4D Stellia (1-20 April 2023)

The Moon is now In Bounds (Panic less likely), since PDT 6:41 am 31 March 2023 (BST 2:41 pm, IST 7:11 pm IST, AEST 11:41 pm, in 8 Leo). It will move Out of Bounds over the Southern Hemisphere PDT 12:23 pm 9 April (BST 8:23 pm 9th, IST 12:53 am 10th, AEST 5:23 am 10th, in 4 Sagittarius).

The next scheduled Major Threat to our Survival (aka US Federal Reserve announcement of interest rate changes) doesn’t occur till the first few days of May. Which is not to say that unscheduled Major Threats to our Survival couldn’t happen any day now, as the Patriarchy Collapses. For instance, here in Amerika, where 106% of our neighbors are armed, many with automatic weapons, Civil War could begin any day, as a prominent former elected official with a fairly rabid following is being charged with a crime. And of course, in Europe, another “elected” official, already indicted as a War Criminal, has been threatening a Nucular Holocaust for much of a year already. An Aspirant in Asia isn’t far behind. We’ll try to imagine the odds of such “Black Swan” events as we review the astroevents.

Many folks I read refer to 4D as Dreams. Indigenous Australians, along with a few branches of Western Psychology, regard Dreams as Real, and our Waking Life as a version of Reality warped by Karma. Others, using a narrower and Linear Cartesian Perspective, refer to Time as the fourth dimension – Length, Width, Depth, and Duration. Astrology bases most of it’s interpretations on Longitude – Signs and Degrees – and Time as well – Natal, Transits, Progressions. Astrology does also consider Latitude – as transformed to Declination – but much less prominently.¹ “Out of Bounds” is a measure of relatively extreme Declension that we pay quite a bit of Attention to, in a very general way.

¹ Natal is a snapshot of planetary Longitudes and their Interactions (Angles) at your Birth; Transits identify the Interactions between Natal planetary Longitudes and present-moment planetary Longitudes; Progressions use the Relationships between Natal planetary Longitudes and the planetary Longitudes a certain number of Days after your Birth, where that “certain number” is the number of Years of your Life on the Planet. Latitude measures distance from the Equator, while Declension measures the Angular deviation from the Plane of the Ecliptic, which is the plane of the Earth’s Orbit around the Sun. I don’t pretend to be fully educated about the difference between Latitude and Declension, but I do know that in at least some circumstances, the Declension of a planet tells us our Earthly Latitude when we’re on the Longitude corresponding to the planet’s Sign and Degree, and the planet is directly overhead.

In other words, in Cartesian terms, most of astrology is pretty one-dimensional, except that since it’s almost always embedded in time, it becomes two-dimensional. Adding Out of Bounds gives us insight into a third Dimension, so we cover the equivalents of Length, Width, and Time. We add Depth when we talk about Cycles, because Cycles are determined by the Distance of the planets from the Sun, which is highly correlated with their apparent Speed of travel across the Sky when seen from the back yard, or from wherever there’s less ambient light.

I mention all this background because we’re entering a month full of Stellia in Time. I don’t know if other astrologers would consider that appropriate use of astrological terms, but I do. An excellent example is the Stellia in Time that we’re in now, where three planets all Stand Still within 24 hours…

• Sappho (Self-Love Issues) Stationary till 4 April PDT 1:46 am (BST 9:46 am, IST 2:16 pm, AEST 6:46 pm), in 17 Leo (Irrepresible Emergence of the Underworld).
• Ixion (Issues of Social Convention) Stationary till 4 April PDT 5:50 am (BST 1:50 pm, IST 6:20 pm, AEST 10:50 pm), in 5 Capricorn (Full Consciousness of Past Deaths, Potentially Bridging Worlds).
• Eurydike (Trust Issues) Stationary till 5 April PDT 2:01 am (BST 10:01 am, IST 2:01 pm, AEST 7:01 pm), in 7 Sagittarius (Staying on Your Edge).

Before we proceed with our consideration of Stellia in Time, we should note that this Swan seems to have great potential to be born with Black feathers.

The most salient part of any Stellium is that We Can’t Separate It’s Components. Because we’re working with the Unconscious where Negation doesn’t exist, we’ve interpreted the three planets as “Issues of” rather than either Side of the Issue identified. So any astrological interpretation must always be matched with its opposite. That is, the Distinctions and Boundaries between Self-Regard, Disregard for Social Convention, and DisTrust will be Blurry at best, if not completely Absent.

So let’s tentatively mark the Extremes, and possible Midpoints or Overviews, of the three Concepts…

• Sappho – Self-Love ∈ Self-Regard ∋ Self-Hate
• Ixion – Disregard for Rules ∈ Obedience ∋ Rigid Adherence to Rules
• Eurydike – Faith ∈ Trust ∋ Paranoia

So we have three Dimensions, and marked three Positions on each. Merging the three, we could Be Faithful to Self-Love Regardless of Our Degree of Obedience. We could Be Trusted to Hate Scoff-Laws. We could Be Paranoid that Too Much Self-Regard Would Lead to Criminal Behavior. Or any of the six other permutations. We could consider the original Mythologies to define a default Position on each Dimension, which would be Self-Love, Disregard for Rules, and Wanting Verification and Consequent Failure.

