The Karmic Digital Age

Since Karma is Dead, it won’t be a problem that the Digital Age is Karmic, right? Almost enough to make a person subscribe to Retribution…

But no, Karma is Inertia, and do we ever have Inertia! Huge Inertia in government dysfunction, possibly increasing Inertia with apparently more Powerful Mutant Ninja Garudaviruses in the wings in spite of the nascent Vaccines, Inertia with Inequality as the Robber Barons use Virus-Rescue dollars for their own lunch money and worse, far too much Inertia in Global Balming, und so weiter.

The chart for the 21 December 2020 Saturn-Jupiter Initiation, which Initiates the 140-year Digital Age (the span during which the Jupiter-Saturn Conjunctions occur in Air Signs) and especially the next 20 years (the current Jupiter-Saturn Cycle), features only one Big Challenge, and that’s Karma (a T-Square to asteroid Karma from the Opposition between Sedna [Converting Fear to Power] and Juno [Expansion of Consciousness])…

If that’s not enough, asteroid Karma itself is also Strong (Stationary), with Peak Exaggeration on 27 December at 2:30 am PST and two Challenges (T-Squares, the red triangles), one to Our Instincts (the Moon, from the Opposition between asteroid Karma herself and Gonggong [Flushbacks]) that Challenges us to Stay in the Present Moment, and the other to Our Willingness to Break Karmic Habits (asteroid Lachesis, from the Opposition between Jupiter-Saturn itself [the Conscious or Unconscious Decision whether to Contract away from new Energy or to Expand into Embracing it] and the Conjunction of Atropos [Karmic Patterns that have Finished their TimeLine, which our Ego may or may not have Let Go Of] and Varuna [Our Vitality])…

The Conscious or Unconscious Decision whether to Contract away from new Energy or to Expand into Embracing it (Jupiter-Saturn) in the Karma Station chart mirrors the apparent Contradiction between Converting Fear to Power (Sedna) and Expansion of Consciousness (Juno) in the Digital Age Initiation chart. Notice that these are both Either/Ors, which by now we automatically associate with the Observing Mind rather than Observed Reality – right? If we want to deal with Reality we have to Change the Subject and switch from HeadsOrTails to the Coin. Since the Mind mostly does only Either/Or, we have to Intuit the Both/And Coin.

Well, obviously, when we Contract (Saturn) away from Reality, we only drive it into the Unconscious, from where it Controls us from behind the Curtain of our Denial. No Pressure – Denial is our Best Choice when we aren’t Ready to Integrate something into Consciousness. Overwhelm will usually set us back. So at least we can Expand into Embracing (Jupiter) our Contraction. In fact, a Poor Sweetheart might be an ideal Response – “You Poor Sweetheart, you’re really Frightened by that, aren’t you.” If we can then Change the Subject and go about our business without Obsessing on what Frightened us, we may be able to just Manifest the Miracle of Transcending our Fear of the New rather than Denying it.

Chiron is Positively Related (Sextile, two Signs apart, meaning Grace but we have to take the first step) to Jupiter-Saturn, and Chiron is the Unhealable Healer who Connects us to the Wisdom that What Heals is Empathy – hence our Self-Empathy Mantra, You Poor Sweetheart… Like Tapping, it Recognizes the Truth of our Heart and brings various parts of ourself into Alignment, while moving our Assemblage Point or our Identity, the Place Behind our Attention, from WhatAfflictsUs to Compassion.

Notice what Opposes Jupiter-Saturn – Varuna-Atropos (the End of Karmic Limitations to our Vitality). We can carry this directly to the Crapolavirus. Atropos stands for Karmic Patterns that have Finished on their own Accord but which our Ego may not have Let Go Of yet. In other words, the Virus is Optional if we Wish it So. Which means we have to Let Go of our Belief in Disease. Sounds Dangerous, doesn’t it. Sounds like a good way to get Dead. Yes, that’s the Sedna part. If you get stuck on that, Locate your Fear in your Body and focus Intensely on it while doing a hundred Kegels, to Convert the Fear to Power, whenever the Fear arises or returns.

Meanwhile, consider it an Experiment, and don’t Act like a Covidiot. This is like a Placebo – it works best if you Believe in it. And it will work (Jupiter-Saturn is joined by dwarf planet Chariklo [Confidence and Doubt] – Choose the Confidence side). But we’re Playing on the Growing Edge of our Consciousness (asteroid Juno), so we never quite know ahead of time if we’re Ready to Transcend. If your Intuition is working fairly well, Thetas can help you evaluate your Readiness. When we Ask for What We Want, the Universe will either Give it to us directly, or Give us a demonstration of what else we need to Let Go Of in order to become Ready to Receive. Let the Universe stub your toe, instead of Dancing with a Miserable Death.

For folks who don’t Believe in Magic (ie, Choice) – and therefore Karma isn’t Dead for them – Karma still means Cause and Effect. Like Blame, Cause and Effect is a very sticky artifact of the Dualistic “Left” Brain. It’s not Easy to Think in terms other than Cause and Effect, because that’s the way the Observing Brain is wired. If you Allow it, the “Right” Brain – Intuition – can go Directly from Want to Outcome without worrying about Mechanism. For Left-Brainers, the Digital Age’s focus on C&E is good, because it may Allow them to Connect their Beliefs and Behaviors to their Outcomes in spite of their red hats. And there’s a lot of Inertia there which needs to Shift before Mother Gaia can Finish her Trance(Re)formation, though when it’s Ready it can Shift overnight.

When we look more closely, we see that all three Challenges (T-Squares) are Self-Resolving (Diamond Stars – red-triangle T-Square and green-wedge Finger of the Goddess pointing to the same planet). This means that, when the Universe Threatens to Repeat your worst deja vus All Over Again, the Appropriate Response is to Smile to yourself and raise your Energy, while you Recognize that the Universe is a Trickster, and share a Chuckle with Her. She’s giving you another Opportunity to Practice using the Belief and Action that you’ve Chosen to Replace your Obsolete Karmic Pattern, or any Alternative Pattern, so you can Erase through Repetition your old Connections and cement New Patterns into your Flexible and Opportunistic Brain.

Ancestors Full Moon 2 (Boundaries VI)

The second Self-Resolving Challenge (Diamond Star) in the 19 February Full Moon is Focused on the Life Force (Varuna)…

The Stress that needs to be Resolved (the Opposition in the base of the T-Square or red triangle) is between Whether our Actions Serve our Soul’s Purpose (Mars-Uranus) in the Lifetime, and Whether our Boundaries are True to our Soul’s Purpose (Aletheia-Pallas, both of which are Stationary or Strong).  The Suggestion is that any Limitations in our Vitality will be clues about how our Actions and Boundaries aren’t Serving our Soul’s Purpose.

