what to look for, we can in a general way Witness it and Grow our Consciousness.

There are many other related Planets in the early-September chart; we’ll discuss their role as we go on.  But for now, let’s focus on trying to imagine how the Energies of the five dwarf planets in the Stellium might combine.

While the Stellium combines all five planets, two are close together but separated by a few Degrees from the other three, which are also close together.  So we can start by looking at the Pair and the Triad, then trying to tie them together.

The Pair is Pholus and Ixion.  We’ve talked about these two before, as they’ve been traveling together for a while.  Ixion is Uncontrolled Desire, Pholus Full Responsibility for the consequences of our commissions and omissions.  So this combination seems to be about Taking Full Responsibility for our Deepest Desires.  Our religious training would suggest that we interpret that as Taking Full Responsibility for controlling our Deepest Desires. 

But since the astrology we practice is about Healing and Integrating, we interpret it as Taking Full Responsibility for allowing and welcoming our Deepest Desires.  To the extent that they’ve been repressed (which we can assume – if you already Love your Deepest Desires, this is an opportunity for you to go Deeper), there will likely be some personal and social discomfort involved at first, as we experiment with how to let them out of their cages.

The Triad is composed of Quaoar, Chariklo, and Hylonome, and this Triad sits astride the Galactic Center, so forms the core of our Instructions. 

Chariklo symbolizes Beauty and Grace, and Humans are wont to give deference to Beauty and Grace – hence Chariklo has the flavor of unearned Privilege.  Of course Beauty and Grace can be Learned and so may carry a price and Feel earned.  Yet to Grow our Consciousness we may be Asked to Notice that we give deference to Beauty and Grace in situations where it may not be in our own best interests.  He turns the notions of Beauty and Grace upside down (but so what – astrology is about dimensions, not directions on the dimension), but we can’t help but wonder if The Donald (Trump, that is) isn’t personifying this Energy.  If that hunch is true, then we should expect to be hearing a lot less about him by mid-September. 

Hylonome was a female Centaur who immediately committed suicide with the lance that killed her lover.  So we have the concepts of Unbearable Grief, but even more important, the concept of Identification with Other to the point that the Self is virtually non-existent.  The implication is that we all have elements of our Identity that are Other-based.  Just as Fundamentalism is the process of Believing that your metaphors are literally true, Codependence is the process of Believing that your Mirrors are You.  We often admire what we don’t have permission to Be in ourself.  So while Grieving the Loss of our Identity is an Ego Death with all of the Soul-searing pain that involves, it’s actually a Soul Retrieval, as we are forced to give up Codependence and substitute a previously orphaned portion of our True Self.  Let’s hope this doesn’t involve the demise of a beloved World Hero or Heroine, if we have any left.

As with other processes of Growth in Consciousness and Spiritual Growth, we’re Asked to Focus on the Unknown Future rather than the Known Past.  In that task, Perpetual Curiosity is our greatest friend, as long as we can maintain it and not surrender to our craving and addiction to trying to Understand.  The World is a Mystery; when we Believe we Understand, we murder the World.  Confusion is the First Sign of Growth, but if we quash it with illusions of Understanding, we stop our Growth cold.

So we’re being Ordered (Quaoar) by Central Command (the Galactic Center) to Grieve the Loss (Hylonome) of Unearned Privilege (Chariklo), or better yet, to accept the Loss as a Return to Self, or the invocation of a Vision Quest to Retrieve a portion of the True Self through Honest Curiosity about an unknowable Future.  But wait – we’re also being Asked to either Take Full Responsibility (Pholus) for the parts of ourself which we previously rejected as unfit for polite company, or Take Full Responsibility for the parts of ourself that our friends and associates would love to be able to reject as unfit for polite company (Ixion).  Not Blame, which looks backwards to attempt to Understand a Cause (ie, murder), but Responsibility, which looks forward to attempt to improve an Outcome.

To me this suggests a further loosening of the yoke of Hierarchy and Inequality.  As Power Over corrupts, Taking Full Responsibility for Power means shifting to Power With.  If you haven’t read Starhawk’s Truth or Dare yet, this would be an excellent time to do it, as in it she Teaches us the difference between Power Over and Power With, all in the context of an Inferior Conjunction of Venus (the Descent of Inanna), which we’ve just experienced.

This is all happening in Sagittarius, the Sign of Letting Go.  So while Noticing what’s going on is appropriate as part of Growing our Consciousness, Giving Up Control is also appropriate as part of Sagittarius.  We can do Both/And, and it behooves us to do so.