Or choose any additional points along each Dimension to Combine, such as Self-Doubt about Our Ability to Know How to Act in a Foreign Country. Did you know for instance that it’s an insult to an Arab if you Show them the soles of your feet, by for instance crossing your legs while sitting? In an Eye-for-an-Eye Culture that could be dangerous. Interesting that, “coincidentally,” one immediate Major Threat to our Security, because of our Worship of Wealth, comes from Lack of Trust that our Institutions have the Fortitude to make Narcissistic Sociopaths Follow the Law.

These three Stations are so close in Time that we really can’t consider them Separately, but we also need to Notice that, “coincidentally,” they’re closely followed by…

• Pholus (Ability to Respond Fully) Stationary till 6 April PDT 8:10 am (BST 3:10 pm 6th, IST 8:40 pm 6th, AEST 1:10 am 7th);
• Quaoar (Our Survival Instincts) Stationary til 8 April PDT 5:28 pm (BST 12:28 am 9th, IST 5:58 am 9th, AEST 10:28 am 9th);
• both in 9 Capricorn (Fire and Earth Energies United and Exposed), home of the Fixed Star Facies (Combative Relationships).

Since this Conjunction symbolizes our Climate Change Conundrum, it’s easy to combine into a Merged Dimension…

• Pholus-Quaoar – Full Response to Our Survival Instincts ∈ Survival ∋ Failing to Consider Important Vulnerabilities to our Survival.

The original-Mythology Default is mixed – the Pholus Story leading to Significant and Fatal Failure to Consider… and the Quaoar Story leading to Survival through Managing the Landscape Collaboratively and Responsibly. If we Merge this with the Default Mythologies of the other three planets, we’d have something like Feeling Overoptimistic and Waiting too Long to Trust Our Fear that Valuing Individual Wealth More than Environmental Sustainability would Result in the Downfall of the Western Worldview. After the Downfall those who remain are Shepherded into 5D by Survivors of Indigenous 5D Cultures.

Another Morganite Crystal, this one a Frozen Chrysalis of an Ancient Alien. “Morganite brings light to the seat of the self [the Heart] … [ and is] the home of the Gods on earth… [It] literally connects to Heaven… where the [huper] soul may rest when it comes to perfection. Achieving this involves being split and opened by spirit in a lightning burst of revelation and enlightenment. Morganite infuses the subtle and physical bodies with unconditional love, because it is the cracked halves of the primordial egg of Heaven and Earth split open to reveal Love within (Marquist & Frasl, p.101).

Morganite is a Beryl – Beryllium Aluminum Cyclosilicate, tinted pink by Manganese. In a Cyclosilicate, the Silicate units are organized in Rings, connected on their sides. In a Beryl, Beryllium atoms tie the Rings together in towers. Beryls symbolize Serpent Energy and Kundalini. Like Karma, toxic Serpent Energy is a Profound Riddle to be Solved through Living it, a Core course in the Curriculum of the Mystery School that our Soul enrolled us in.

I’m sure you’ve noticed that how the terms are Merged is entirely Political, as is true of any Either/Or proposition. Truth Is, Nature and Reality are always Both/And. So yes, as Bruce Lipton maintains, the Fall of Western Civilization, and of the Patriarchy, are Necessary Conditions for the Survival of Huperity, because the Worldview of Western Civilization is simply not Sustainable. But that will probably be one of many Outcomes, along with 5D Indigenous Cultures and their Wisdom Helping Others Survive. Michael Roads maps this Future in his fabulously comprehensive Guidebook to 5D, his Eyes of Love trilogy.

The 24-hour Minia that conveniently downplays the Where, and often the When, in most Traumatic News Stories, makes us Forget how Local our Lives actually are. There is room for millions and millions of different Microcultures on Planet Earth to Adapt and Survive, once the Popularity of Global Exploitation becomes less pervasive, for instance through Economic and Technological Failures. In the “Middle Ages” in Europe it was difficult enough to carry food over the Ridge, that it was fairly common for local crop failures to doom one Valley’s population while nearby groups thrived.

We could easily return to that, especially as Greenland melts and the resulting lens of floating Fresh Water stops the warm Caribbean currents from keeping northern Europe warmer than its Latitude. It was the Dutch that helped Medieval Europe develop the Transportation for sharing Food between Valleys, and in the next chapter they may not have enough thumbs to keep themselves above Sea Level, as the Oceans continues to Expand.

So I Believe the Odds of our Way of Life Collapsing Utterly in the next fortnight to be fairly Low, while the Odds of Significant Steps toward that Future occurring to be well above 50%. However, let’s look quickly at the following fortnight…

• 16 April, Sisyphus Out of Bounds (Learning to Enjoy the Journey, Amplified) Stationary in 21 Leo (Slavishly Devoted to Acknowledging the Light in Everything).
• 17 April, Venus Out of Bounds (Our Values, Amplified) in 7 Gemini (Untameably Innovative, for better or worse).
• 18 April, Varuna Out of Bounds (The Life Force, Amplified) Stationary in 6 Leo (Torn between Experiencing and Observing and Forced to Learn to Do Both Fully Simultaneously).
• 19 April, Requiem Out of Bounds (Amplified Ego Death) Stationary in 22 Sagittarius (Thrown Facefirst into the Shadow, Requiring that We Endure the Drama and Stop Identifying with Our Karma).