The Grace which Supports our Efforts and makes the Challenge Self-Resolving, is split between…

♥ The big uptick in participation by the Ancestors (Sun-Klotho-OR10), which we discussed in the previous post, and…

♥ Trusting our Unique and possibly or formerly Forbidden Genius to help us be Fully Responsive to our Survival Instincts (Eurydike-Ixion-Pholus-Quaoar), which we also talked about earlier.

♥ The next Big Configuration in the Full Moon chart is Profound Blessings (a Grand Trine and Almost-Grand-Sextile)…

The Big Dumb-Luck Blessing (Grand Trine) is on the Cusp between Fire and Earth, mirroring the imminent (6 March) movement of Soul (Uranus) into Matter (Taurus).  The Players are an Ego Challenge as our Inner Female steps forward – for any gender (the Moon on the cusp of Virgo), the Genius-Trust-Survival Dance we’ve spoken of (Eurydike-Ixion-Pholus-Quaoar on the Sagittarius-Capricorn Cusp), and the Question about whether our Actions Serve our Soul’s Purpose (Mars in Taurus Conjunct Uranus in Aries).

The two elements in the Almost-Grand-Sextile are the Ancestors (Sun-Klotho-OR10 in early Pisces), and the Changes in our Boundaries (Pallas-Aletheia in late Libra), both of which we’ve discussed.  A Grand Sextile means that all of the elements in it are Operating Cooperatively with one another – sort of the way everything will be in 5D.  So if we can Activate the Almost-Grand-Sextile, we’ll find our Boundaries, the Ancestors, our Survival, our Genius, our Instincts (Moon), and our Actions all in Alignment.

So how do we Activate an Almost-Grand-Trine?  We look at the Energy embedded in the sixth corner, the one that would Complete the Grand Sextile, called the Vacancy, and we Project that Energy Consciously.  Intention is probably Sufficient.  The Vacancy is 2 Cancer, “A man on a magic carpet hovers over a large area of land: The ability to expand one’s consciousness by stabilizing one’s point of view at a higher level.”  Wow, just what the original Self-Resolving Challenge, that we described in the previous post, Creates!  When astrology Repeat itself, we know we’re on the right track.  Remarkable.

♥ The picture above also shows one other feature of the Full Moon – the Finger of God (grey-green wedge) pointing at Chiron (Despair and Miracles), so recently having moved into Aries (1pm PST 18 February).  Despair is one of the defining characteristics of Pisces, as Pisces’s job description is to Embrace All Excess Emotional Baggage, Karmic and otherwise.  So the last eight years, while Chiron has been in Pisces, have been Intense Emotionally for all of us.

By now we’ve hopefully all Learned how to Poor-Sweetheart ourself into Miracles.  By saying to ourself “You Poor Sweetheart, you’re Feeling Bummed, aren’t you,” and then Changing the Subject (Putting our Attention elsewhere), we can instantly Shift our Identity from Bummed to Compassion.  We may have to rinse and repeat, or use Tapping or other PIAVAs, if we Obsess and have difficulty Changing the Subject.  (Leave a comment if these concepts are new to you.)

With Chiron in Aries, we of course could Encounter Spiritual Crises instead of Emotional Crises, and considering the State of the Planet, that may well happen.  And actually, we’re already hearing about just that on the Fake News every evening, aren’t we.  But a Spiritual Crisis is basically an Ego Death, and we’re well practiced at Embracing those, Right?  And now that we’re Adept at Embracing Emotional Crises after studying them for eight years, we won’t have to deal with those complications, Eh?

The Roots of the Chiron Finger of God are our Instincts about Ego Death (the Moon on the Cusp of Virgo), and our True Boundaries (Stationary Pallas and Aletheia).

It also forms a Parasol over the Juno Diamond Star, adding extra Grace to our Consciousness Expansion.  The Challenges (Squares) are real…

• Genius-Trust-Survival (Ixion-Eurydike-Pholus-Quaoar) Challenging our Ability to Transform Despair into Miracles (Chiron).  Basically, this is about using the Tools we’ve Learned to Avoid being a Victim, for which there are many Opportunities.  We could be Victimized by Threats to our Survival.  All our Life we’ve been Victimized by the Programmers who drove our Forbidden Genius underground.  If we misinterpret Respond-Ability as Blame, we’re Victim there as well.  And Lack of Trust is a perennial source of Victimhood.

But – we know how to convert Despair to Miracles, Right?  Only our Ego can be Victim, not our Soul, and we’re in the process of moving our Ego closer and closer to Soul, Right?  So every trace of Victimhood is a Sign that we need to Surrender to an Ego Death and move into Respond-Ability.  We can do that as simply as saying to ourself, “You Poor Sweetheart, you’ve Feeling Vicimized here, aren’t you” and then Changing the Subject.

• Our False Boundaries (Stationary Pallas and Aletheia) Challenging our Life Force (Varuna).  This can easily feel like Victimhood again – if our Boundaries aren’t working, we can feel like someone else is Manipulating or Hurting us.  If we don’t Recognize the connection, we can Experience that as a Diminution of our Vitality.  Again, we can Watch for Diminished Vitality, and when we Notice it, Look For places where our Boundaries are too weak or too strong.

But the key to any Fez is the Tricolors (red-green-blue triangles) created by the grey-green diagonals.  A Tricolor is a combination of Challenge (red), Curiosity (grey-green), and Grace (blue lines).  The prescription is to unlock the Grace by remaining in Curiosity about the Challenge, rather than trying to Figure It Out.  We can’t Figure It Out without Limiting ourself to our current concept-set, so by Avoiding that and staying with Curiosity instead, we invite Growth in Consciousness instead.

This is not the kind of Curiosity that inspires Study and Research – that’s the Figure-It-Out kind.  This is more akin to Awe and Wonder, Accepting What Is at Face Value, and Marveling at it.  Like we did very often as a kid, before we were perverted by the Over-Intellectualization of Colonial Society.

By Knowing Cause we can sometimes Manipulate circumstances to our Advantage.  To the Colonial or Capitalist mind, Win-Lose is Success.  We could use Cause for Win-Win, but first we have to Evert our notion of Success.

By Believing we Know Cause, whether we do or not, and by Enjoying the fruits of Manipulating circumstances to our Advantage, we Seduce ourselves into Believing we’re Superior to those we’re Colonizing.  That somehow makes Colonialism okay – we Rationalize that we’re somehow Helping them while we’re robbing them blind.

The problem is that we never do actually Know Cause.  We may Know some Superficial Connections, but like Vale’s recent murderous dam failures in Brazil, Colonialism always ends up Defiling the Planet and the People for the Profit of the few, and the few usually live far away from the Carnage.

So to achieve non-Figuring-It-Out Curiosity-Awe-Wonder requires a Big Ego Death relative to our Lifelong training as children of Colonialists.  Like Racism and Sexism, it takes a big jolt just to Realize that we are Racist and Sexist and Colonialist, and that we don’t know how not to be.

Moving our Perspective from Appreciation – or literally Worship – of Figuring It Out (and of Wealth and Superiority) to Appreciation of Awe and Wonder (and Sustainability and Equality), takes a Searching and Fearless Inventory of everything in our Lives, but if we want to Trust our Unique Genius and Respond Fully to our Survival Instincts, it has to be done.

