PTSD Gauntlet I

Our next general Big Deal is the 23 February (8pm PST) Station of Asbolus, which means a strengthening of our Intuition between now and the 23rd.  That event turns out to be pretty complex, and we’ll get to that soon.  But first, between 20 February and 25 February, and extending until 11 March, we endure a Gauntlet of events that are likely to Trigger our Abuse Herstories.  (History is the story that the Abuser tells, at least during the reign of the Patriarchy.)

Before we even move into that, though, lets talk about how Abuse and Intuition interact.  Bottom Line, Abuse really screws up our Intuition.  It makes us Hyperaware, which is actually Beneficial for the Development of Consciousness, but it also makes us Paranoid.  So one of our greatest Opportunities here will be Learning to better Differentiate what’s an Intuition and what’s a Fear.

Let me start by quickly describing how I Differentiate Fear from Intuition.  I’ll be brief here; we can go into this more later if anyone wants, but you can dig further yourself by looking up Theta Healing, https://astrobuss.wordpress.com/category/manifestation/piava/theta/, and Tapping, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QzVd6Ww0as4.  If you haven’t tried them yet, I recommend practicing with each of them separately before you try them as Differentiators. 

And if anyone has other methods that you use for Differentiating Intuitions from Fears, we’d Love to hear about them!

When Fear Overwhelms me, I Tap it Out.  You know what I mean, you’re sort of “beside yourself,” you Leave your Body, things tingle, you can almost feel your follicles shifting.  You’re definitely not in the Present Moment, you’re lost in the Future/Past Re- or Pre-Living the Fearsome version of the event you’re imagining.  Do you recognize what I’m referring to? 

Like getting awakened from sleep or half-sleep by a threatening sound and you can’t tell if it came from outside yourself or from a Dream, or just your ears tricking you.  When I get to this place it usually takes two or three rounds of Tapping to get myself back into my Body and into the Present Moment.  Once I get back, I can make a quiet assessment of the potential threat, and either dismiss it or get up and check.

Now suppose I’m planning a trip tomorrow, and having images of getting into a wreck.  Or someone I’m Attached to is taking a trip.  When you think about how ridiculous it is, even masochistic, to get into a sheet-metal box and get it whipping around at 100kph only a foot or two from other metal boxes whipping around at 100kph, at night, in the rain, with nothing but the Attention of two Hupers keeping your boxes from annihilating each other, there’s no shame in getting paranoid about it!  There’s nothing Reliable about the Attention of two Hupers.

So I start by Thetaing/Commanding a Safe Trip and a Safe Return.  If I can See myself or my Attachee sitting at home reading peacefully after the trip, and See that their vehicle is in the driveway undamaged, then we’re Golden.  Often Fear intercedes before I even get halfway through my Theta.  Then we’re back to the sound-in-the-night scenario, and I have to Tap our whatever I’m Feeling.  Then I Theta again, and if the ShowMe come out fine, we’re Good again.

It could take several iterations to get to Golden, or it could require a Renegotiation of my original Theta.  Maybe I want to Imagine taking a different route.  Maybe I want to Imagine doing this on a different day.  Maybe I want to Imagine ordering a delivery instead of shopping.  Maybe I want to Imagine calling instead of visiting.  Maybe there’s a much Easier way that I haven’t thought of yet.  This could take a while, this Theta-Tap-Theta-Tap-usw Iteration, possibly with other PIAVA variations thrown in where relevant.  But I don’t leave until I See a Safe Return.

I’m guessing that this is what Dan Scranton’s Channeled friends mean when they suggest that we “let [our] frequency pave the way” (http://danielscranton.com/open-yourselves-to-an-infinite-array-of-possibilities-%e2%88%9ethe-creators/) or “If you begin by accessing vibrations…, you will recognize that you create your experience in the now moment.  You create an experience of the now moment, and that now moment expands out.  It becomes what you call the future.  And when you walk in your power, you can access any future experience you desire” (http://danielscranton.com/how-powerful-you-are-%e2%88%9ethe-9th-dimensional-arcturian-council-2/).

The great thing about Theta Healing is that we get instant feedback about whether our Command will Manifest the Vibration we Want to Manifest.

Enduring and Healing from Chronic or Acute Disease or Injury, Mental Illness, Addiction, and the debilitating effects of Abuse, have a lot in common.  Cultural Attitudes, and our resulting introjected Guilt/Shame/Anger will differ, but these all require a lot of Self-Empathy and Gentleness.  We’d like to say that they require Self-Love, but the source of Dis-Ease can make us Unconsciously Despairing (we don’t even know it’s Possible) about that.  Poor-Sweethearting is a place to start.