Check to see where Salacia (Commitment to Enlightenment) sits in your Birth chart. If you don’t know, you can look it up by entering your Birth date on this webpage. Note whether it’s Amplified (Out of Bounds, that is, Declination greater than 23°26’11 when you ignore the “-” or missing “+”. How does it sit in your natal chart? If it has any importance at all in your natal chart, take a short break, then reread the table above, Focusing on each line this time rather than skimming through it or ignoring it. Imagine the planet keyword (such as Enlightenment) Interacting with the Degree Reading (eg Channeling the Living Spirit…) for each line.

If your Salacia is Emphasized, or you have other Ambitions for 5D, April is a Mystery School for you, and you want to treat it as such. Let yourself be Torn between Experiencing and Observing and Practice Doing Both Fully Simultaneously as much as you’re Able. It’s Hard, so be very Kind and Forgiving with yourself. You may get the hang of it quickly, or it may take you many more Lifetimes of Practice to become Adept. It doesn’t matter which – Time is an Illusion on this level of Existence.

That’s the Great thing about Karma. Like passing the Bar, No Matter What, we Always get a Do-Over. Even after we Let Go of All Attachment to our Karma, we keep the Patterns. Karma is just Habits we use Unconsciously, whether they’re appropriate to the Occasion or not. When we Drop the Karmic element, we Keep the Habits, because they’re SuperPowers when used in the Appropriate Circumstances. That’s why we Practice them interminably, and just when we think we’ve got it licked, we get to Practice them in whole new Arenas. Enjoying the Journey is Key.

Practice makes Perfect as they say, and we as a Soul would never have Signed Up to become Adept with these SuperPowers, if it wasn’t Critically Important to the Mission our Soul has Chosen.

Stellia and Enlightenment 1

A very common description of an Enlightenment Experience is the sense that Everything Is One. That’s “simply” the Nature of Reality. It’s Many-Faceted, but It’s Unitary. We usually Experience it as Fragmented into Separate pieces. That’s the Work of the Dualistic Mind. It Separates, Distinguishes, Discriminates, Divides, and the more we Relish that, the Stronger it gets, till we’re no longer capable of Distinguishing the Whole. Some Native American Traditions say that Everything that Ever Happened at a Place Is Still Going On There. I used to spend quite a bit of time driving around the Western US, and I could frequently Feel that when entering a new Place.

There are a few monuments to “Massacres,” usually to Massacres of the Invading Whites, but once in a while to Massacres of the earlier Indigenous Land-Belongers (the Indigenous Folk didn’t “own” the Land, they were part of it). The Anger and Anguish swirled around those Places like a permanent Duststorm. These were Wholes that were hard to miss. And sometimes I’d pull into a town and just spontaneously start Sobbing. You’d Leave, but be pulled back In, and the Sobbing would start again. Hard to drive while Sobbing. I never tried to Distinguish Why, it was just another very Obvious Whole. And in the Countryside or the Mountains or the Desserts, there were often Obvious Whole Feelings Communicated by the Land itself, often quite Poignant.

Astrology ties Concepts or Functions to each planet – Male to Mars, Female to Venus, Expansion and Diffusion to Jupiter, Contraction and Focus to Saturn, for instance. Astrology Serves Separation in that way, it Distinguishes. If it Identifies a Whole, it’s because the Individual astrologer happened to be good at Integration. When two planets Conjoin, their Concepts or Functions Merge and become their own Whole. So what do we Experience when for instance Jupiter Conjoins Saturn? A Vibrating Sphere where neither Expansion nor Contraction is Allowed, both are pulling on one another in a Tie, with no Obvious winner?

Or is a New State formed, where we can Explore Expanded Contraction (such as Moving our Attention Deep Inside ourself?) or Diffuse Focus (where we might Attend Intently to the Spirit of a Tree for instance), or Focused Expansion, where we might be able to Tunnel through a Landscape to find its Essence? It could be any and all of the above, but the point is, it’s a Partial Whole that we Experience, where two Poles of a Duality have revealed themselves to be a Sphere rather than a Line. In this sense, each Conjunction is a Miniature Enlightenment, a moment of the Experience that, at least in one Dimension, All Is One.

When we force Distinction between Expanded Contraction and Diffuse Focus and Focused Expansion, we’re artificially Creating more Separations out of the new Whole – still missing the new Whole itself – but Notice that at least we’re Discriminating New Concepts or Functions that were not Present in either of the original Concepts. Do we even have a Word for the Merger of Expansion and Contraction? A Bellows comes to mind, but that’s only a specific example of Applying the new Merger, not a name for the new Whole itself.

So what happens when we Experience a Stellium, a group of three or more planets in the same place on the Zodiac? Our Miniature Enlightenment Expands to additional Dimensions. Our Language Separates Reality into Concepts. Conjunctions and Stellia (aka Stelliums) Reunite the pieces into Wholes. The Wholes are as Different from their parts as a Sphere is from a Line. When we have Conjunctions and Stellia in our natality, we Understand a Different set of Concepts or Functions than other people do. They grok Expansion and Contraction, but we grok Breathing.

We can’t Separate Inhaling from Exhaling – to us it’s all Breathing. 🎶We can’t have one without the other!🎶 They Understand the two parts, and they can imagine them in sequence, but they can’t grok Breathing as a Thing in Itself, while someone with a natal Jupiter Conjunct Saturn can. Their Mental Model of Life is an Automaton, one that needs an external trigger to go from Inhale to Exhale. Our Mental Model of Life is Living, it Breathes on Its Own. While natal Conjunctions and Stellia give us new Tools to See Reality, they also Separate us – some of us See only Automatons, others of us See only Life. You can Imagine how that might, eg, Separate Climate Deniers from Climate Neurotics, and “Resource” Developers from Rewilders.