We can interpret the diagonals of the Fez and their Tricolors as PIAVAs.  Using just the Major Tricolors (those with the long blue lines or Trines), we have…

• “I Wonder if I can Poor-Sweetheart myself into Allowing Miracles to Adjust my Boundaries so that my Vitality is Improved” (Varuna Square Pallas-Aletheia Quincunx Chiron Trine Varuna – the “Quincunx” or five Signs is the grey-green Curiosity line)

PIAVA is short for Prayer-Intention-Asking-Visualizing-Affirming.  There are other, “silent” letters as well, such as Wondering, Commanding, and Expanding.  These are all Triggers for our Intuition that can Magnetize what we Want to Receive and draw it toward us – the Feminine process of Creating.  It’s an alternative to the Dynamic or Masculine process of Plan-Execute and its corollaries.  Whenever you’re dealing with What You Don’t Know, aka the Unconscious, the Magnetic process is the only one that works – and it works Wonders.

• “Ganeshi, Please Remove All Obstacles to my Avoiding Victimhood about my Genius and my Survival, while Supporting my Vitality.”

Then we Change the Subject.  By Surrendering Control over the Relationships between (1) Victimhood (Chiron) and (2) Genius-Survival (Ixion-Quaoar) and (3) Vitality (Varuna), and Delegating them to the Remover of Obstacles Ganesh, we’ve Invited our Intuition to Resolve any Conflicts that may arise between them.

♥ That leaves only what’s usually ignored in astrology – the four “Unxes” in the Full Moon chart.  Unx means one twelfth, and it names the Angle between two planets that are one Sign apart…

These are the short green lines.  This is the Twelfth Harmonic, which is about Pattern-Breaking.  So any Self-Sabotaging Habits you have between the Energies on each end of an Unx, this is a great time to replace these Habits with Self-Supporting Patterns.  The Unxes here are…

• Do you Sabotage your Vitality, by eating Sugar or other empty calories like White Bread, for instance, or failing to eat enough Green Vegetables or Drink enough Water?  You have Instincts that tell you not to do this – do you Ignore them or not even Recognize them?  Now would be a good time to PIAVA that you Attune yourself to them.  (Moon Unx Varuna)

• Many of us have Habitual Actions that don’t Serve our Soul.  It’s an excellent time to PIAVA that we become Conscious of them so we can Change them.  (Juno Unx Mars-Uranus)

• And most of us probably feel like Victims of these non-Soul-Serving Actions, as if someone else made us do them (and indeed, we may have been Programmed to do them by someone else).  “You Poor Sweetheart, you Feel Victimized by those Actions, don’t you.”  (Chiron Unx Mars-Uranus)

• I’m Worried that these Ancestors are coming to Kick Ass because we’re Screwing Up!  “You Poor Sweetheart, you Feel Scared by this Possibility, don’t you.”  (Chiron Unx Sun-Klotho-OR10)

Chiron-Ixion New Moon

Again, not being Sensational, just Accurate, as the New Moon Lights Up an ongoing Chiron-Ixion Square that we’ve been ignoring.  Compelling Repetitive Dreams about Horses and Self-Promoting Funeral Insurance (Chiron, Clearly) shorten my Sleep, so here we are. 

The current Chiron-Ixion Cycle was Initiated 21 October 1999 at 3 Sagittarius, “Two men playing chess: the transcendant ritualization of conflict.” 

Chiron, the Unhealable Healer, is about Despair and the Miracles that follow when we “Poor-Sweetheart” ourself about it and shift from Being Despair (“There is No Hope”) to Empathizing with Despair (“You Poor Sweetheart”), or Self-Compassion.

Ixion, our Compulsively Sociopathic Forbidden Genius, can’t stop himself from Committing Crimes Against Huperity.  Thing is, Crimes-Against aren’t Absolute, they’re Relative to social norms.  So Ixion represents our Willingness to Support our Deep Truth rather than How We Were Taught to Behave.

Denying someone the Right to Express their Deep Truth is very much an act of Abuse.  This is codified in the First Amendment to the US Constitution.

The Centaurs – other than Chiron and Chariklo – are spawn of the Crime for which Ixion was forever bound to the Flaming Wheel of the Sun.  That Crime of course was Lusting after Zeus’s wife Hera (Juno) and raping the Image of Hera that Zeus fashioned for the purpose.  For Zeus to rape anybody else’s wife was No Worries, so we have a strong Connection to #MeToo working here as well.

While rape was Ixion’s ultimate undoing, his sociopathy was larger than that, as he was originally Banished for the brutal murder of his father-in-law.

Now Juno/Hera represents the Edges of Consciousness.  So it’s possible to see Ixion as Lusting after Consciousness or Self-Sovereignty, rather than having to blindly follow our Karmic Archetypes or Other People’s Rules.

And the Centaurs are often seen as representing the Struggle between Huperity’s “Lower Nature” and “Civilization,” or between Nature Itself and Huper’s Compulsion to Control.  While Chiron’s origins were more “Civilized” than that of the other Centaurs, the Metaphor stands.

So we’re getting down into some pretty fundamental Roots of Life-the-Universe-and-Everything when we talk about the Chiron-Ixion Cycle.  Arguably, the most fundamental difference between 3D and 5D is that the latter is characterized by Collaboration with Nature rather than Competition and Control.

If we return to our original interpretations for Chiron (Despair Transforming to Miracle) and Ixion (Forbidden Genius), then the Chiron-Ixion Cycle would be about Despair over ever being able to Achieve Unconditional Self-Love, or “You Poor Sweetheart, you Feel Despair about Loving ALL of yourself, don’t you,” which Empathy would of course break the Spell.

The 1999 Ixion-Chiron Initiation occurred one Sign from Sappho in early Scorpio.  That’s the Twelfth Harmonic – Pattern-Breaking.

As many of you know, we differentiate “Can-Openers,” “Expositions,” and “Confidence-Builders” when considering a series of repeating astroevents such as Angles between the outer planets. 

The Can-Opener is the first occurrence, and Opens a “Can of Worms,” likely throwing us off guard, if not for a loop.

Subsequent repetitions are Expositions because they Expose the complexities of the Issues introduced at the Can-Opener, allowing us to Grok the Energy more fully and Responsibly (that is, being able to Respond to it rather than React to it as its Victim). 

Finally, the last event in the series is the “Confidence-Builder,” because we now Grok the Energy well enough that we’re Confident we can handle it.

The Can-Opener for the current Chiron-Ixion Square occurred in mid-May 2016, with subsequent Expositions in September 2016, April 2017, and November 2017.  The current event is the Confidence-Builder and was Exact on 3 March 2018.  If you keep a Journal, those dates might be informative for you.  If not, reviewing https://astrobuss.wordpress.com/category/21st-century/the-teens-2010-2019/2016/may-2016/ might be useful.  We were focused more on Uranus-Eris, but you should be able to see Chiron-Ixion in the background.