Who Are We? Part Two

• If we have a Uranus Grand Quintile, we also have an Eris Grand Quintile, since the two are inching toward Conjunction
• The Eris Grand Quintile will endure till around 23 August
• Asteroid Karma crosses Eris  on 13 August
• Vesta is Stationary today, 11 August – highly relevant because our Beliefs will be Changing as our Identity Changes
• Pallas was Stationary on 2 August – relevant because Who Are We? Part One  ( https://astrobuss.wordpress.com/2015/08/09/who-are-we-2/ ) emphasized Boundaries
• The Moon crosses Juno on 16 August
• Mercury crosses Juno on 19 August

In other words, the plot thickens, a great deal.

Pluto represents, more or less, that which we can’t avoid.  We can manipulate it, but not avoid it.  I think of Pluto as a large River (the River of Time, literally); trying to paddle upstream is futile, but if we’re willing to be carried by the current, we can steer toward one bank or another, and if we Pay Attention we can “hear” rapids and waterfalls approaching, and portage around them.

Uranus represents, more or less, the Voice of our Personal Soul.  Uranus has a reputation for Disruption, because it Disrupts that which is no longer in alignment with our Soul’s Intentions for us in the Lifetime.  Uranus can be avoided, but at our peril, as the Voice gets louder and louder when we ignore it, till we have to stop business as usual, back up, and clean up the mess we’ve made by ignoring our Soul’s Voice.  Better to Listen Up.

Pluto Initiated Uranus – which means that the River of Time gave our Soul’s Voice an assignment – in the 1960s.  Think of it like the Initiate (Uranus) receiving Shaktipat from the Guru (Pluto).  Thus began a new 140-year Cycle.  Uranus-Pluto Cycles are about synchronizing the Individual with the Zeitgeist.  This particular Uranus-Pluto Cycle is about Learning to Trust our Intuition more strongly than we Trust Authority.

The Sabian Symbol for the Initiation was “A Ouija board.”

The Energy of a Cycle is prominent at the Initiation – witness the struggles in the 1960s between the youth and the Powers That Be, over the Vietnam War, over Privateering (the folks who get rich from War), over Racism, over Poverty, over Sexism, over Inequality in general.  The Energy then goes “underground,” where it slowly grows, though mostly out of sight.  Till the Cycle is one fourth of the way through – then the Energy of the Cycle emerges and become prominent again, this time “for good” (for the duration of the Cycle at least, but what the Cycle Teaches us is permanent). 

This “one fourth” point of the Cycle occurred in 2012-2015, when Uranus and Pluto danced together seven times.  So, as you may have noticed, all those issues – War and Inequalities of many sorts, are lit up again.  But this time they won’t go underground again, they’ll get louder and louder till we Listen Up.

We’ve been referring to this Energy as Yintegrity, and defining it as “Doing what we Feel like Doing, moment to moment” – as opposed to Yangtegrity – “Doing what we said we would.”  If you review the Marianne Williamson quote in “August II” ( https://astrobuss.wordpress.com/2015/08/05/august-ii-big-integration-gets-bigger/ ), if you realize that Cooperation and Collaboration are at least as important in Nature as Competition (and probably much more important), and if you project that eventually folks will Learn to Tolerate Differences (Vive le), then you can dimly envision how a Society might operate based on Yintegrity rather than Yangtegrity. 

We propose that as the current Cycle develops further, we’ll see more Yintegrity and less Yangtegrity.  If you study Management or Innovation, you can find many examples where Individuals are making huge social contributions by indulging their Yintegrity.  Unfortunately, in most of those examples, the person who’s exercising their Yintegrity expects a great deal of Yangtegrity from others – with exceptions.  When a first mate demonstrates that their Yintegrity is productive, some captains can accept it.  Think Steve Jobs with Tim Cook and Jonathan Ive, or the Pixar team, where “constructive criticism” is the order of the day.  Eventually, as Humans expand their Consciousness and become less Defensive of their Ego Props, Collaborative Yintegrity will become available to more people than the Bullies and Radical Honesty graduates.

We normally use three Degrees of “Sensitivity” – that is, when an Energy is descending (or ascending) upon us, we start to Pay Attention when the two planets that symbolize the Energy are three Degrees apart.  Some of us are more Sensitive than others, so we’ll start to Feel the Energy sooner, but for most Energies, three Degrees is useful.  So while Uranus and Pluto won’t be dancing cheek to cheek, they will approach one another within three Degrees for a while, between 26 November 2015 and 9 April 2016.

If there’s any part of our Yintegrity homework that we didn’t finish in 2012-2015, we’ll get the opportunity (and it may not be voluntary) to polish our Techniques and Commitment between December of this year and March of next year.

In June of next year another long Cycle (about 90 years) begins, when Eris Initiates Uranus.  Eris is a dwarf planet out near Pluto, and it symbolizes the Revelation of that which has been Denied.  Denial is a healthy psychological function, as it allows us to work on foundational issues without other more complex issues intruding into our Consciousness before we’re ready to work with them.  As this new Cycle begins to take hold (the more Sensitive among us are already Feeling it), we’ll come to appreciate Yintegrity in a social context a lot more.