Of course one of the Stones associated with Enlightenment would be Diamond! Apart from Impurities, Diamonds are pure Carbon, squoze at high temperature and pressure in the cores of Ancient Volcanoes. In this Uncut Stone you can see where the shape-word “Diamond” comes from.

It deserves a long quote from Marquist & Frasl (p.54)…

“Diamond provides protection from poisonous and toxic influences. It overcomes evil and fear, and enhances courage. No emotion can affect its pure mental nature as it reflects emotional states back to their origins [like your Mirrors]. Diamond shields the crown chakra from mental and emotional excess. It resonates to spiritual unity, and represents spiritual invincibility…

“It is said to free the spirit from attachment to the phenomenal world, lust, and anger. It brings truth, wisdom, loyalty, and moral integrity… Diamond expresses the yearning of living organisms to return to the light and to achieve the pinnacle of development… [It] provides emotional shielding to the feminine receptive nature, and increases the capacity to express emotions clearly and in a detached manner.”

Rest Is Great But You Could Hold the Knockout Drops

Astrologically we’re in between Portals, so we’re up for a bit of a Rest. Experientially, at least hereabouts, it feels more like we’re Recovering from a Extreme Exertion, the kind where you don’t feel Rested till a week later. I mean, when I Sleep nine hours several days in a row, shouldn’t I feel Awake during the other fifteen? I’m a Biased Observer here, since the Biggest Challenge of last week’s New Moon chart was a dead ringer for the Biggest Challenge in my natal chart – same Degrees, different Planets (some of them) – and the New Moon’s second-Biggest Challenge sat on my natal Moon.

Which doesn’t Explain why most everyone else I know is still Groggy too. So I’ll go ahead and speak as if some of my Experience has been Universal, which of course is always true on some level. The signatures of Major Ego Death smell stronger than the local paper mill – I’m glad someone here seems to remember how to drive. I know I’ve taken all the correct turns, and this is my own neighborhood, but nothing looks familiar. Was that there before? Lots of things I could or should be doing, and I’ve had plenty of Sleep, but all I want to Do is Nap. Or Space Out. It’s an Effort to Do anything but that, even when I can. Who the Hell Am I, Anyway?

Meaning that we’ve been through Big Changes, as befits the astrodetails of the Big New Moon Challenges.¹ While dancing with several Physical Challenges, I’ve Discovered that to Find Healing I’m going to have to Seek Beyond the Current Lifetime. So while I have Personal Experience with neither Afterlife Specialist Dr. Scott Taylor nor Psychic Mark Anthony (who introduces Dr. Taylor), I plan to watch Dr. Taylor’s free 6 April 2023 presentation on Discover the Wonders of the Bi-Location Phenomenon, which promises to Explore “the mysteries of the non-physical universe.” I’m mentioning that here in case anyone else is called to it.

All of which Reminds me of something I Learned several years back at the Global Earth Repair Conference, that while the CO₂ Cycle might Impact some 10% or less of the Earth’s Surface Temperature, the H₂O Cycle Impacts more like 70-80% of the Earth’s Surface Temperature. We shift the H₂O Cycle by Changing Vegetation, especially Trees. The Permaculture Design Magazine articles point out that if we as a Culture Implement the full Hoped-For Conversion from Oil to Green Electricity, we’ll actually Increase our Negative Impact on Nature because of the sheer size of the Solar Farms and associated Infrastructure.

The Oligarchs often present that argument, but this is the first time I’ve seen competent environmentalists discuss it. Trees aren’t good acreage-fellows with Solar Farms, nor with Wind Farms. There are some things that can be done with shade-tolerant crops, but basically, Solar Farms and Food Crops will ultimately Compete for Sunlight, and the rest of Nature will lose out. It’s time for me to Focus my Attention on the sort of Local World that I Want to Live in, and Let the Rest of the World do the same.

The Moon is now Out of Bounds North, since 26 March (PDT 12:46 am, BST 8:46 am, IST 1:16 pm, AEST 5:46 pm), till 31 March (PDT 6:41 am, BST 2:41 pm, IST 7:11 pm, AEST 11:41 pm). If Wall Street was following the Moon Cycles like it often does, it would have crashed today. Instead, after crashing last week because of the Interest Rate Dramas – which are more Powerful than the Moon – it’s Recovering mildly.

Asteroid Pan, our astrosymbol for the OverLighting God of Nature, goes Out of Bounds (He Gets Serious About Protecting Nature) 28 March (PDT 6:41 am, BST 2:41 pm, IST 7:11 pm, AEST 11:41 pm), until 13 July 2023. He was in Taurus (relative Stability in Nature) during June and July of 2022, and again from 8 November 2022 to 30 March 2023. If you’ve been in California, Mississippi, or several other places, that was some pretty Horrific Stability.

On 30-31 March (PDT 4:33 pm 30th, BST 12:33 am 31st, IST 5:03 am 31st, AEST 9:33 am 31st) Pan enters Gemini (Relative Instability and Change in Nature) again, till 8 June 2023. Maybe those “Stable” Floods over the recent Winter indicate that the Drought in the Western US is finished. “Holding our Breath” for that isn’t a very Powerful Strategy, but it might work.