We also rank astroevents according to how often they recur, because if we’re likely to encounter a specific astroEnergy only once or twice in a Lifetime, then we aren’t going to have a lot of Experience with it, so it’s more likely to throw us for a loop when we do Encounter it.

The Chiron-Ixion Cycle spans about 80 years, so we’ll encounter a “hard” Angle (Square, Conjunction, or Opposition) between them about every 20 years on average, though since Chiron’s orbit is very irregular, the average won’t be very reliable.  As they say in Statistics, the average person has one testicle – the point is that averages can be quite misleading.

So Chiron-Ixion Energy isn’t a big part of our everyday Expectations.

Cause an Defect

A friend asks, “What do your Arcturian friends say about us creating our own reality?

Same thing Seth said in The Nature of Personal Reality.  If we want to know our Karma (the Beliefs and Habit Patterns we came into the Lifetime with, whether Productive or Self-Sabotaging in each stage of the current Life), just look at our Lifetime so far.  What we’ve Created, and are Creating, is Who We Are, Karmically.  We have the Power to Change it, sometimes quite simply, other times with impossible difficulty.  First step is to Notice what we’re Creating and have Created, and Recognize that We have Created it. 

At this point we have to stop and Examine whether we’re In Blame.  Blame is about assigning Cause to something.  It’s about the Past.  Responsibility is about Recognizing that, one way or another, we have the Power to Change Future Outcomes.  People who are unable to step out of Blame will never be able to Recognize that they Create their own Reality.  Their Reality is stuck in circular finger-pointing, and it won’t Change till they figure out how to step off of the Blame treadmill.

If we can step out of Blame then…

Is What we’re Creating What We Want?  If not then we need to Change it.  99% percent of ourself is Unconscious, and the Unconscious is non-Dual, so the Dualistic Mind can’t do the job.  The Mind is a screwdriver, the Unconscious is put together with bolts.  Cause and Effect is a Linear process, quite relevant to the realm of the Ego, but the Unconscious operates by different rules.  Time isn’t even Linear in the Unconscious – are your Dreams Linear?

Best tools for influencing the Unconscious that I’ve found so far are the PIAVAs.  Think about Intention, for instance – you’re starting with Effect and then producing Cause!  So much for Linear Time.

Yes, our Childhood Programming is overlain on top of our Karma.  But who Created our Childhood Programming?  We did.  Not We/Ego, but We/Soul.  No Judgment here; We/Soul just decided We Wanted to have more Experience in a certain arena or several.  In that sense We/Soul Chose our parents and the propaganda mills that would Program us – to Reinforce our Karma so we’d Notice it and be inspired to Change it. 

It is my opinion that at least some of us came to this Planet at this time in order to Assist the Planet to finish business with the Age of Pisces.  Pisces must Eschew Blame if it is to find the elevator to the next level and “get out of going through all this twice” as Dylan put it.  In that context We/Soul have adopted for We/Ego (prior to Enlightenment) a set of Karma as if it were a set of underwear; it isn’t even really “ours,” we’ve just picked it out at Goodwill because it reflects how We/Soul have Chosen to Assist the Planet.

Which is a fine way to look at it regardless – Karma is Inertia, not Retribution, so it actually has no Value (as in good or bad), it’s Neutral, just as we need to be Neutral in order not to get sucked into the Drama that the Age of Pisces gets stuck in.  Neutrality means that we don’t have any investment in any of the Outcomes, other than, optionally, those we’ve Chosen to Change.  And in fact, one of the best way to Change anything is through Acceptance.  To go one step further, we could say, unequivocally, that Nothing Changes until we Accept it Exactly As It Is.

Which simply means that we’ve Noticed that we’ve Created it, and since we Realize that, as John (and Michael Roads) says, All There Is (That’s Real) Is Love, then we have no Choice but to figure out how to Love what we’ve Created.  For instance, consider our Genius Project.  Of course we’re frustrated because it hasn’t paid off on the first try.  Duh.  How many Lifetimes have we (or the Planet) been working on this Project?  Do we Expect to Change it with one PIAVA?  (Of course it might; we might just be ready.)

What has happened so far with our Genius Project, and how do we Feel about it?  Have we figured out how to Embrace those Feelings Lovingly, so we can Lovingly Embrace what’s happened so far, so we can get on to the next step?  We need at least to Poor-Sweetheart them.  This is the Pay Attention stage of the PIAVA process.  How is what has happened related to What We Want? 

Have we appeared to move in the wrong direction?  That’s where I’m at.  That’s very common, because the Unconscious is Asking and Telling We/Ego, “Do you Trust us?  If you won’t Hold the Intention, we can’t Hold it for you.” It’s Ego that has Focus, not the Unconscious.  It takes a Partnership to Manifest.  Even a Village.

If it feels like Nothing has happened, or something unexpected has indeed happened, but it doesn’t appear to be Related to our Genius Project, then we might have to PIAVA that we come to grok (as opposed to “understand”) the Relationship well enough that we know what to do next to bring our Forbidden Genius out of Hiding.  Or better yet, just PIAVA that we take the appropriate next step, period, and just bypass the Linear Mind, and the Controlling Status-Quo-Loving Ego, entirely.

Are we making any sense?

Things haven’t felt very satisfying or stable the last several days, as Jupiter Squares Pluto, amplified by the impending 7 August Full-Moon Partial Eclipse, prelude to the 21 August Big One.  We’ll write about that next.

Response-Ability 4

This ongoing Dance between Pholus (Respond-Ability) and Quaoar (Survival Instincts) has been going on for several years; we’ve just been Paying Attention to other issues because they were more Prominent in the charts.  The Dance has been happening on the Cusp of Capricorn.  We can’t help but think that Pholus-Quaoar is about Global Warming, Ascension, and the Patriarchy.  We think of Capricorn as the “Just Do It” Sign, and Pluto (the Mandatory that can be Directed but not Reversed) is about to enter the Virgo Decanate of Capricorn (2018-2024).  That Decanate would imply “Just Break Down your Olde Ego, K?”

The Cusp of Capricorn is of course the northern Winter Solstice.  In many ancient traditions a Day begins at dusk of what most of us would usually consider the evening before, and a Year begins at the Winter Solstice.  To the Romans it initiated Saturnalia, their equivalent of Oktobefest, a celebration of disregard and reversal of the everyday rules of social discourse.  The conversion of Saturn and Capricorn (which are first cousins) from rule-flaunting to rule-making was done by the early Christians in order to enhance their Political (Either/Or) Control over the People. 

The Romans had the luxury of their Mediterranean climate.  For folks further north, the Winter Solstice meant likely hardship, dependence on Community, and the necessity to Attend to The Most Important Thing – Surviving another northern winter.  That yields the primary keywords for Capricorn and Saturn, respectively Pragmatism and Focus.