Now, our upcoming Timeline.  We’ve been dealing with Intrusive Memories (symbolized by dwarf planet OR10) of Abuse (symbolized by dwarf planet Nessus) for a while now, as these two dwarf planets have been traveling together.  We’re beginning to get some Relief, as Abuse/Nessus has pulled away from Memories/OR10.  However, a crowd of faster interlopers is moving through the territory they’re in.

The interlopers are Essence (the Sun), Mind (Mercury), and the Edges of Consciousness (asteroid Juno).  The Timeline looks like this.  The dates and times are when the Influence ends; Expect to Feel the Energy during the preceding several days…

  • 19 February (6pm PST) – Mind/Mercury crosses Memory/OR10; Expect your Paranoid Mind to make up all manner of unpleasant Dances; Tap them out and Theta What You Want.
  • These next two Energies will be interwoven…
  • 21 February (noon PST) – Mind/Mercury crosses Abuse/Nessus; If you catch yourself enduring Abuse in the Present Moment, then Congratulations – you’re waking up!  I know, you still have some work to do extricating yourself, but at least you now know that you must.  More likely, these will be Flashbacks.  Tap out the Regression, and use the Information you’re getting to refine What You Want to Create.
  • 21 February (8pm PST) – Essence/Sun crosses Memory/OR10; While the Mercury events were probably vividly imagined, these are more likely to tease out Body Memories.  No fun.  Keep Tapping.  It just Feels like Present Moment; you can be Grateful that it isn’t.  When you get back to yourself, focus on the Vibration you Want to Feel.
  • 25 February (6am PST) – Essence/Sun crosses Abuse/Nessus; More Body Memories of the actual Abuse are likely.  Poor-Sweetheart yourself, a lot.  See previous event.
  • These next two Energies will have a longer lead-in time, perhaps as much as a week…
  • 3 March (6am PST) – Edges of Consciousness/Juno crosses Memories/OR10; Remember that Confusion is the first stage of Growth, if you can stand to Let It Be Confusion, and not have to “figure it out.”  Growth of Consciousness usually requires an Ego Death, as the Ego’s legitimate role is to filter out threats to the status quo, and Growth in Consciousness is a threat to the status quo.  You may Feel like you’re Dying, but you aren’t, what’s happening is that You are Dying, that is, your Identity is Molting, casting off a shell it’s outgrown.  We’re very vulnerable when we Molt, till we’ve calcified our new shell.  Be very gentle with yourself, and avoid unnecessary risks.
  • 11 March (2pm PST) – Edges of Consciousness/Juno crosses Abuse/Nessus; This could involve more detail than you really want to remember, but know that it will ultimately Serve you.  See the previous entry, only worse – or better, if you’re looking forward to your Healing even as you look backward into your Living Nightmares.  By the Ides, you’ll be soaring, having Let Go of a ton of dead weight.

Memories/OR10 is at 4 Pisces, “Heavy car traffic on a narrow isthmus linking two seaside resorts.”  The heavy traffic is all of the Mental Activity that is triggered.  The narrow isthmus is the Constrained thinking that our Abuse has Created.  While those with Clear Microtubules Live in a World full of Possibilities, our Limiting Beliefs force us to Live in a World that’s narrowed by the Limits to Safety that our Experiences have Programmed for us.  The seaside resorts are where we get to watch the Clear folks having so much unbridled Fun.

Abuse/Nessus is at 7 Pisces, “Illuminated by a Shaft of Light, a large Cross lies on rocks surrounded by Sea Mist.”  The Sea Mist is Confusion.  The Cross is what we bear as we Struggle into Healing.  If we’re an Addict, we know what “on the rocks” means.  The picture doesn’t say the Cross is broken, but the implication is there to the paranoid mind.  Of course if we’re bearing it, broken is good.  Then there’s the Shaft of Light.  That’s very hopeful, but as a Shaft it’s also a very narrow exit tunnel for us, again reflecting our Limiting Beliefs.

Those are both very negative interpretations, right?  Did you notice?  This is the Energy we’re likely to be encountering.  If we’re Aware that a Shitstorm is approaching, we can get out our umbrella.  How can we improve the interpretations?

I’m an Introvert, so the last thing I want is heavy traffic and seaside resorts.  So I’d substitute walking on a deserted Beach with a carefully selected companion or two, if any.  Let the Extroverts burn themselves out however they like.  If I was an Extrovert, I’d just Imagine a wide spot in the road, park the car in it and walk up the Beach to the resort ahead.

And I can be Grateful for any source of Illumination.  If it’s Focused, more Power to it.  I can Choose to have the Cross represent Walking the Spiritual (vertical) Path with Practical (horizontal) Feet, as Angie used to say.  Rudolph Steiner, with his assertion that Spirit Descending into Matter wasn’t a lot different from Matter Ascending into Spirit, might agree.  The Sea Mist can by Mystery, Grace Unborn.