We’re already under the Influence of a Strong Emphasis on Assistance with our Manifestations (asteroid Artesian Out of Bounds, and Stationary until 31 March-1 April, PDT 6pm 31st, BST 2am 1st, IST 6:30 am 1st, AEST 11am 1st) in 13 Leo, Compulsion to Let Go of All Attachment to Personal Identity, which Feels like what’s going on. It Feels Natural, though, so far just Relaxed, not Scary or Effortful, and part of Who the Hell Am I, Anyway? but not in any Negative sense. It Feels so Natural that I’m barely Aware of it, though when I Inquire, I definitely Notice a Big Difference from last week.

So this week is an Excellent Opportunity to really Get Serious with our PIAVAs and other Manifestations, Monitoring our State of Mind to censor any Habitual Nay-Saying or other Limitations to our Owning What We Want. Breathe Deeply both In and Out through your Nose, to Trigger your Vagus Nerve and qwell Fight-Flight-Freeze. Monitor your Emotional State to stay Attuned to Peace and Joy, because your Emotional State while you’re Manifesting is what you’ll Manifest More Of. We Cleared Away a huge load of Karmic Limitation under that Mars OOB-Chaos OOB-Ganesa OOB Heracles New Moon, so don’t Hold Back on your Wants.

Back when there was still a Radio Shack, they used to sell a very powerful little hand microscope with a light inside, about the size and shape of a long pack of cigarettes. Being among the harder of Minerals, Sand Grains are often mostly Quartz. I used to collect little jars of Sand whenever I was near a Beach, and the scope magnified enough to see the colors and other details on every tiny Grain of Sand. Some friends of ours Lived for a while on the Oregon Coast, and when I got home with a handful of Sand from their Beach and looked at it with the scope, It Was All Citrine! It was Mind-Blowing. Several times I took a small collection of gorgeous Crystals, along with the microscope and a few Sand samples, to show to children that were being home-schooled in groups. After one of them looked at the Sand through the scope, that was it. They ignored the larger Crystals and queued up to peer through the tiny window at the Magnified Sand!

We can’t get much better Grace than having Lord God Ganesh, Out of Bounds (Amplified), looking over our Mars-Chaos – both Amplified – Challenge at the 20-22 March 2023 Heracles-Aries Equinox New Moon. Nevertheless it will still be a Sterling idea to Remember to Ask, “Lord God Ganesh, Please Remove All Obstacles to” Whatever You’re Working On, even if you don’t Remember till after you encounter an Obstacle…

So what sort of Challenge might we Expect? While we think of Mars as Action, it never hurts to be on the Lookout for Anger when Mars is Lit Up, and as Repressed as our Unlimited Potential (Chaos) has been, we undoubtedly have a decent-size Reservoir of I-Coulda-Been-A-Contenda! Anger inside us. If we don’t have such a Personal Stash, no big deal, just reach into the Unconscious for a helping of the Universal Dissatisfaction with Programmed and Karmic Limitations.

Anger is an excellent Motivator for Acting to Set Boundaries against Abuse and other Limitations. You want Anger to be a Motivator, not a Modus Operandi. While there may be times when Picking a Fight serves your Needs, it’s not usually the most Effective Strategy, unless you’re the Aspiring Beta Dog in a Wolf Pack and you Believe you can Win. As a Doorway into Repressed Unconscious Contents, though, Anger can be an Excellent Tool. When was the last time you were inspired to call someone an Idiot and Wish them Unwell?

If you forget about that Idiot and trace your Irritation back to More Significant Origins, you may tap into Ancient Karma that’s Ready to be Let Go Of. War Criminal Pootin’, for instance, Believes he’s Avenging his Ancestors in Ukraine, but the original Kievan Rus was founded by Swedes and Lithuanians and Cossacks, among the many races that had crisscrossed the Breadbasket of Eurasia over the centuries. As they say, Justice is spelled “JustUs.”

When we regard any and all Obstacles as Teachings, it’s easy to see that Repression of our Unlimited Potential has served to Ground us in our Animal Nature, as part of Hybridization between Animal and Spirit. We’re too Hupercentric to accord the same Hybridization to other Critters besides our own twisted species. The Mutual of Omaha Wild Kingdom TV series Programmed my generation to Believe that Nature is “Red in Tooth and Claw” in order to sell us Life Insurance.

The Obstacles Ganeshi has been Strategically leaving in place hereabouts are excellent Reminders that For Manifestation to Work, We Need to Start with Gratitude and Hold High Vibrations, not Start with Expectation and Indulge Disappointment. When we aren’t ready to Receive, the Universe always Answers our Requests Initially with Illustrations of What Else We Need to Let Go Of. It may not be enough to Want It So Bad We Can Taste It, we may also need to Raise Our Vibes to a Higher Level.

Chaos OOB (Unlimited Potential Exaggerated) Initiates Mars OOB (Amplified Action) 22-23 March 2023 (PDT 10:55 pm 22nd, GMT 5:55 am 23rd, IST 11:25 am 23rd, AEST 3:55 pm 23rd) in 29 Gemini (Embrace of the Unconscious to Bring Light), adjacent to the Fixed Star Betelgeuse (Focus on Achievement and Discovering The Hollowness of Being Outer-Directed). Of course we can’t Manipulate the Unconscious Directly, we have to PIAVA or Petition it. The Cycle lasts 18 months, till 11 September 2024. Ganesa OOB (Remover of Obstacles on Steroids) Initiates Mars OOB 6-7 April (PDT 6:37 am 6th, BST 2:37 pm 6th, IST 8:07 pm 6th, AEST 12:37 am 7th) in 7 Cancer (Returning to Source), adjacent to the Fixed Star Mirzam (An Embodied Mysterious Message). The Cycle lasts 3 years, till 19 May 2026 (UT 17:47). The Waxing Square, when the Cycle goes Mainstream, occurs 1 February 2024, from 22 Capricorn (Surrendering Personal and Ancestral History).