Like Aries (northern Spring), Cancer (northern Summer), and Libra (northern Autumn), Capricorn is a Cardinal or Creative Sign, signifying a Rebirth.  Aries is the Rebirth of the Indwelling Spirit (Fire) as fresh evidence of the Life Force emerges in northern Plants and Animals in March.  Cancer is the Rebirth of Compassion (Water), as the northern Earth begins to generate a surplus in June (Radishes at least, and all the Leaves we can eat).  Libra is the Rebirth of Community (Air), as the northern September Harvest requires Cooperation and Fair (ideally anyway) distribution.  And Capricorn is the Rebirth of Attention to Material Form (Earth), as Winter cold and snow demand a Focus on Physical Survival in December.

In parts of the Southern Hemisphere, the same pattern could be repeated because most of the habitable Southern Hemisphere landmass lies much closer to the Equator than in the Northern Hemisphere.  In many locations Aries represents recovery from estivation rather than recovery from hibernation.

We can see Western Civilization as a massive social experiment to see what happens when the Individual is celebrated as the Highest Expression of Huperity, rather than the Community.  Though it very much feels like a failure, it’s not a pass/fail test, it’s an experiment.  The Balance between Community and Individual isn’t a linear trend, it’s a sine curve.  As China replaces Europe and the US in the role of World trendsetter, the Balance will swing back toward Community.  Not that the Chinese are any less Patriachal, they’re just more likely to be smart enough to know when Change is necessary.

Remember that the Digital Age begins in earnest in late 2020.

We can’t address Response-Ability without commenting on “New Age Guilt.”  New Age Guilt is a misunderstanding of Taking-Responsibility-to-Create-Your-Own-Reality that occurs when Creating is seen from the Perspective of Blame.  I’ve a friend that suffers from a serious disease and a nasty hospital-acquired superbug infection.  If they try to Take the Blame for this Past Creation, then absolutely it may turn out to feel like Guilt, though I’m not sure how that Blame or Guilt would be related to “New Age.”

Blame, remember, means Assigning Cause to Past events and circumstances.  Sure, with perfect foresight they might have been somehow able to sidestep the Triggers for their misfortune, but it would be a real stretch to Blame them for it.  On the other hand, my friend is absolutely Taking Responsibility to Improve their Future Outcomes, which is exactly how Response-Ability is defined.  They are very much Intending to Create an Improved Reality for themselves in the Future, preferably the Near Future.

In Jane Roberts’s seminal Nature of Personal Reality, Seth points out that it’s Easy to know the nature of our Karma, all we need to do is summarize our Current-Lifetime Personal History.  So sure, if you want to Blame someone’s Present-Moment Ego for all of their Past Lives, you might aver that they have “Created Their Own Past Reality,” but what a stretch that would be.  It would be like that movie where they prosecuted people for crimes that they might commit in the Future.

That doesn’t mean we don’t all have the Opportunity to review our Current-Lifetime Personal History and try to fathom how to read our Limiting Beliefs from the Funhouse Mirror that it is, and use the information to reduce our Self-Sabotage.  Karma remember is Inertia – Olde Habits and their underlying Beliefs – not Retribution.  The notion that we need to be Punished, for whatever, is just Power-Over, usually perpetrated by Religions and Governments.  So it may make some sense to speak of Religious Guilt or Government Guilt.

Another way to look at the difference between Blame and Response Ability, is to look at how our Ego is defined in our self-concept.  If our Operating Ego is Merged with our Individual Soul, then we may be Open to encompassing all of our other Past and Parallel Lives, and extending our Response Ability to some of the issues in those Lifetimes, including any hypothetical Habits and Beliefs Created in those Lifetimes that may linger into the current Lifetime. Of course we’re talking about Sainthood here.

If on the other hand our Ego is Merged with our Physical Body, which Fear of Death would Betray, since our Soul is immortal; or Merged with our Dualistic mind, which would be Betrayed by the presence of Either/Or Judgment of any kind; or Merged with our Emotions and Betrayed by Resistance or Attachment to any of them.  Knowing this could help us define our homework.

Fate is what happens TO us when we’re Unconscious of the Archetypes (Karma) that run our Lives.  When we bring these into Consciousness we gain the Power to Choose otherwise, often referred to as “Free Will.”  Identifying with our Physical or mental or Emotional Bodies keeps Archetypes frozen in the Unconscious.  Identification with our Individual Soul is an ambitious Goal that most of will never achieve.  However, every step we can take in that direction will reduce our Self-Sabotage.

We can never say how accurate and how metaphorical we might be when sending a Healing to someone else (or even to ourself!), but when I send a Theta Healing to my friend for their affliction, the picture I get is one of Panic.  When I then send a Healing for their affliction and their Panic and their Belief that the superbug can kill their physical body, the picture I get is one of Peace and Competence.  So if we revert to the previous Response-Ability 3 post for Guidance, we might Wonder if it would help my friend to Ask themself whether they have an Ancient memory and a Held Emotion around Fear of Being Poisoned, and if so to see where it might lead to Tap that Out and Poor-Sweetheart it.

Moving from Blame to Response-Ability isn’t easy, because Blame is a Closed Universe.  There are no logical paths out of Blame; the only way to exit is is to PIAVA an exit.  Given our conditioning it’s even more difficult, but we’re even better off if we can glimpse the World through eyes other than Cause and Effect.  Cause and Effect is absolutely dependent on Linear Time, and every Spiritual tradition on the Planet advises that All There Is Is Now. 

Without Cause and Effect, there is no Blame.  Response-Ability can run completely on PIAVAs – no need for Cause and Effect at all.  Your PIAVAs don’t “Cause” your Future Outcomes, they “merely” have potential to shift the Beliefs that Control your Perceptions of “Reality.”

January, Week 3, Start 2A

“I have a thought that I’ve had many times.  Is thought random, or pre-planned?  And, when we experience a ‘negative’ thought, why does no one question the origin?  Are there etheric Lizards hurling thoughtforms into our awareness?  The Gnostics said so, that the seed of human error was ‘the mind parasite’ or the ‘foreign installation’ that Don Juan described to Carlos Castenada.  

This is also Buddhism’s biggest oversight (in my humble opinion)…it seeks to end suffering via various concepts, disciplines of the mind, and actions, but never asks about the origin or causes of the “why” of the human condition.  It ignores the deeper mystery in other words.”

Good points all, though I see the World differently.

I certainly agree that the mind is a (useful) parasite, but I don’t think we need to project our Xenophobia on it and make it foreign.  I believe we need to “own” its machinations as we need to “own” all of our Projections and Introjections.  

I’d say that not only are there the equivalent of etheric Lizards hurling all manner of thoughtforms at us, but there are also etheric Amphibians hurling all manner of Emotions at us, all of which are impersonal.  We glom onto and Personalize the ones that resonate with our Unfinished Business.  However, I’d regard all these images as metaphors.  I don’t believe anything coming out of our minds or mouths is ever anything but metaphor.  