The Initiation occurs at 24 Aries, “Blown inward by the wind, the curtains of an open window take the shape of a Cornucopia.“

The current major Energies, of which there are two, are preparation for the new Uranus-Eris Cycle.  The current “Who Are We?” Energy tells us that The Most Important Thing is Expanding our Consciousness to allow our Self-Concept to include what we’ve been hiding from ourSelf.  And the current “Taking Full Responsibility for our Rebirth into Radical Honesty” (August I and August II – Big Integration) Energy is Creating the Miracles we need to lift ourSelf into greater Yintegrity.

We have to include the Pholus-Ixion Cycle in this complex, since it’s the bottom line of the current “Full Responsibility” Energy.  The Pholus-Ixion Cycle spans about 110 years.

August I – Big Integration

 Nephrite Jade, a Silicate of Calcium, Magnesium and Iron, is knitted together very strongly, even though it’s Silicate Crystal structure is fairly simple – an excellent metaphor for the Integrated Self.

Relative to our May-to-October astroevent that dominates August (see  https://astrobuss.wordpress.com/2015/08/02/breakout-2-8-15-2/ ).  This astroevent been with us since May, but August is otherwise fairly quiet, so it was more in the background till now.  It’s appropriate to call this astroevent the Big Integration, as it asks us to put together several diverse and important parts of ourself.

Grandtrines names some Configurations differently than we do, for instance their “Hele” is what we’ve been calling a Trine Fez, their “Rosetta” is to us a Square Fez, and their “Huber Learning Triangle” is our Tricolor.  We made up those names, so we aren’t attached to them.  I haven’t seen them illustrate a Diamond Star yet, but we have illustrations of those already – see Diamond Star in the CATEGORIES list to the right and below.

Turns out I’ve evidently been “channeling” Bruno and Louise Huber, in that they also seem to focus on Configurations, and they use colors more or less the same way I do: red for the First-, Second-, and Fourth-Harmonic Motivating Angles, blue for the Third- and Sixth-Harmonic Angles of Grace, and green for the Twelfth-Harmonic Curiosity and Pattern-Breaking Angles – though I add orange for the Fifth and Tenth Harmonics, gold for the Eighth Harmonic, and various odd colors for the Seventh and Ninth Harmonics when they’re strong.

On 5 August – more or less 5am PDT (http://www.jbuss.com/tt/pdt5.htm) plus or minus six hours, with peaks at plus or minus three hours – we’re out of the Big Grace of 3 August, but we’re in what we might call a Little Grace.  However, we’re also bumping up against the Energies of our June 2016 Honest-and-Fearless-Inventory business. 

If Unpleastantries pop up here, don’t push them aside, start to deal with them instead.  You don’t have to mop up everything – the Revelation is in its infancy and we’re still seeing through a glass darkly, so what we’re mostly dealing with here is our Anxiety about it.  Rather than Responding to your Worst Fears, just Pay Attention and step up your PIAVAs and Planning – this will probably require both sides of your Self before we’re done with it.

The Portal has already closed as I write this, but no worries.  Time travel is easy – just PIAVA it (if you’re new here, click on PIAVA in the CATEGORIES list to the right and below).  What was going on for you during this Window?  Interpretation is more important than prognostication; can you Integrate your Feelings and Circumstances with the ideas we present here?  That’s top Priority.  Never too late to stop Responding to your Worst Fears and instead Pay Attention and invoke your PIAVAs.

At around 2am the Moon crosses Uranus, and at around 5am it crosses Eris; the June 2016 Initiation of Uranus by Eris is going to be a big Truth-Telling capper to our 2012-2015 Yintegrity work.  However, the Oppositions between Uranus-Eris and Haumea, and between Chaos and Pholus-Ixion, form a Mystic Rectangle, which carries Grace, assuming we can assimilate the Oppositions.

Among other things, we might refer to the Oppositions as the Social Rebirth that follows our Willingness to Live our Naked Truth (Uranus-Eris-Haumea in Aries-Libra), and the Unlimited Potential that results from our Taking Full Responsibility for Who We Really Are and Letting Go of our various charades (Chaos-Pholus-Ixion in Gemini-Sagittarius).  If you have a journal, check back to see what was going on in your Young Life in January 2012; Ixion Initiated Pholus on 19 January at 19 Sagittarius, “Pelicans, manaced by the behavior and refuse of men, seek safer areas for bring up their young.”  Rudhyar’s take is “The need for people concerned with the future to discover a new way of living and more wholesome surroundings.“