Zircon, one of the most Ancient of Crystals, is a good Stone to Contemplate to Gently Touch Deep Anger, and to Ground one from Overwhelm. Zircon is a simple Zirconium Nesosilicate, the “Nesos” being Crystals with their Silicate units occurring in isolation, not in pairs or sheets or rings, making the Mineral very Dense because the Silicates can be packed more closely. For the same reason, Zircon is more Long-Lived than most Minerals because its Hardness, and lack of Cleavage Planes in the Crystal Structure, makes it almost indestructible. It’s often Radioactive from Thorium or Uranium contaminants, and always contains some Hafnium substituting for the Zirconium. Rogue Neutrons pass right through Zirconium, but stop cold at Hafnium. So Zirconium is used for the Fuel Rods in Nucular Reactors, and Hafnium for the Control Rods. Both are mined from Zircon Sand. The transparent blue Ziron Gems are created by heating natural Zircon.

If you lean toward the Passive-Aggressive, or prefer that as your method of Venting Excess Anger, you probably want to Contemplate Amblygonite instead. It’s a Phosphate of Aluminum and Lithium or Sodium. It’s an excellent counterpoint to Intense Mental Activity, and Calms Nervousness of any kind.

Heavy Northern Spring/Southern Fall

Spring in the North and Fall in the South officially begin when the Sun crosses the Equator on it’s Northward journey, thus by definition in Tropical astrology entering Aries, 20-21 March 2023,¹ but it’s the Moon that Triggers our Experience of astroevents, and the New Moon, occurring in the first Degree of Aries almost a full day later,² is our Real benchmark.

As we mentioned in the previous post, “In her latest blog post at https://walkinginbothworlds.com/2023/03/09/the-final-frontier/, NathaJay says, ‘If we wish to quickly land on our highest timeline, we must consciously align with our own Higher Self.‘ ” In our post, we related that to the then-simultaneous Station (Enhancement) of dwarf planet Chaos, which means not Disorder but our True Self when stripped of our Programming and Karma, aka our Unlimited Potential, or what can be called our Higher Self or Soul Self, our Wholistic and Holographic Connection to Source. Chaos is Out of Bounds, or Amplified.

It’s not what she actually said, but when I read that in NathaJay’s blog, while War was Escalating and Banks were Failing, what I “heard” in my head was a warning that 3D may be about to get pretty Scrambled, and we may need our 5D Skillset – “our highest timeline” – sooner than expected. The Equinox New Moon is Merged with asteroid Heracles, One of the Hit Men that Dr. Zeuss sent out to Assassinate the Symbols of Feminine Power. It’s no surprise that Heracles would attend the Funeral of the Patriarchy, with its signature Power-Over Wars and Banks.

The major Challenge in the Heracles-Equinox New Moon chart³ is the Initiation of a New Cycle between dwarf planet Chaos Out of Bounds (Our Unlimited Potential Amplified), and Mars Out of Bounds (Exaggerated Actions and Emotions), in 29 Gemini (Embrace of the Underwhere to Bring Light), Watched Over by Lord God Ganesh, Remover of Obstacles (asteroid Ganesa). That’s Intense and gets complicated, so we’ll plan to talk about it in more detail in the next post.

Nothing But Lots Going On

In her latest blog post at https://walkinginbothworlds.com/2023/03/09/the-final-frontier/, NathaJay says, “If we wish to quickly land on our highest timeline, we must consciously align with our own Higher Self.” And it’s probably no Coincidence that on 11 March 2023, the dwarf planet Chaos was Standing Still in the Sky. Chaos is a Speck far too tiny for us to see. At its Closest Approach, once every 300 years, it’s 40 times as distant from the Sun as we are, and if it came to visit us (and accomplished a Very Soft Landing), it would take up only two thirds of France. It’s 15% furthur away than Pluto, and only one fourth as wide. So of course it’s Trivia to us.

Except that it Lives in the Darkness, in the Unconscious. There’s little argument that the overwhelming majority of “our” Emotions, Thoughts, and Behaviors are determined not by our Ego or our Soul or even our Circumstances, but by the Unconscious. It’s not even “our” Unconscious, because Identity is Egoic, not Universal. We have some Affinity with a microscopic portion of the Vast Sea of The Unconscious, but we have to Share even that tiny slice with an infinite number of other Entities. And it’s very name is a rather silly Projection of the Ego, as it’s “Unconscious” only to our puny Ego.

Of course The Unconscious has a Consciousness – every Entity does. It’s phenomenally Narcissistic of us to assume that we’re the Only ones. The Consciousness of The Unconscious is probably as close as we can Conceive of God/Goddess, to the extent that we can. (Not to be Confused with Freud’s Subconscious, which from the Ego’s Perspective is more Satanic, though it’s alternate name, Lucifer, does Identify it as part of the Unconscious. In astrology, the Subconscious is symbolized by the South Node.) The Edge of Darkness is a Magnifying Lens. The tinier and more distant are the Specks in the Unconscious, the Greater their Power over us.