There are so many different layers to, and (legitimate) Perspectives on, the Onion of “Reality” that I believe the Onion itself to be ineffable.  Many consider it Illusion.  I don’t usually think directly in those terms (it’s inconvenient to think of my desk as 99.999…% “empty” space), but I do believe that it’s Energy that’s “Real,” and Matter that’s insubstantial, held together by mass hypnosis and Emotional Energy.  Thought and Emotion are “Real” forms of Energy.

When asked why we don’t all see Psychic Energy, my first teacher relayed the metaphor that as children learning colors, we’d point at our mother’s friend’s Energy Body and say “Red!”  Mom would reply, “No honey, that’s a Blue dress.”  We don’t actually need etheric Lizards if we need to attribute Cause.

As for Buddhism, I’m quite sure that the omission of Why is purposive.  Why is the occupation of Monkey Mind, while Buddhism strives for Beginner’s Mind or “Don’t Know,” which is similar to the state of Awe and Wonder that I often refer to as Perpetual Curiosity.  Prior to making Conclusions, Curiosity like Unconditional Love eschews Judgment, so I consider it “next to Godliness.”  Metaphors are just word pictures; Conclusions, Certainties, Dogmas, and Either/Ors are Judgments.  

Now, I hope everyone notices that this is an Either/Or Judgment.  A better alternative would be…

But it’s a Discernment I use to differentiate Spirituality from Politics – Spirituality is Both/And; Either/Or is Politics.  I find that this particular Either/Or Judgment is a very useful Heuristic as a bs meter.  A Heuristic is a methodology “that solves a problem quickly but is not certain to arrive at an optimal solution.”

As Michael Roads says, “It Is What It Is.”  Not more nor less.  The rest is just mindstuff.  I often refer to Cause and Effect as The Great God Causan Defect.  It’s a challenge to think in terms other than Cause and Effect.  A heresy even!  It’s merely our Patriarchal Programming, mass hypnosis.  See if you can go a day – or ten minutes – without seeing the World through the Glass Darkly of Cause and Effect.

Jung for one postulated an alternative sort of Relationship between Observations which describes many aspects of “Reality” far better than Causan Defect (Jung and Pauli, The Interpretation of Nature and the Psyche).  We see what we Expect to see.  Seeing the World without Expectations would be hugely Confusing – that is, Growthful!  But not easy.

And there’s no sense in which Buddhism “ignores the deeper mystery,” quite the contrary.  Buddhism believes that the Mystery lies not in the mind but in the Heart.  It sees the mind as Destroyer of Mystery.  The Matriarchy agreed.

Viva la Créativité Dérangé!!

A reader points out that in their Experience, Centaur Nessus comes through more as folks “claiming what one is not entitled to” than as Male Privilege per se, as anyone can try to “claim what they aren’t entitled to.”  Of course Male Privilege is a good example of same, and relevant to the Age, but we much like this broader interpretation – and much appreciate the validation.

It’s fairly remarkable how we can go for years applying our Healing tools to many areas of our Lives but not even noticing that we don’t notice that if we wanted we could also apply them to many other ares of our Lives.  I guess that ‘s just another example of what we’ve been calling Unconscious Despair – Discouragement so deep in the Unconscious that we don’t realize that we’re dismissing the possibility of Healing.  When I counsel folks that’s often a big breakthrough, when we identify some area of their lives where they hadn’t thought to apply their many Healing tools.

When I awoke this First Morning of the New Year and began to move concentrated Attention into an area of chronic pain, I noticed that I’ve been playing Victim to Aging, and I don’t have to.  I can apply my Healing tools to that!  Like that old forehead-slapping “I coulda hadda V-8!” commercial.  That’s a Life-Changing breakthrough – Viva la créativité dérangé!!  The Medical-Pharmaceutical-Agrindustrial Cartel constantly propagandizes us with a whole bag of Archetypes like this one.

Certainty is an interesting phenomenon.  The Fundamentalists (those who Believe their metaphors of whatever sort are literal Truths) love it, mostly Unconsciously.  Here’s an interesting paragraph from Robert Moss’s Dreaming the Soul back Home (p.174)…

“You are born (which is to say, reborn) within a spiritual tradition or lineage.  You are called in dreams and visionary states to resume contact with teachers of your Order.  You may be invited to attend other schools, but you are born with one primary connection.”

My parents sent me to Sunday School, but when in high school I read about Buddhism, it was all “Well of course, how else could it be!”  I’ve certainly had Hermetic Lives, and the Kybalion in the “sacred-texts” link above speaks A Truth to me, but not The Truth.  A useful Perspective, but very Limited.  For instance, to step into Perpetual Curiosity you may ultimately need to grow beyond the Archetype of Cause and Effect.  Robert Moss again, from pp.179-180…

“I give to the fire all deep, encrusted feelings of powerlessness that drove my ancestors, our beloved men, into alcohol dependency…

“I give to the fire the great sadness of my ancestors, the abandoned men, who never knew love and felt less than honored by their women, mothers and sisters, daughters and lovers…

“In a fire ceremony like this, people bring many things they wish to release: old habits, fear or guilt, addiction or attachment.  She has just sought to release a multigenerational history of stunted lives and toxic relations.  Instead of casting out the men who blighted the lives of their women, she has asked to free them, back through the bloodlines, back through time immemorial.  She has asked for deep ancestral healing, and she has asked as a woman of power with the right of the priestess to forgive and to intercede.”

In Wild Mind Bill Plotkin advises…

“The Soul, after all, is the dimension of our human psyche that knows what’s really worth doing with our ‘one wild and precious life,’ as poet Mary Oliver puts it.  Soul holds the knowledge of what we individually were born to do and to be.  The Ego, on the other hand, knows how to get things done, to make things happen, but it doesn’t know from its own experience what to offer its life to.  The genius and beauty of the mature 3-D Ego is that it possesses the ability and creativity to real the Soul’s passions.  Indeed, the 3-D Ego is the only means by which the Soul’s desires can be consciously manifested in our world.  

“This is why so many mystical traditions speak of a love affair between Ego and Soul, the Lover and the Beloved: each possesses something the other entirely lacks and longs for.  Ego possesses the heart, hands, senses, imagination, and intelligence to manifest, but doesn’t know what’s worth manifesting; it years to know the deeply authentic purpose of the Soul.  Soul possesses the song that’s worth singing, the dance that wants to be danced, but it has no way to manifest this in the world; the Soul yearns to be made real by the Ego.  Ego is long on know-how and short on know-why; the opposite is true of the Soul.”

I tend to think of these two poles as the Inner Male and the Inner Female, for folks of any gender or proclivity, but this is also a useful Perspective.  It’s not Either/Or, it’s Both/And, and our carpetbag full of Useful Perspectives are each useful in some scenarios and not in others.  As Plotkin would agree, the mature 3-D Ego knows when to use a screwdriver and when to use a hammer, except when gripped by an Archetype like Aging or Ancestry.  And of course Plotkin is writing from the Perspective that it’s Materiality thats “Real” rather than Energy.  Which Perspective is a not-uncommon Archetype that would likely give pause to few of his readers, unless they’ve read Muktananda or Plato.