Dwarf planet Chaos was not named for Disorder, or even for Chaos Theory, which is only a bit more Organized than Disorder. Chaos was the Greek label for what Existed before Zeus Declared the Patriarchy. To Zeus that was Nothing, though of course it was actually the Matriarchy. Zeus’s Hit Men Perseus and Hercules were sent to Assassinate the Symbols of Feminine Power, because people like Medusa and Hydra (at right) Terrified the Patriarchy. We regard Chaos as implying our Unlimited Potential, our True Self, as what’s left once we scrape off the veneers of Programming and Karma.

Before we knew that there was anything else out there in the Darkness beyond it, we regarded Pluto as the symbol of the Universal Unconscious. It’s a good example of the Magnifying Lens of the Edge of Darkness. It’s a tiny dot compared to Neptune, but everyday astrologers assigned it to the likes of Nuclear Power, whether tethered to your toaster, or Not.

Now that Chaos has had its Day in the Light, and Saturn has entered Pisces, the rest of March is pretty Quiet, giving us a welcome Break, which we’ve well Earned. The Moon does go Out of Bounds over the Northern Hemisphere again, from 26-31 March, which could get Exciting as our Emotional Sensitivity again Blooms. More Confrontation with Pootin’? More delayed fallout from the Regional Banks? More Manufactured Crises we can Blame on Republicrats or Democans? Or Both? More Economic and Environmental Collapse?

Pluto moves into Pisces on 23 March, but the Impact of Sign Changes are seldom Sudden and Drastic. Pluto is however Slowing Down, to Stand Still on 1 May. By the end of March Pluto is moving less than one arcminute (a Sixtieth of a Degree) per day, while we usually consider a planet to be Stationary or Strong as long as it’s within one Degree of its Station. By that measure, Pluto has been Stationary since 24 February, the anniversary of Pootin’s Invasion. So it would be Denial to assume that we aren’t already in the propwash of Pluto’s Mayday Station. Interesting choice of dates.

Unlike the Quiet in this last half of March, past the Ides, April is quite Busy, with fourteen Stations, many piled on top of one another. It gets very Confusing when Stations play dogpile, just as it does when we have Stelliums in our natal chart. A Stellium is three planets together. Since each planet represents a quanta of Meaning, when three Merge, we’re Confronted with entirely new Meanings of things. Look at the crushing social Confusion over having Maleness and Femaleness Intermingled. Entire States are making that illegal in the US, and basing Presidential Campaigns on it!

Imagine how Confusing it would be if Obedience and Self-Hate and Mistrust were Merged! Oh wait, half the country’s already doing that, aren’t they, and Feeling Great about it. They call it “MAGA.” Well, what would it look like to have Inner Guidance, Self-Love, and Trust all Merged into one Meaning? Hmm, might that Feel sorta like Being Aligned with our own Higher Self? Of course if we’re no longer stuck in 2D Linearity, we’ll Realize that Obedience and Inner Guidance are the same Energy, just viewed from different sides of the Border Wall between them. Same with Self-Hate versus Self-Love, and Mistrust versus Trust, and Ego-Self versus Soul-Self. Just Word Games.

If you haven’t already Recognized this Civil War within yourself, and its Mirror in Politics, you’ll probably see it pretty Clearly during the first week of May, when Ixion (Social Convention), Sappho (Self-Appreciation), and Eurydike (Trust) are all Strong (Stationary) at the same time. If you’ve ever spent much time navigating in Total Darkness, you understand how easy it is to get totally Turned Around without knowing it. Eventually you can’t even tell Up from Down, as the Ghosts of many Ex-Pilots will Attest.

In the Unconscious, Opposites are Equals. There are no Heads or Tails, only Coins, with very thin Edges. Where do we Live most of the time? In the Unconscious. Here’s a great quote from the oh-so-contemporary Debate over the oxymoronic “Artificial Intelligence”…

“Such [Artificial Intelligence] systems have inspired boundless optimism around this technology’s potential, with some seeing a sense of intelligence almost on par with humans. The systems, though — as critics and the AI researchers are quick to point out — are merely repeating patterns and associations found in their training data without a clear understanding of what it’s saying or when it’s wrong” (https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2023/03/14/gpt-4-has-arrived-it-will-blow-chatgpt-out-water/).

“Merely repeating patterns and associations found in [our] training data without a clear understanding of what [we’re doing] or when it’s wrong” – isn’t that Exactly what We do until we clear away our Programming and Karma?

Fortunately, on 1 April (April Fools Day!), Artesian (Assistance with Manifestation) is Stationary or Strong, so we can use the Enhanced Emotional Power of the Out-of-Bounds Moon between 26 and 31 March, while Artesian is Standing Still, to PIAVA that we Use the Energy of the upcoming triple Station to Clear Away as much Programming and Karma as we possibly can! (Artesian is within one Degree of its Station from today, 14 March, on). Remember that We Create More of What We Feel, so PIAVA while you’re Feeling Strong and Upbeat. Take a dozen deep Inhales and long Exhales, both through your nose, to increase your élan.

April goes on… The Stations of Pholus (Being Fully Responsive to…) and Quaoar (Our Survival Instincts) are Merged 6-8 April. Pholus-Quaoar signifies the Climate Change Challenge with all it’s Apocalyptic Correlates that we’re immersed in.

Then while the Moon is Out of Bounds South between 9 and 14 April, the Stations of Samadhi (Enlightenment) and Cyllarus (Ego Death) Merge – another great Programming- and Karma-Clearing Opportunity.