We can compare to Moss’s p.169…

“In your open heart, you feel a great longing.  It is the longing to be with the Beloved of your soul, the one who loves you with unconditional love, who will guide you and protect you and will never judge you.  This longing is beyond the longing for a soul mate in your physical world, though if you are very blessed you may have – or may find – a partner who can embody part of what you are seeking now.

“In your heart, you long for the soul of your soul.  It is beyond you, but it is part of your Greater Self.  It has sought you in dreams, though you may not have recognized what it was behind the many masks and costumes it has used, adapted to your level of understanding.  You may have dreamed you were on the way to a wedding, and wakened mystified, not understanding … that you were being invited to unite with a larger Self. … Perhaps you ran away, in a dream, from what you thought was an alien, not grasping that what may be most alien to the little self is the Greater Self.”

I like that part about “adapted to your level of understanding” – as we’ve often applied to our Mission.  We pretty much see our Mission as these Soul Energies dropped into our Timeline, one underlying metaphor for the Lifetime, and many variations “adapted to our then-level of understanding” as we move through a Life.  Is it Buddhist, or is it Arcturian?  To Moss, the Heart Chakra is the Physio-Energic locus of the gateway to Plotkin’s Soul and of our Inner Female.

Gene Roddenberry would approve, though giving up Aging could eventually have catastrophic results, unless Elon rescues us.  As I’ve often said, this is what we came here to do; the Forgetting has always been part of the plan, so we truly Experience what it is that we’re Healing.

Social Yintegrity

Molybdenite, the Sulfate of Molybdenum.  Molybdenum, or “Molly” as she is commonly known, is a Chrome-like element that does not occur on Earth alone, but always Crystallized with other elements.  She’s persistently Solid, with one of the highest melting points of any element.  In the Sulfate, the Molly atoms are tightly bound to each other and to the Sulfur, making solid plates, but the Sulfur atoms are loosely bound to one another, so Molybenite behaves like a Mica, with plates sliding past one another and cleaving off.  Michael Gienger says, “Sulphur wakens our shadow sides and helps us confront them and overcome them.  Then we find the shaft of light that makes it possible for us to accept things we rejected before and to integrate them” (Crystal Power, Crystal Healing, p.124).  Molybdenite also always contains a minute quantity of extremely rare Rhenium, an element that’s so persistently Solid that it’s used to line jet engines.

Here’s the source, from Who Are We? Part Two…

“In June of next year another long Cycle (about 90 years) begins, when Eris Initiates Uranus.  Eris is a dwarf planet out near Pluto, and it symbolizes the Revelation of that which has been Denied.  Denial is a healthy psychological function, as it allows us to work on foundational issues without other more complex issues intruding into our Consciousness before we’re ready to work with them.  As this new Cycle begins to take hold (the more Sensitive among us are already Feeling it), we’ll come to appreciate Yintegrity in a social context a lot more.

The issue arises because we’re programmed to Live in a Yangtegrity World, and from that Perspective, Yintegrity is Chaos (Disorder, not Unlimited Potential, ie, not the dwarf planet).  “Sorry, we couldn’t get your car fixed, because the parts person didn’t Feel like driving around today.  Maybe next week.”  Traditionally, the Masters enjoyed the privilege of Yintegrity, and enforced Yangtegrity among the Slaves with violence.  Under the Industrial Revolution it was a bit more “civilized,” with Bosses and Wage Slaves, but it was the same picture. 

Yintegrity is the natural state for everyone. 

When I learned Time Management, the major takeaway for me was “To succeed, moment to moment always do The Most Important Thing.”  Well, obviously, if you aren’t taking your marching orders directly from someone else, you really need access to your Intuition in order to discover The Most Important Thing moment to moment.  You can use your mind, but then you’re orienting yourself to the Past.  If you want to orient to the Future, you need your Intuition.  Except in cases where you have extensive specialized training and Experience (and often even then), in order to access your Intuition, you need to be Relaxed.  This is especially true when the Future will be different from the Past.  So the necessary corollary is “To succeed, moment to moment always stay Relaxed.”

In a friendly climate where there’s more Food than competition for it, Relaxation and Yintegrity are fairly easy, and unless they’re prone to violence by nature, most of the potential Masters and Bosses can be ignored.  When Scarcity enters the picture, the Political situation Changes.  We can still opt out, by working on our Scarcity, and the “New Age” has developed many tools for that.  Katrina Blair’s Wild Wisdom of Weeds or Sergei Boutenko’s Wild Edibles can even help us Let Go of our Scarcity around Food.  But eventually, the likelihood that we’ll Want something produced by the Human Collective increases, and with it the likelihood that we’ll revert to some form of Slavery – that is, Yangtegrity.

I know, I hear youalls saying, “But doing what you said you would do is Integrity!  I hate it when people don’t do what they said they would.  Just the other day I had to walk two miles in the rain because my ride didn’t show up like they said they would – ‘I forgot,’ they said!”  And that’s because we’re hypnotized to be Slaves, not Masters.  Just like we’re hypnotized to Believe that nothing exists outside of Cause and Effect and Linear Time, at least nothing Material.  So we come to Synchronicity.  Your mother drove by the place where you were standing, two minutes after you left it to walk home in the rain.  Mind orients toward the Past, Intuition toward the Future, but we have to be Relaxed.

So we get “in a social context” mostly out of necessity.  If we can depend on Synchronicity, and Pay Attention to what’s being Taught when it fails to meet our needs, then we can all do Yintegrity and Survive.  Otherwise, we have to save our Yintegrity for vacations and, if we’re lucky enough, retirement.  We’ve barely been introduced to Yintegrity and “Ouija Board” Intuition, especially if we were born after the 1960s.

The Ouija Board, recall, is the Sabian Symbol for the Pluto-Uranus Initiation that governs this Uranus-Pluto Cycle.

One of the first things that the Eris-Uranus Initiation will probably show us, is the keystone parts of ourselves which will allow us to Live Yintegrity without total social chaos.  We don’t Believe that permanent Yintegrity is possible.  Sure, we can read the stories of the Saints and other Masters, who achieved their successes through Synchronicities, but they’re Saints and Masters.  So, if we’re Open to it, Eris-Uranus can show us the places where we have Separated ourselves from the Flow.  It’s one thing to Manifest through Force of Will, but quite another to be in the Right Place at the Right Time to Receive Abundance Effortlessly.

We could relate several other Cycles (Chiron-Neptune chief among them) and Discoveries (Quaoar, Makemake, and Ixion chief among them), but we’ll save that for later.

 Dendritic Talc.  Talc is just a Magnesium Mica.  The green Dendrites are Pyrolusite, a simple Manganese Oxide.  Can you stop thinking long enough to understand what they’re saying?  Suppose you really already knew their meaning.  You don’t have to repeat it, just know it.