Then again between 16 and 19 April, while Venus (our Values) is going Out of Bounds (Being Exaggerated), the Stations of Sisyphus (Learning that it’s the Journey that’s of Greatest Value, Not the Destination), Varuna (The Life Force), and Requiem (Ego Death Again) are Merged – yet another Fantastic Opportunity.

All while Pluto (Compulsion) is Standing Still. Pluto is synonymous with Addiction, but by now you know that if you have Addiction in the palm of your hand, all you need to do to Revert it, is to Turn Your Hand Over. In the Unconscious, where we Live most of the Time, Addiction is the same as Not-Addiction. Our Addictions, including our Addiction to our Programming and Karma, are merely repeating patterns and associations found in our training data without a clear understanding of what they’re saying or when they’re Self-Sabotaging.

The Pluto Station is Merged with a Station of Hylonome (Codependence, or Trusting Others more than Ourself), so the whole month of April (and March – the Pluto Station technically started 24 February, when Pluto was one Degree from its Station) are Excellent Times to Bring our Self-Trust back to our Self.

“The good news is that trust can grow as a result of what you are taught about yourself by other people. Unfortunately, this is also the bad news. As we know, children often believe what other people tell them; [we] don’t conduct [our] own independent investigation and assessment of whether or not the information [we]’re getting from others is true and accurate. Then [we] grow into adults, still believing the same, potentially faulty information. As a result, a huge part of [our] journey to self-trust will be learning how to deprogram [our]self from all the misinformation that has highjacked [our] mind since childhood” (Iyanla Vanzant, Trust: Mastering the Four Essential Trusts, p.38).

And of course, before that. We wouldn’t be dealing with Life-Long Trust Issues if we hadn’t volunteered in the Lightworker’s Lounge to come down here and work on Trust Karma.

The Initiation chart is empty on the right-hand side, meaning that it will be Hard Work for us to Adapt to the Cooperative Nature of 5D and Surrender our Independence and Self-Sufficiency.

When our Shame Arises, we will Need to Embrace it, in order to Clear it in order to Honor our Commitment to Enlightenment. It would work best if we could just be Honest and Forthright about it – “Oh Gosh, that brings up my Shame. I Hate Feeling Shame, and it’s so Embarrassing. I Feel so Small.” Of course we Feel Small, we Regress to the Age we were when our Programmers Shamed us. The only way to Clear it is to Share it. Believe me, so many people will be so Grateful that you are able to Model this for them (Salacia Initiates Phaedra in 8 Aries on 10 March).

You Poor Sweetheart, You Don’t Feel Like Celebrating, Do You.

No Biscuits. Why should we Celebrate when Our Emotions (Pisces) Become Top Priority (Saturn)?¹ Especially when it’s our Bummer Emotions that seem to be Surfacing, and we don’t even know why – other than our Tired Old Excuses that don’t actually work any more to Allow us to Blame Something or Someone Else. A quote from Lonsdale (p.372) is a must…

“If we plug into, and stay plugged into, mechanical, mental worlds, all the life force gets drained out of us… But… There is this place where we get swept away and don’t arrive in a space we could ever call our own… Present to our own personal soul in the midst of life is an achievement. It’s something to live for. It’s the one thing we cannot do without. To get there, to come back from those strange places, we learn how to feel what we don’t know we’re feeling, see what we have yet to affirm we can see, and pick up on those hidden treasures.“

Time to Rank our Values, to see Exactly What Is The Most Important Thing (Saturn). Is it Feeling Good – wouldn’t that be Wonderful?

Or is it Letting Go of all those Bummer Emotions once and for all? That’s what Pisces Does for a Living after all. And isn’t that what our Lust for 5D is all about anyway? It’s kind of a Test to Verify whether we’re Really Committed to Enlightenment.² We’re Lucky that “the Stars” have Conspired to make it fairly Easy for us to reframe these Bummer Emotions as Entertainment, on several fronts.

First, the Major Challenge in the 7 March 2023 Full Moon is all about Being Present to our own personal soul in the midst of life, and it’s Self-Resolving (the Challenge will Resolve itself if we, as Paul would say, Let It Be).³ Second, the Full Moon is Intimately Related to a Particularly Powerful Configuration that makes Breaking Patterns as easy as Cracking Eggs, that Allows us to Shift Big Patterns by simply making Adjustments.⁴

And the Full Moon itself is Merged with the Principle of Pattern-Breaking (Orcus), including Tough Hombres (Thereus).

It’s not just Saturn in Pisces that’s making Life seem like a Bother. In a few days, we begin a brand new Cycle about Expanding Despair and Miracles (Jupiter-Chiron),⁵ and of course we’re starting with the Despair. That’s where the Poor-Sweethearts come in. The easiest way to Shift Discouragement or Despair is to Poor-Sweetheart it. Of course we’ll have to Change the Subject Rigorously and perhaps Iteratively, maybe even resorting to “You Poor Sweetheart, you’re having Trouble Changing the Subject, aren’t you.“

As if all this isn’t Enough Already, this Expanding Despair and Miracles Initiation is a Triple Initiation with Our Unconscious Limitations (Vesta-Jupiter-Chiron), all on the same day in the same Degree. This is just a total Repeat of everything we’ve just been talking about – feel what we don’t know we’re feeling, Let Go of all those Bummer Emotions once and for all, Break Life-Long Addictions, and Embrace our Held Emotions. We’ll talk more about these Cycles next time.