A huge Blessing is upon us at half-past 1am PDT on 3 August (http://www.jbuss.com/tt/pdt1.htm).  The Portal is Open for about six hours on either side of this peak Opening.  If you’re stuck in one of the Traumas that are going on – your house burning down for instance – know that your Blessing is in disguise, to be revealed later.  Taking advantage of the Blessing is easy.  Here’s how Dr. Kim D’Eramo describes it in her fabulously Useful and Powerful little book The MindBody Toolkit (pp.43-46)…

“Become aware of how you are feeling right now.  Do this on a scale of 0-10, ten being the best.  Rate your emotional level and acknowledge it.  Just your awareness of your internal state actually shifts your chemistry immediately.  This shift occurs because it changes the thoughts you are having and the quality of your attention.  You shift from having unconscious thoughts, which are usually negative and limiting, to being consciously aware and focusing on your internal state.”

“The fastest way I’ve found to become awakened is by feeling your body.  You just bring your attention into your physical body and focus on how it feels.  Your body only lives in the ‘Now’ so this practice immediately gets your mind out of past or future focus…  Your internal state is never something in the past or something in the future.  It can only exist Now!”

Of course it’s a boon to be Loving and Gentle with yourself wherever you are, Listen to your Body, Talk to it, Ask it if it’s Feeling what you think it’s Feeling (it may reveal subtleties you didn’t notice).  Dr. Kim’s next step is to Breathe; ours is usually to Empathize.

This specific Window is the Moon crossing Chiron.  That’s a big deal because Chiron is currently the focus of a Diamond Star.

The Diamond Star is a T-Square and a Yod with the same focus.  The base of the Yod maps a double Trine-Sextile Bridge across the T-Square, providing a bundle of Grace to help us resolve what would otherwise feel Frustrating and impossible to solve to our Satisfaction.

The fastest-moving planet in the Diamond Star (except for the Moon) is Mercury, which is currently covering about two Degrees a day.  So the Diamond Star will be in effect for about a day and a half on either side of our 1:30am peak – but the Moon (with it’s plus or minus 6-hour Window) is a Big Peak, and it’s Window is much more intense than Mercury’s.

This is also an excellent opportunity to begin to Open to the Secrets that will be spilling out under the closet door for the next ten months, as those Secrets – which ultimately promise a significant Rebirth – harmonize nicely with the 1:30am Portal.

The approaching Uranus-Eris Conjunction, which Opposes Haumea, forms an additional Trine-Sextile Bridge across the T-Square.  That again gives us five of six points in a Grand Sextile, with the Vacancy again being the rug in the nursery – Self-Love, and Love for your Inner Rugrats – as the key to putting everything together.  As for the T-Square itself…

We are faced with a conundrum, a significant Life Choice that will Create one Future or another, neither of which will be recognizable from the other.

That’s the way it Feels.  It’s not really that way, but that’s how it Feels.  You were enmeshed in that Drama last week, and you’ll be there again next week.  You feel resolved now because of the Grace in this Portal.  Memorize what it feels like here, so you can take it with you.  The Anxiety isn’t useful, and Denying your real Feelings isn’t useful either.  Anxiety arises from trying to resolve a discomfort with the mind.  “Fake it till you make it” is useful at times, but it’s a form of Denial that we can’t afford at this juncture.  The easy way to recall the Grace we’re enjoying here, is to use Dr. Kim’s technique we introduced above to get into your body.  Her book has a lot more very Powerful techniques in it, and will prove useful over the next month.

The T-Square is the same one we’ve been talking about for a while now, as different foreground astroevents have emphasized various Perspectives on it.  The base of the T-Square is the long-lived Opposition between the dwarf planet Chaos and the Pholus-Ixion Conjunction.  In one form or another this T-Square has been hounding us since early May, and will continue until early October.  So what is the T-Square about?

The basic issue is how much we allow ourself to express our Truth.  As a child you were made to feel wrong about certain elements of your Self.  No accident and – contrary to the way it feels – no Blame, as your larger Self was just setting up a curriculum for your Ego Self in the Lifetime.  You’re very Confused about where the Edge is between Responsibility and Truth.  You’ve been repressing this part (or these parts) of your Self for so long that you’re well adjusted to your compromises.  But there’s still dischord there under the surface. 

You’re beginning to see how the buried part(s) of your Self are natural and legitimate parts of a normal Human Life – whether your Culture or your Programmed Values think so or not.  This Clarity may actually at times increase the Tension between your Truth and your Hidden Self.  These processes are going on deep in the Unconscious, so while you’re very aware of their dischord, they aren’t likely to jump out of the closet suddenly and betray your cover – and they may not even be totally Conscious.  But you’re beginning to see how other folks Enjoy this aspect of Life, and realize how much you’d like to do the same.

We of course have a complex web of Fantasies set up to normalize the Tension between our Hidden Truth and our Subterfuges.  Fantasies are like PIAVAs in cages.  They’re Intentions and Affirmations, but with blocks to keep them from Manifesting, because if they did Manifest into Form it would disrupt the rest of our Lives – which are built on the foundation of our Compromises and Compensations – too much.  If you look, you can see many examples in the news, about folks whose Hidden Self has broken out beyond their ability to keep things under Control.  You needn’t Fear that happening to you, simply because if you’re reading this, you’re much more Conscious than that.

Nevertheless, we don’t see a Resolution that won’t tear our Lives apart.

Which is the nature of an astrological Square.  There is no “Solution” because there is no “Problem.”  There is Tension, and Tension is Creative.  It’s the root of Motivation.  Whatever you’ve been thinking about the Tension between your Disallowed Truth and your Proper Persona, is just that – thinking.  As Einstein said, you’ll never solve a problem using the same thinking that you’re using to describe the problem. 

Stop thinking and Feel the Tension, as Tension.  Where is it in your Body?  Is it uncomfortable?  How much so?  What happens when you focus all of your Attention into the center of it?  Does it Change?  Feel better, worse, or the same – or just different?  How long can you hold your Attention there before wandering?  How many times can you bring your Attention back to it?  Can you imagine what Life would be like if you broke your addiction to thinking, and just Lived directly from your Experiences in your Body? 

No? 

Good, it’ll be a Surprise then – what Fun!  What we’re recovering here is our Innocence.  As children we didn’t need permission to be Curious and Explore.  That’s the internal state that we’re rediscovering.  All of the Tension and Anxiety about what we thought has been a Conflict for us, are just that, Tension and Anxiety.  When we escape from the Mental Body and just Be in the Physical Body, we can Feel that elemental Curiosity again.  Maybe not right away; it may take some dancing around with our various Selves before we come to it, but that’s where we’re headed.  Curiosity as our Natural State of Being.  Not Curiosity for the sake of finding Answers, but the kind of Curiosity that “killed the Cat.”  Permanent, Sustainable, Regenerative Curiosity.

Can you Recover a hint of it now, while this Window of Grace is Open?  Maybe it’ll help you remember after it closes.
